I love Expert Autos. They are trustworthy, friendly and really fast about getting my car in and out of the shop. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

The list is long but to conclude my list, they made assumptions about what was wrong with my vehicle, based on a few details I told them, without even getting out of the office chair. I had to literally beg to get one of them to come outside and at least run a diagnosis scan for codes. Then after they said I could leave my vehicle parked for the day they were freaking out on me to get it moved, I had it out of there within an hour but mind you I live 2 and half hours away. Not pleased with them and absolutely would not recommend, Id give zero stars on my experience if I could. By the way for anyone from the business who might read this, your assumptions were wrong about the problem with my car. I was friendly and had cash in hand, not sure why youd turn down a customer like that.

I had a break issue. It required quite a bit of work and a parts order from Ford. They didn’t do anymore than was absolutely necessary to fix the problem and didn’t charge for some of the work they did. Truly appreciate the communication and great work!

Anthony was wonderful! After being told no from another shop, I called to see if Expert could change out a tire on a busy Saturday. It wasnt a big money making job, but Anthony didnt care. They squeezed us in and took wonderful care of us quickly then wouldnt even let us pay him for his help. We will be back - not expecting service for free of course. I was in Wichita from out of town for a wedding. I got an affordable and quality oil change. During the oil change they noticed that my engine coolant was leaking. They could not investigate then, but scheduled me to visit the next morning to diagnose the issue. I drove off the lot and then heard some interesting noises so I decided I needed to go back immediately. Better leave it with them and get a rental than blow out an engine. When I made it back to the shop late in the day they squeezed me in and found the issue even without me asking. Turned out I had a leaking hose. They clamped the leak and taught me how monitor my engine heat to determine if any other issues arose. They also suggested some precautionary steps to be prepared for a future engine overheating. At the end of all this, I asked what I owed them and they said nothing! The manager here is friendly, helpful, and a good businesses man. I appreciate the help team!

Got a flat a few blocks away from them, I called a few shops but they sent someone down to help within minutes. All I needed was a jack to change out the spare, the man who answered helped right away and the guy that showed up was really nice and professional. Had to change oil and they had to change my battery too and now my car is stuck on the side of the road. I don’t recommend getting your car fixed here.

Our 1999 ford starter. went out. Fixed it and then the rack and pinion let loose just as we were leaving. Had it done next day . Very friendly and quick. Ford runs great. And the prices were desent.woukd recommend them .

Outstanding customer service. Had head gaskets and power steering pump replaced on 2011 Subaru Impreza with 130k miles. Mechanics also noted two non-OEM spark plugs installed by previous garage and that serpentine belts needed replaced. Followed up with me to confirm they could perform the additional work and informed me that it would be no additional charge.I offered to pay for the plugs and belts upon picking the car up, but they insisted on sticking to their original quote for the head gasket and power steering pump.Knowledgeable, thorough, professional team. Happy to do business with them. Highly recommend.

Im from out of town and needed a quick oil change. I found Expert Care online and chose it because of the reviews. They dont make appointments for oil changes so I made sure I was the first person on Saturday to be able to get them to fit me in. I arrived and was greeted pleasantly by Shawn. He got me in and I only waited 30 minutes for the change. During my wait every employee that walked into the area greeted me. I also realized that the next 3 customers after me were all long term clients that keep coming back due to the service they receive. That made me feel like I really chose a great shop and that I wasnt going to be taken advantage of. My oil change was $30 and I know across the street it advertises $19.99, but the service and friendliness in that shop would make me return with no hesitations.

There is no place better in Wichita to take your vehicles! Sean and all of the guys are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable and honest. They take good care of their customers, and the cars that are entrusted to them.

