The app is real simple to use. The customer service is excellent & the cars are reliable.
Rented a FULL size got some small Kia suv that have only a bar to adjust the seat. It was the cheapest piece of *$&$&&$*#! Like riding on a board. Outrageous to call and charge that as a FULL size!

Kyle S. has the best customer service ethic of any rental car provider I’ve ever seen. Came in with some issues regarding the “turnover” process since I had the car over 30 days and he thoroughly explained the procedure and switched me to a car smaller that fits more of what I drive at home very quickly and efficiently. Thank-you Kyle!
Michele is the manager at this location and she literally did everything in her power to make my plans work out. She was very helpful and considerate of my costs. Micheles friendly tone and can do attitude made this experience a relief and I will recommend this location to anyone, even my coworkers whom I make travel arrangements for during business trips. Id also like to recognize Fabian, one of the employees at this location. He was polite and helpful as well. They both went out of their way to make sure my experience was quick, easy and the most cost effective rental possible. Keep up the good work. I think you deserve a raise!

Great helpful & friendly service. I had great cars 98% of time (a few hrs I was in a rough Corolla, b/c of my last minute reservation). I use them any time I travel into Wichita falls
ALMOST GOOD? The whole rental process seemed to go really well until the check out, but instead of refunding what they owed for making me take a smaller car than I had pre-paid for, the (small) amount shows up as non-refundable prepay. So I guess they can just take money for no reason at all ! Its no wonder that the public is suspicious of AVIS.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Only giving one star because I have to. Went down to Wichita Falls for a weekend visit with family and PREPAID to rent a car. Go to pick it up and they say they have to swipe my card even though I’ve prepaid. Well their card machine won’t accept my card, so I try my credit card and it won’t accept that either. I call my bank to see what the problem is and my bank says that AVIS isn’t even running my cards. The lead behind the counter, Kachi, says that He can do nothing and I’m stuck. He suggested I cancel my reservation and try again but that I’ll need to call their corporate line to do so. Kachi gives me he corporate number to call. I call the corporate number and they tell me they’re going to charge me $150 to cancel the reservation that I COULDNT use because of THEIR system! I’m on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a supervisor named John about cancelling my current reservation without the surcharge and he tells me that He’ll cancel the whole thing and waive the cancellation fee. VERY long process overall and I left wishing I had never bothered to do business with them.
The staff was extremely friendly and my car was VERY clean. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car from them!!!

Car was not cleaned well
Ok so we get here to Wichita Falls and go to get our car. Guess what? They have no cars!!! He said he tried to call and he left VM but nothing on the phone. I explain Im here for my Fathers funeral and he goes oh sorry but we have nothing. Then Budget/Avis had already charged us and hes complain about having to do a refund, because we prepaid. So Im staying as calm as I can and I ask to speak to his mgr. He looks at me like Im stupid. My blood is starting to boil. So I ask AGAIN and he goes Im the lead and I said great, but I want to speak to YOUR boss and again he looks at me like Im stupid. I look at him and said sir please get me your boss. You have a boss and he goes Ill call corporate and I said no YOUR boss. And so he walked off and I havent heard a word since. His name is Kachi. He is so disrespectful its not even funny. Jennifer called the corporate office and they refunded the money and then they said theyre doing us a courtesy by refunding the money and not taking the deposit. And Jen was like how are yall doing us a courtesy when you do not have any cars. It has been an experience so far so I do not recommend Avis or Budget plain and simple! Customer service absolutely stinks. Okay end of my rant thank you folks have a wonderful. Thankful for Shepherd Airforce Base Inn for letting us rent a room this evening so from a Navy Veteran - Go Airforce!!!!
Staff are friendly and professional. But since counter is small, only 1 staff is on shift, and each customer takes 10-15minutes, there’s always long line.
Wow. I honestly cant believe this place is still in existence. They are notorious for either not having cars or giving you cars with no gas. Just sad. Employees get an attitude when you complain about the service (or lack thereof). Save yourself the headache and rent from the location at Walmart.

One of the worst rentals experiences ever. The airport manager had to track down the employee as they had gone missing. Took almost an hour to find the employee to get our rental.
