Unprofessional, unorganized, painful on boarding experience. First off they gave Spirit the wrong email address so I missed the first start date because of that mistake which cost me a weeks pay approx $1000 +.. I used GPS from Kelly McCoys (recruiter) email and she even had the address wrong on her office address information. If you cant give the correct email information to Spirit or simply have your own business address correct thats a problem. Since the onboarding system is very painful I had to drive to their office just to finally be done with the painful time consuming experience. I then filled out the information still needed at their office but even in office we still had issues and still had to call technical support 2 times. Another Fail!I supplied them in office with my birth certificate they made a copy. Then I was told I couldnt get a badge without my birth certificate Im thinking you already have a damn copy !! I misplaced my birth cert since I had to take it to their office it must of fell out of the truck at some point. Because I couldnt find it I did not go Monday as I knew I needed a birth certificate to get a badge and figured they would move the start date a week out like they did when they screwed up my email but no now they say Spirit said its a no go .. Seems funny to me and doesnt make sense. All Kelly the recruiter had to do was change the start date but nope no help even though I bent over backwards and dealt with the unprofessional mistakes they made!!! Its OK for them to make clerical errors and mistakes but God forbid if you do. Its all bs and thats why Spirit cant find people to build the product.In closing, this place is a train wreck go to another contractor thats knows their own address and will work to help you not themselves!

Kelli and Marjorie are awesome, very helpful and extremely quick with responses to inquiries. Almost istantaneous payment for deployment expenses over and above work hours. Ontime paychecks every week. Great pay rate at Bombardier. Onboarding couldnt have been simpler. Started when out of state, faxed/emailed all required info before hand and had everything in hand like a professional upon arrival at their office which can be found on google is 3 seconds. Started assignment as scheduled and contacted whenever qustions arise. Highly recommend these folks and if/when this assignment ends would seek to work with again.
