Do not use this rental agency. They will leave you at the airport. When they do finally come get you they will take you about 8 miles from the airport and rent you a car. Then once you are done with said transaction, they tell you that you are on your own to get back to the airport. There are 2 rental options in the airport, I recommend using them. We have never had this problem before. They tell you its due to covid, but not one of them are wearing masks and they have plenty of people working there. Just saying..

These guys are beyond FANTASTIC! I mistakenly made reservations for the Wichita, KS location instead of Wichita Falls, TX and didnt realize until we landed! They switched our reservation and were still there to pick us up within the hour! So grateful for their customer service and quick response!

Worst customer service Ive ever recieved. Was told there was no availability and thats fine. But when you tell me on Tuesday that I will be called on Saturday and get no call, then I call you on Sunday and am told I missed my appointment that was never set? No email? No confirmation? Total lack of accountability and professionalism. I simply will never use this locstion in Wichita Falls TX ever again.

Have me a charge for 30 dollars in tools when i put less than 40 miles on the car and only drove it to and from work which is 6 minutes away! Got the charge almost a month after renting the car!! Now i have to dipute it they took the charges out today and now i gotta wait till Monday to contact someone about it!! Done renting from there. Too many headaches

Extremely nice and helpful especially since I have never driven a car that you didnt have to use a key to start it with before it was comical but the people at Enterprise on Jacksboro Highway are great the place is awesome nice helpful good attitude I will continue to do business with them in the future shall I need another rental car

Reserved online called to ask for a pick up for my mom, gave girl on phone the address, she asks about payment info. She asks if debit or credit card, I say its a debit credit card. She says they dont accept that there. I have rented at multiple enterprises with this card. She also told me I had to be local. I just moved here and have no permanent address. Staying in a hotel. I only rented for 1 day. How is this location still in business? Girl on the phone was very rude as well. My initial pick up time was 11. Apparently that is lunchtime and that was inconvenient. I worked retail for 25 years. This is no way to treat repeat customers. Needless to say now my elderly mom has to take the bus.

I have always had a good experience rental a car from my location and getting a discount and earning rewards by using my plus account. The staff is great and friendly and I will rent a car again at Enterprise on my next occasion. Thank you for making my rental stress free😁

I reserved the vehicle online at a specific time and the reservations was accepted. I was later called and asked if my reservation could be moved to a later time in which I agreed. When I arrived the vehicle still wasnt ready and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes. It seems if that many people are renting vehicles maybe you should have more vehicles on site for on time pickup.Why is there no longer a drop box for easy key drop off after hours. It seems Enterprise no longer understands the value of customer service.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The vehicle I got was clean and got us where we needed to go and back with peace of mind. Pick up and drop off were simple. The only thing that didnt go as planned was that I selected the XM radio option and was told it would activate quickly. I tried to get it to work and 3 more people tried on the trip and none of us could get it to work. I didnt bother calling them because we had great conversation along the way! I told Enterprise when I dropped it off and they removed the charge from my bill. Easy!Overall very pleased.

I like renting cars from there because its easy, quick and fast. They do a quick inspection with you just to make sure everything is good. They have unlimited mileage which is a plus. I recommend renting a car from here.

Quick, easy & they were friendly which was nice but I needed to be picked up early & they dont do that so I had to pay for a Lyft which didnt help added to the cost!EDITED: So just had to rent again with them being in a small town not many choices & I ended up having an issue & the staff was down right rude & didnt want to listen to me & nearly hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. Really what kind of customer service is that!!!! I hate that I have to rent from Enterprise. I used to use them in another city & they were great but here they shouldnt even be in business!

Never had a bad experience here! The cars are nice no matter the spectrum. I went once and had to be put in something that was completely out of my element because I’ve never driven a truck before, the gentleman helping me did not push me to rent it out but also assured me that it was not as bad as I thought, he let me see it and run it through my head 50 million times lol. In the end he was right and man it made me really have a new found love for trucks! It’s always a pleasure renting from here!

Very helpful staff. They explained everything to my satisfaction, the car I rented was almost new and in great condition. The only thing Id say was while it was clean inside it had obviously come back dusty and rather than being washed, it looked like it had been hosed down and wiped dry. However thats just a little picky. Id return here to rent again for the service and the staff.