This place is fantastic, I was greeted and welcomed. Staff is friendly, excellent customer service, and the place is well kept and clean. Based on first experience, the staff was interested in getting to know me, after I explained to them my car issues and it evaluated. Next, they briefly explained to me the issues and PHYSICALLY brought me to the garage, showed me hands-on what they did, what needed to be done, and provided me options as if I wanted an inexpensive, or expensive route. It showed they werent trying to low ball me, and wanted to make sure I had options on what I wanted to do. Moreover, they asked me if I wanted a loaned vehicle while they did the operation. They actually ended up not having one but the mechanic told me he had a vehicle for me, so he physically drove me to his mothers home and let me borrow his mothers vehicle. I just thought that was very generous. I was looking for a highly reputable car repair shop to avoid the dealer and this place matched that desire. Id highly recommend this place to others.

I went in to buy a simple brake light if they had it available in store. Not only did they have the brake light, but they changed it for me free of charge. The mechanics were prompt and timely and the person running the register was good for conversation. I recommend this place.

I see someone had removed my review of this place so Ill write it again. In a nutshell, my car was overheating and just had no time to work on it at home. I took it here and they told me that it was going to be a water pump change. Skeptical, I took it home, and found the time to look at it myself. There was simply a lot of air in the cooling system. I bled the air out of the port in the engine and all was well and has been for several month. Saved myself well over 700 bucks they were going to charge.

As a shop owner and a 21 year veteran ASE certified master technician I have to say these guys run a tight ship! I walked in and noticed how clean the waiting room was and how quickly they were able to slip my car in for a quick removal of my swaybar endlinks. Tommy was the technician I dealt with and he was very personable and quick to offer to go the extra mile for me to make sure my needs were met, and with that personality he is going to go very far as a natural leader in the industry. I cant recommend these guys enough!

I will definitely be coming back here! I’m a college student and between 3 jobs and classes it can be hard to find time to get my car fixed but these guys got me in immediately when I realized something was up with my brake pads. These guys were so nice and friendly and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. The price was more than fair and they did really good work.

Up to this point only had to use Expert for small things. They have replaced brakes and done some tires for me. My college daughter aged comes in for oil changes. Today I stopped because I thought I had something in my tire. I was in and out in 20 minutes. It did not matter that it was a quick and inexpensive fix, I was treated with kindness and respect. They have always been kind and honest to that same daughter of mine when dad is not with her. Great place, will always get my business.

Theyre really fantastic - honest, super friendly, and engaged. I use them for all my basic maintenance, and theyve patched leaky tires for me for free a couple of times. Fair prices, and Ive never worried they were trying to rip me off.

Ive always taken my vehicle to the dealership for service but from now on I will be bringing it to these folks. A few months ago I had a tire that had a small leak. They fixed it for free as long as I promised to bring it back for my next oil change. I did that today. The people working here are exceptionally friendly. I was services quickly and very affordable. I cant give a high enough recommendation to the folks here!

Just took a 2003 Volvo to Expert Auto. .. the vehicle was gifted to us from family to offer our 16 yr old daughter... the only caveat, being that the brakes needed to be replaced as well as the master cylinder. EA, however informed me that I needed none of the above (for the time being at least), saving me Im sure over $1000... Not really accustomed to my auto mechanic talking me into less repairs,.. I m definitely happy to have EA in the neighborhood.

Put engine in but did not putidler arms from old engine to new engine and then wants to charge for new idler arms also took old clamps for radiator and put new cheapclamps on didnt need. Cant trust them. Just out to get more money

Went to have a tire repaired because I saw a nail in one tire. They were totally honest and said the nail was so small it didnt cause any damage, and didnt charge me. Its nice to see an honest business.

Expert Auto Center is my favorite auto shop in all of Kansas. This past weekend while visiting Wichita from out of town,I got into a car wreck Friday and Evening and Shawn went above and beyond Saturday to get my car back into working order so I would be able to return to my hometown. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and explained everything to myself and my Grandpa. If I could give him 10 stars, he would get them for sure!

We have always had success at Expert Auto, including 9 acceptable repairs or maintenance visits, all at a fair price. Its a no-brainer for us now to go there when the cars need care.

They are so nice and they help with even the minor things like how to get a light off after an oil change u did lol! But over all unless its something they dont work on they try to get u in asap and back on the road.
