They got a job for me, but when the assignment ended, they promised to contact me within the next couple of days...NOT!! They have never contacted me and when I try to contact them, I get voicemail. Never a call back. I guess they feel like the employees are expendible. They care more about the clients apparently. These folks are NOT professional. period.

These people come off as very professional and friendly. They do go over whats expected and what their rules are but beware to document everything! I mean everything! Document exactly what time you go to work, when you take your breaks and lunches, if you make phone calls to state when youre not going to be able to come in etc. These people dont care about the people who work for them. They care only about whats on the computer and we all know how accurate computers can be. Kelly services will even go so far as to outright lie about you in their reports so that you dont collect unemployment when your contract is up. I know because I know other people who previously worked for them. Kelly Services can become a pivotal moment in your career or they can be the ones who ultimately destroy your career. I would not work for them again and if you have to work for them, be sure to have documentation of EVERYTHING! Dont rely on their computers to be right and dont count on them to watch your back either.

Bad experiences right off bat. They dont answer the phone or emails . Not even a call back especially if you are qualified for all their jobs . I spoke to a guy named Jorge once after sending my resume and nothing since. I called corporate after my experience and seeing the rest of these bad reviews. It makes sense now because even the person in corporate was an ass because it went from my complaint to worry about eligibility. So what I missed adding a past run in with the law which were all misdemeanors not one felony . I mean, dont they do a background check? As if I had something to hide like a child smh....

Kelly Services called me to assist me in finding a job but when they asked how old I was (or when did you graduate high school) I suddenly got disconnected. I called back to make sure and again when they found out my age (I am 68) I got disconnected. So if you are not young, you are not a hire for Kelly