I was involved in an auto accident, and the insurance company initially had a vehicle arranged with Hertz. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, the agent was extremely rude, and it was evident we were an inconvenience and interruption. After signing the documents, we proceeded to inspect the vehicle, which did not appear to be cleaned, did not have the gold standard clean verification, and had obvious damage. As we pointed out the damage, the agent did not feel it necessary to take the photos, which was part of this process. Upon insisting the damage be documented, he began cussing at my husband and stated he would no longer rent me the car (I was the one in the accident, so the rental was in my name) if my husband was there. Needless to say, we did not get the rental. I placed ten calls to corporate over the next few days, and asked that the general manager contact me, which has yet to happen.In the midst of this, we contacted the insurance company again to let them know the situation. They put us in contact with Enterprise. From the moment we made contact with the local office, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was minimal wait time, the car was extremely clean, and they even started the vehicle to allow it to cool down a bit (it was over 100 degrees outside that day) before handing over the keys. I travel a lot, and have decided that Enterprise will now receive all of my business. While it may take me a bit of time to accrue the status level I had at Hertz, I would much rather deal with a company that cares about their customers. Great job Enterprise!

This location never answers their phones. In my line of work, we rent cars at Enterprises all over the country, and Ive never had a worse experience than I did with this location today. After waiting on someone to pick up the phone for 10 minutes, I was told that they would not keep my reservation that had already been booked online today. If my company didnt have a contract with Enterprise, I would not use this company again.

4 starts because of a very unpleasant interaction with one of the ladies who answers your phone. I requested a rental car to go to my dental appointment and instead of LISTENING and trying to understand what I was trying to ask, she kept saying me to speak louder and clearer, put your face to the phone. When i indicated that i was unable to talk louder. So shout I had to in all my pain. Just unprofessional and insensitive.Overall however, I cant fault the entire entity for the attitude of one bad employee. The oberall service is good and rates are affordable.

If I could give a minus 5 review of this place, I would.I reserved a car to drive to a memorial service of a family member.it said my car was reserved. when I got off work I headed to Enterprise to pay for and pick up the car. The man working there did not honor the reservation because he said I needed proof of residence. he said 2 utility bills. I told him I live in an apartment where all bills are paid. I showed him my drivers license that had my address and I had a statement from my credit union showing my address and a debit card that goes with that credit union with my name on it and a dozen other debit and credit cards. He said since I didnt have utility bills I couldnt rent the car. No other rental place is open so I will miss the services.I WILL NEVER recommend Enterprise to anyone . That is so cold hearted and a policy that makes no sense.

The service representative at pick up and drop off was professional and efficient. The vehicle was just what I selected, and very clean. My only critique was the fuel in the tank. I had picked up a full tank van, but the tank only had about 375 miles on it. A full tank actually could drive about 420. Full should be full. I had mentioned this to the representative when I dropped off the van. She did ask me if there was anything she could do to remedy the situation (the fuel cost was less than ten dollars, so I declined).

Had a reservation to pick up car today after 9am. I arrived at 0930 and the car I was to receive had not been cleaned yet. I am sure it was not the agents responsibility but surely this should be addressed if someone is in a time crunch.

Pretty good service except I feel I overpaid for my rental. Was quoted 114. 00..paid 330.00. I returned the vehicle 6 hours late but I didnt realize I would be charged up right up to the time they checked it in and it happened to be a holiday so they were closed. It was a real nice car and would have just kept it until they were opened and happily paid extra charges but I didnt even have the vehicle and had to pay for an extra two days. Would have just appreciated a more detailed explanation on after hour returns.

The staff is(as always) kind, courteous and fast. It took my less than 10 minutes to get the car and less than that when returning it. The car was clean and our trip was flawless because there were no issues with the car. The gas mileage the vehicle got was amazing! The convenience of being picked up and dropped off is a bonus. This is the ONLY place I have rented from in 18 years. It will continue to be the only place too.

Have had very good experiences and some bad ones. Last rental wasn’t ready so they told me they had a smaller car ready and I could have it but would not discount the price. Had to take it due to timeline I was on but was not happy. Had made my reservation 2 days in advance. Car before that looked like the seats had been covered in chocolate sauce. I have had some wonderful experiences but it seems the more cars I rent the worse the customer service gets

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any establishment in my 50 years. The people at the Wichita Falls, Texas, location were very rude and condescending. I will never return to that location for anything. I called the corporate office to complain and never heard back. I have work with the public forever and can not imagining treating customers this way.

Service was excellent! Got a quick car wash before leaving the lot. Did not have the vehicle I wanted when we arrived. Had to settle for something I would not have ordered or pay more to go up to the next category. In the end, everything went fine. I appreciated the after-hours drop box.

I rented a car from the Enterprise location on Jacksboro Highway in Wichita Falls on July 11, 2020. Although the protocols for complying with the health directives were apparent (staff came to customers outside the building, masks were worn) but after we were driving away we noticed gunk in the ventilation vents (which we supposed was amoral), the floor mats were wet and a drink carrier and childs harmonica were found in the back seat floorboard. Even though minor I question how clean the vehicle actually was. I am very disappointed.

