I love Woodys they are very professional, they have great prices, theyre very timely and any problems I have had they where able to fix pretty fast for me. They have fixed anywhere from my transmission to replacing my exhaust to othe misc things. I did have a small problem with them not getting the problem with my exhaust fixed but I called them back and they fixed it free of charge. All of the guys I have worked with and talk to are all super sweet they listen to me when I tell them what I think the problem is and they all happily walk me through what they found and why it needs fixed and as woman this is super awesome because other shops have not felt the need to treat me with such respect.Amazing job guys!!

This was my first time using Woodys and went there based on reviews here. The high reviews were not incorrect. Woodys was professional, honest, communicated what they found and the different options to address them and even dropped me off and picked me up. Then to top it off the price was excellent. When I dropped the car off I explained this model year of car has a known issue and the technical bulletin to fix it. So they had every opportunity to do that work and charge me 1K+ (or worse just charge me for it). But it was a simple part and was out for a couple of hundred dollars. And for all the time they spent I thought it should have been more than that. I will definitely use them for any car repair needs.

Woodys began decades ago as a family-run private business that treated customers as well as theyd treat family. They still operate that way, (and are still a private business), and with a care for truth that their customers, including me, deeply appreciate. They never blow smoke, never take advantage, never shade an opinion on what a car needs. (Theyve often deferred doing work on my cars, where other (chain) companies would have charged the extra bucks). They do great work every time; Ill never willingly take a car any other place. The trade-off is that they sometimes take a little longer than a chain outfit might take, because they have so many customers. But trust me, its worth it, especially at a time when so many people are struggling, and keep their old cars longer. Great people.

I’ve used Woody’s for a number of different things over the years. From oil changes to tire work to more serious diagnostic work and engine repair. They’ve always been incredibly helpful, honest and transparent and gotten the job done right the first time. Most recently they diagnosed and fixed an engine problem our 2010 Subaru Forester was having. It was an unusual problem and they didn’t jump to any conclusions but took their time figuring it out and ultimately saved us having the head gasket replaced (which would have been way more expensive then their solution, and not solved the problem at hand). I highly recommend them!

I came in with a fuel injection issue they kept my car for over 10 days and charged me over $300 to put in spark plugs that I didnt need. Car still runs rough I cleaned injectors myself and got it running a little better. At this point I dont have money for injectors. Dont understand why they had to con me like that. I live nearby and would have been doing much business with them if they would have just been fair. Dont give them your business your better off lighting your money on fire

I had a number of issues when I took my car in. They ran diagnostics and gave me a clear run down of each item. They explained things on my level and answered all of my questions. They also fixed an annoying squeak that several other places were not able to do.The cost was significantly below what a dealer had quoted. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

If you want the whole story, keep reading below.My wifes car was having some problems we needed to get checked out and we chose Woodys based on another customers recommendation.I called on a Monday to ask about getting an appointment to have the car looked at. Pam let me know the earliest appointment they had was on Thursday. I said thats fine and asked if I could leave the car with them today (Monday). She said thats fine.On Tuesday afternoon, I received a text with a link to my cars free inspection which was followed by a call from Pam letting me know how the inspection went and what they found. Pam was extremely clear with the problems they found and the steps to repair the problems. We spoke about which issues I wanted repaired during this visit. She was up front with all costs and even applied a $50 off coupon I didnt even ask for or know about.On Wednesday afternoon I received the call that my wifes car was complete and she even had her techs change the air filter at no charge for labor. The total ended up being even a little cheaper than I was quoted! My wife and I were both pleased with the work Pam and her team did and the time frame it was completed in. Our car definitely felt safer on the road afterwards!

The mechanics were great. They took the time to go thru my entire vehicle. They gave me a synopsis of what was wrong and a time frame of when it should be addressed in chronological order. I will definitely be taking all of my business there from here on out.

Originally went because they were just down the street and it was a short walk back home but the level of professionalism and non greedy sales tactics is a hard thing to come by in this industry. Didnt try and upsell me on extra stuff my car didnt need right away and they were honest with me the whole time. Will be coming back with my other cars and recommend to all my friends and family!

I actually went to this repair shop because of the ratings here on google but was let down....this is tough times for all of us...having said that my repair turned into two repairs because of a situation that was not my fault ....you guys at woodys had a chance to do the right thing but made me pay for the mistake literally...if you make the mistake as a customer I expect you to make it right and I hoped on multiple phone calls that you would try to make it right....but when a customer has to ask for a solution then clearly you were not thinking about what was right but instead you were thinking of yourselves I gave you 3 stars because I know these are tough times and the guy who made an error clearly didnt mean it but I just would expect you to stand behind your worker and make him fix the mistake and not make me pay for the labor hour for the mistake he made. But maybe thats just how it is....but Im willing to bet some shop out there knows that and will continue my search else where on the next repair

They used to be quite nice, but recently I believe they have come under new management. They are extremely pushy about getting extra work done and the prices are higher than most. I cant recommend Woodys with confidence or a clear conscience.

