Came here seeking help for just becoming unhoused at 19 people can think what they want but a staff worker with a big chin and red hair covered in tattoos big around the waist and everywhere mumbled mommas boy under her breath while I was crying on the phone with a social worker absolutely disgusting there will be a investigation involved Pronto Pronto

This place is terrible our son is having a mental episode. They did Nothing to help him!! Never checked on him told us they would help even with him taking medication that never happened. If he had not had his family to watch over him he would have become homeless, in jail or dead like so many others who have mental illness. If your child is suffering from mental illness Do Not take your child there. They do not help in any way. We will be making a formal complaint to the state against them.

Dr Crane is very good to me and is helping me though some tough times,I really appreciate how he takes the time to listen,I wish I could see him in person and not on camera which was kinda weird for me at first. I struggle every day with depression,anxiety and panic attacks and I am a work in progress and works well with all issues

I worked in the medical field for a few years with 2 different medical facilities hands on with patients and patient information. I am VERY aware it is the law that if I patient requests their own information they have a right to have it. The facility cannot without information about yourself if you request it... I called Medical Records. He was frustrated because I wanted something faxed to the doctors at Clinic of North Texas... so of course knowing what my medical rights are I got frustrated.. then he decided to hang up on me.Problem number 2 they scheduled my husband and gave him two reminder cards.. he showed up for the appointment dates and times which were written down on the cards.. when he showed up to those appointments he was told that his appointments had already passed and missed them. Now theyre trying to start his process over. This facility is a joke. He said he enjoys who his doctor was there but overall the whole operation there is terrible.

Very glad they are here. Staff is friendly and remembers you. Now that i have private insurance i will be going elsewhere though. They dont have the resources to give each person a lot of care or time. But they are excellent in what they do and a valuable resource to our community.

If I could rate individual service I would. The crisis center is a much needed and highly favored resource. You professionals cant even call me back and I have called in regards of an issue. Your doctor I saw was emotionless and not helpful. I felt bullied into a med Im not sure about and now I cant take it anyway because you refused to call me back. Its a disgrace. Like I said if you are in Crisis please get a hold of the center they are fantastic. I am however glad I have a therapist and psychiatrist else where.

This place is a great help to people. With mental issues. And low income. Good staff and Doctors..

A corrupt corporation that doesnt follow any orders. They will kill your loved one if you arent paying attention.