This is the worst business I have ever worked with. When I brought the rental back my cars windshield was cracked. After parking it in their back lot. Parked where Wade Busby told me to park in. In a fenced in lot. When I asked what they were going to do about it. I was rudely told they didnt care about it. They were not liable for something that happen when I did what I was told. I have used this company several times in past few years. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I reserved a car 3 weeks prior to picking up the car. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be brought to the location. It seems to me my car should have been at the location, ready to go. I was not offered any compensation for having to wait. If I had walked in off the street to rent a car, I would have understood having to wait. But after the company called and texted me 3 times in the 3 days prior to pick up to remind me of my reservation, the car should have been waiting for me.

The transactions at the counter were speedy, although i did have to wait about twenty minutes for a car that i wanted instead of taking a van from the lot. The last two times that I reserved a car on the Website the local office never had want I wanted. So the first time they down graded me instead of upgrading and didnt even have a car ready so we ended up taking the car they gave us and getting the oil changed so we could get started on our trip. They tried doing that again on this last rental and my husband so no! Weve been a customer for over ten years and I think we should be treated better then that. Of course with Enterprise having the best rates I guess it doesnt matter. The manager isnt real nice either or the 800 number.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a good one. I have been having my truck repaired and needed transportation to work each time. The appointment for my rental was done on my cell phone on my way home from work. I only needed to come into the office when I was ready to take my truck to the shop and have my driver follow me to the shop. Easy-peasy!I will use Enterprise again.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They agreed they would come and get me there at 1 pm on Monday. Monday came and I dropped off my car at the body shop. And waited. And waited. Called them to politely remind them they said they would pick me up, I thought oh well, someone must have forgotten or something, that kinda sucks. No one answered. Left a message with my phone number for them to call me back ASAP because it was already 10 past 1 pm. Called again at 1:20. Still no answer. No one called me back. Finally the super nice guy at the body shop took pity on me and gave me a ride over there. Enterprise never showed up to get me or answered/returned my calls. Once I got to Enterprise I walked in and said umm someone was supposed to pick me up at 1 from Prestige body shop...? The guy just shrugged and said how can I help you?No apology. No explanation. No acknowledgement that they screwed up. Im a pretty easy going person so I didnt push the issue further but DAMN thats cold.Then it took them a while to get a car ready for me, even though they should have known that I needed one at 1 pm because we already set it up on the phone! The whole time I was there the phones were ringing off the hook and no one answered any of the calls.No idea what behind the scenes issues were going on there but theres really no excuse for just leaving someone stranded with no explanation or apology. If you cant come pick me up for some reason, fine I guess, but call me and let me know and reschedule or something! And at least apologize for the pretty huge inconvenience both to me and to the guy from the body shop who ended up having to do their job for them on his own time! Just an absolutely ridiculous way to treat people.

I drove to Wichita Falls from Alabama and had an issue with a faulty battery while here. Wade went through the effort to get me new car for my trip back to Alabama. I have only two complaints, both related to reserving a rental online: FIRST, I did not get the vehicle model class that I booked online because they had none of that model class on hand at the location I went to. Either a better job needs to be done of updating actual inventory on hand at a given location, or else it needs to be made clear in the online format that you are merely stating your preference of car model class when you book a rental. SECOND, I paid almost $150 more (and Im NOT referring to the &200 deposit) than what Enterprise website quoted me for. This was disturbing because the website gives you an itemized price quote, making you feel that all fees and taxes have been taken into account with regard to your intended rental, but then when you show up in person to take possession of the car, the price is much higher than you expected. I think this was mostly due to the insurance policy that you have to choose once you show up to pick up the car if you do not already have your own insurance. I just think it needs to be made more clear on the website how much youll actually be paying for your rental. No one likes fees that are less that forthcoming on the initial pricing.

I feel I was treated fairly on 3/4 weekend rentals. The one I didnt like was a 3 day rental of an intermediate car that cost me $70.00 dollars for the extra day and I never got a decent explanation. Try and call them and no one will answer and if there is he will leave you on hold. Customer service will destroy the company’s name. And the other 10 people ahead of me had reservations later than mine and they were not even present at the time I got there. Was promised to get picked up when we had an appointment to have our car fixed at the local collision repair. Instead left my wife waiting in the collision repair parking lot. Never got picked up and even with a reference # provided by the insurance conpany stating this was what to do. I even callwd then to find out why and was hung up on when I said hello I am going to put you on conference call with you insurance agentNever apologized, but huge thank you to the collision repair that took my wife to them to get the rental!