Like so many others over the years, i relied on word of mouth from friends and acquaintances on who best to address my automotive repair needs with mixed results. Someone recommended Woodys Automotive to me several years ago. The wife, and I, now entrust our vehicles to no one else. There are no surprises or hidden costs and your vehicle will be treated as if it one of there own. My 2010, 2001...and yes my 1969 are all serviced by this excellent business. The services on my churchs vehicles are handled by Woodys and with mission trips of great distances one can ill afford vehicular problems. Trust this business...your trust will not be misplaced!

AC not working properly in my car! Woodys was able to get it back in normal working condition in 1 day! Love the text I received showing digital inspection report of my vehicle with explanation and detail. No pressure to do other services only suggestions! I chose to do another service and Woodys completed it the same day for me! Nice experience all around with this business! I will be back with my car needs!!!This service was done in July 2019 and everything is still working great. I just had my oil changed and service was wonderful. Pam worked it out so I could wait and not have to find a ride!!Always able to have oil changed while I wait onsite that is a great bonus!

I lived close to this place for a while and they were great to work with! Always treated me with respect. Im a trained automotive tech so I do most of my own work. I dont currently work at a shop so I bring my vehicles to them for specialized tasks like alignments or computer work. They have never been condescending about it. They just do what I need and move on with life. Try them out, especially if you have a luxury car. They can work on a lot of cars that other shops wont. Just give them a call first and theyll let you know if they can!

I took my sons car there because it was over heating. They quoted me 570 to repair it. They figured out it was bad connections while working on it and not what they thought. I was charged 27.50 for a diagnosis didnt find out the problem. Took it back a second time and they supposedly fixed it. $321.00 three weeks later l had the same problem. They told me then it would cost 1800 dollars.i told them forget it. Very upset that they didnt refund my money. Ill never go back there!!

I had some car issues that needed addressing. I went to Woodys and met the owner, Sean. He gave me a very in depth inspection of the car. Turns out I needed to replace the Struts all the way around. He gave me a very reasonable quote. He was a pleasure to work with the whole way through. Even helped me get parts much cheaper than I was able to find.Sean fixed my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The price was very reasonable. Id highly, highly recommend anyone taking their car to Woodys, specifically the one at Central and Oliver.

I discovered Woodys at 25th and Amidon about 3 years ago. Woodys has been my turn to shop for all of my automotive repair needs every since. They just fixed my Saturn Vue. I had a loose wire. I thought it possibly needed a new wiring harness. They hooked up the wire and it runs great now. They could have easily charged me for a new wiring harness and instead fixed it an only charged me the diagnostic fee. They are a very honest and reputable shop. They always get to my car in a timely manner which is important when youre without a ride. I love that they look over your vehicle to see all the repairs it needs but also never pressure you to do the repairs right away. In conclusion I will continue to turn to Woodys for all my automotive needs and recommend them to my friends and family. Good job Woodys!

The staff at Woodys are awesome! They did my oil change as requested, assessed my vehicle to pin point the issues I was having and gave me a reasonable quote for the cost of repairs. They also gave me a list of recommended maintenance based upon my mileage. They were not pushy at all and allowed me to decide what repairs I wanted to do and when I wanted to do them. The staff was kind and helpful...and Pam even gave me a ride to work!

Friend went here recently. They gave a general scan for $90+, that automotive stores do for free. There were no reference codes of any kind that would come from a diagnostic. To make matters worse they said from their diagnostic that certain work would be required and quoted a price that wasnt even on the sheet of paper they gave. The print out they gave actually mentioned completely different labor and parts and nothing about what was discussed on the phone. Glad others had good experiences but this place will rip you off if youre not careful and dont know any better. Im just glad my friend in question had enough mechanic friends to steer her away from this scam. If I could give less than a star, I would.- Final thoughts, be VERY wary of what they tell you here and be sure to get a second opinion before proceeding with anything!

This is a full service shop, excellent service, close to home, and I am a regular here. I have two import vehicles (Honda, Prius), I bring both to Woodys for everything from oil change to alignment to fluid exchange and the unexpected repair. Parents took their car in for check up and were told they needed struts, tie rods, breaks and tires. Woodys was going to charge them $4,000 to do the work. Im a school trained mechanic that graduated with honors. I looked at their car and nothing was wrong with it. Breaks are prefect and plenty of meat left on the pads. Struts pads the bounce test,bushings are good, and no leaks. Tie rods are good, minimum wear on bushings. Tires need to be rotated but thats it. Watch out for them. They will Rob you blind!
