Flex appeal strives on the family atmosphere and focuses on personal growth within. Instead of focusing on just your physical appearance they focus on how healthy you feel, your self esteem and help set realistic expectations of yourself. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone I know!
