The employee is really super nice there. I had an issue the first time & it really soured me& I think that they need to train their employees in some areas better because he had no idea what was going on & I wasnt able to rent on that day because of it but I for it figured out & now its fine. But as I said he was really great to work with hes very personable & friendly & really nice to talk to. This location wasnt very busy when I went so he was able to take the time to explain everything, he even came out & showed me the nuances of the car since I was in a hybrid & had never driven much less been in one.
Cheapest place but only one person for all the things! Companies cutting corners like that should be ashamed
Montana was simply amazing. We had tried a different company prior but Avis will be our go to from now on. I appreciate his friendly demeanor, professional advice, and the way he could point us in the right direction. We got a great deal on a car and they got customers for life.
Disrespectful and Sexist, we made a reservation two days prior to the pick up. My wife shows up and he proceeds to talk down and over her not even providing the opportunity to hear any thing she has to say. He tells her that even though she has a reservation there are no cars available. My wife steps aside to call me and two guys come up to the desk with no reservation so he decide to give them a vehicle. When my wife confronts him about it he berates her and continues to talk down on her. So if you enjoy your spouse being disrespected and an attempt at stealing your money go here. They do a great job at it.
Was happy at first when the reservation and drop off was fast and easy and the guy who helped me was amazing. Problem happened when I noticed they charged my account twice! Now $187 is a big deal and when I called I got the run around. Finaly ended up being told to get a fax number for my information which my bank said that wasnt how it worked and the knew that. Luckily my bank handled it. If you wanna lose your money and get frustrated with bad customer support then Avis is good for you.
I have been going to Avis for awhile now and only like going here because of Montana. He is amazing, always willing to help out and find a good deal for you. He is such a great guy and easy going
I made a reservation for one of my passengers to be delivered at a local airport. We received a confirmation number, everything seemed to be good to go. When he arrived at the airport Saturday his car HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I called the local office and they did not answer the phone. I then had to call Avis central reservations, looks like the location (THIS LOCATION) cancelled the reservation first thing in the morning, for no reason. They did not bother to call my passenger to let him know about cancellation, or to give him a reason why. By that time the location was already closed, so central reservations was unable to get a car for my passenger. This is the definition of terrible customer service. I believe they have forgotten the nature of their job, people are relaying on them for transportation.
Awesome service! So fast and easy and not to mention VERY reasonable prices. Will definitely be renting from them again!
Never rented a car but I did rent a big truck and the young man was very courteous and helpful

The branch manager Montana Pigeon was extremely helpful, both on the phone and at the counter. That little Ford Edge was really nice. Thanks for recommending it.

Well, weve been waiting nearly 20 minutes and no one is here to open the place, let alone help with the rental I was scheduled to pick up at 7:30.
Did not have a car even though I made a reservation. I also was never contacted or notified. The representative was not helpful and half sleep playing on his phone when I came into the Avis. I left my number and was told I would be getting a call, even if there was no cars it would of been nice not to be stranded.Bad business!
