The staff is diligent about finding employment for its clients that fits their skill set. Chris and Jason have never let me down.The wages are more than fair and they go out of their way to make sure their clients are taken care of. Five star company, no doubt.

At first everything was positive and good. Until I got another job offer and left. They didnt pay me for a days of work. I tried calling and texting no answer. I wouldnt recommend for anyone.

Very professional team of driven individuals helping tons of people in the Wichita area. I have worked with other staffing companies but none with atmosphere or aura of Elite. Chris, Jason and everybody else at Elite actually care that things are done right. These people have been helping me and my family stay on our feet by providing steady good paying work whenever we have needed it.There are HUGE possibilities in terms of long term employment, not to mention the skills and contacts that come along with working with Elites clients.Elite found my brother and I a job making $18/hr ($27/hr overtime!) with no prior experience necessary, just a pair of boots and the willingness to work. This is where you go if you want a straightforward way to make honest money.

This is my first experience with a staffing agency & they have gone above my expectations already! The staff at Elite works to get people jobs in no time! Once you complete the application process they will set you up with a job the next day! & If not the next day, within a week. Not only are they quick but they are super friendly. They dont just treat you like a number to send out the door. The staff is polite, caring, & personable. They actually care & it shows.One lesson I learned (the hard way) was Being on time is a serious matter. In the past Ive had jobs where 5 or 10 minutes late no big deal, however at Elite, being on time is taken very seriously. They wont be rude or get mad at you, but if youre late checking in at Elite they will not send you out. They cant. They expect you to be on time and if you arent then its your loss, literally. You will miss going out on what job they have you scheduled for that day. Its not to be mean or to punish you, they just have a system they have to follow.I am so glad I decided to try Elite! Its saved me so much time filling out applications, just to get denied the position anyways. They do all the heavy lifting for you! All you have to do is show up with a good attitude and do your best.Again the staff as well as Chris the owner, are so friendly, they will ask you about how your day was & just really make sure the job that youre placed with is the right fit. 😊Thank you guys for all you have helped me with in the short amount of time Ive been there! 😇

To start when I initially walked in to elite staffing the very first thing I heard as I stepped into the building was welcome to elite staffing how can I help you? I approached the desk gave my name and the awesome young lady working reception immediately spoke to me like I had already known her. I have terrible anxiety and just that short interaction with her really helped to put me at ease seeing as Ive never gone through a temp agency for work before. I spent about an hour total for the whole process from start to finish. They had a small hiccup with my application but that literally took 5 minutes to rectify and throughout the entire ordeal everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. If you need help finding work and really desire to work hard better yourself and your situation I could not recommend this place enough, they got me working the next day and the friendly environment was certainly unexpected. 10/10

I left a great review before but I’m taking that back, the energy the supervisor gives you as if they are looking down on you and as if you need them is ridiculous. The Caucasian supervisor is that works in the morning is so rude and speaks to people as if she’s superior then deliberately disrespects you. Extremely poor ethics and bad communication

Elite Staffing Solutions is absolutely the BEST agency that I have ever worked for hands down! Although every experience with Elite has been great, there are two separate occasions that really stand out & let me know how caring they are. First: I am epileptic & therefore dont drive. The first day I worked for Elite there wasnt anyone available for me to carpool with in addition to that all of the positions had been filled. Instead of sending me home Chris, called Buckley & let them know he was sending me to work free of charge to them. It was free of charge to Buckley however Chris paid not only my wages out of his pocket but also paid for Uber to pick me up & take me 30 miles to the job & then 30 miles back. Second: I was unfortunate to get my finger pinched in a machine at a job site. I personally felt like it was no big deal. I certainly felt no need to go to the doctor. However as soon as Elite found out they requested that I come back to Elite. As soon as I got there Cassie from Human Resources was waiting to take me to the doctor. Cassie showed such kindness, care & concern I was really touched by it. I have never had anyone be that caring to me. Its something that I will always remember. She should be the one to set the bar for how Human Resources. THANK YOU ELITE!!!

After turning in my resume they set up an interview with me and actually wanted me to work for them! Although not particularly interested in recruiting work, I kept an open mind and told them I would consider it. I was to come in for another interview the following week. I never heard back from them. Even if I wasn’t interested in working for them I still needed a job which is supposed to be what they help people do. I called numerous times and never got a single response. This place is an absolute joke.

My son went there for his assigned job and was told that they werent giving him work since he wouldnt transport anyone else. He was using a family members vehicle and didnt have permission to transport anyone due to advice from a friend who had previously transported people from there and they stole items from the vehicle. Shame on Elite! Very poor business and ethics! Then he arrived at 5:50am numerous days for a job that was assigned the day before and then they tried to tell him they didnt have anything and he could sit and wait so he sat and waited 2 hours for nothing. The same thing happened to a close friend who had previously warned us about this poorly ran company who tried to say they were a Christian based company but yet they lie to people and tell them they have work and they show up and refuse to let them work because they refuse to transport other people. Definitely not Christian ethics.

I have been with this place for about 8 months or so now, and Ive been working through them at Nifty Nut House. I had been in their system for no more than a week when Id gotten the call about the local candy store looking for help. I love my job, and Elite made that happen. This place is an absolute joke. I was talking with someone at the front while they were repeatedly interrupted by the rudest person I have ever met. I believe his name was Chris. The girl at the front was very pleasant but my interaction with him has completely changed my mind for working for this company. This did not happen this week it happened around the week of the 1st. I was told that it was going to be the busiest you had ever been. When I heard this I was looking for a new job and took off of work just come see what you had. Only to be rudely talked to. And seemed like rushed away from the window.
