Chad is your guy. If you need ANYTHING hell either handle it or refer you to a specialty shop. Does regular maintenance, custom work, and specializes is performance work.

I brought my car here with engine troubles only to take it home still having engine troubles. The guy claimed to give me a tuneup, and change my air filter. When I took my car home he told me he still didn’t know what was wrong with it and that it would eventually start up on its own. I took it to another mechanic who repaired it within a day with such minor issues that I don’t understand how this guy didn’t see it and he was super unprofessional. The other mechanic even found the cleaning fluid this guy used in my oil cabin so I had to get an oil change because of it. Would not recommend taking your car here unless you wanna get scammed out of almost $500.

Excellent place to have work done on your vehicle.

I would not recommend this place at all I have a friend that has taken 2 different cars there to be fixed and both leave with more issues then when confronted about the issue its never there fault and they charge you more. Basically its a jiffy lube!! Scam do not take your vehicles here if you want them to run! How can you be a mechanic and not know what your doing? Do yourself a favor and find a good reliable place to get your car fixed.

Brent and Chad are great guys. Both are honest, loyal and caring to their customers. My wife and I have been screwed by several mechanics in the past, but Brent and Chad have shown us what true customer service looks like. BC Auto has always taking care of us and always will.....making my wife and I life-long customers.

I love how these guys treat everyone with respect and want to actually help you instead of using you to make a quick buck. They actually care about their quality of service as well.

This place treated me like I was a person and explained the problem. Also to top it off their prices were more reasonable than anywhere I have seen. This guy Chad knew his stuff and took are of the problem the first time and in a pinch.

Last year my 04 Saturn was having problems with not wanting to start, long to infinite cranks. Went to plenty of shops on the west side and even the Saturn certified techs.They all were scratching their heads with dumb looks on their faces.Just when i was about to call it quits and scrap the car i saw this shop and decided what do i have to loose. The owner listened to my explanation of the problems and he said he already worked on a Saturn with that exact problem and was about 99% sure he knew how to fix it.Even though he worked on it to make it driveable and we decided the full fix was not in the budget, they still got me back on the road and the car is still running fine.

Great guys, do great work. And honest. Will Be BACK.
