Always plenty of room to get the job done in a non-judgmental and non-competitive atmosphere. A very clean and welcoming facility. And, I never have to worry about forgetting my ear buds because there is always upbeat music playing in the background.

Its a gym and they keep it clean...no major issues.. everyone minds their own business which is a plus for me

I feel it’s common knowledge that planet fitness is pretty much the worst gym ever anywhere in the US. At least here in Wichita Falls it probably takes the cake. The staff honestly seems to never know what they’re doing. In fact, they didn’t label a broken machine and let it stay in use for a week. If you only want to do cardio this is the place to go because there aren’t too many free weights. The prices aren’t really “transparent”, I do think everyone should be aware that they don’t offer refunds of any sort, or so I’ve been told. I don’t think that makes any sense but it really reaffirmed my opinion of staying away. In this city, you’ll have a way better workout/experience in general at Crunch. At crunch any issues I have was resolved honestly pretty quick. I’m pretty sure plant fitness will respond to this with the generic “oh we’re sorry to hear, please reach out to us so we can improve”, but that never works and I’m legitimately so fed up the only way I’d consider changing this review is if they refunded me the entire amount I’ve paid lol, but what can you do 🤷🏻‍♂️. This is a strongly opinionated review, but as neutral as possible, take your business somewhere else, you’ll have a way better experience. You’d probably do better using the weights off the shelf at Walmart.

Visited as a guest with a black card member to try the Hydromassage. Nice location and parking is not a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean, orderly and well laid out. The only caveat I find is that you have to be a black member to use the Hydromassage and that membership is expensive. Its over $375 per year for that privilege and you can only use the machine for 10 minutes. Hardly worth the expense in my opinion. I feel they are missing a good portion of people who would become members if their membership options had more choices including the use of Hydromassage.

Planet Fitness has always been a welcoming place that has plenty of machines to use for exercise. It tends to be geared for people like myself who have modest goals of exercise, fitness, and weight loss, there are people there who also seriously train. I like the relaxed environment and the ability to workout at any time of the day, as well as take a shower and get a massage, (massage machines for Black Card members). They are reasonably priced and their brand ensures a friendly and even community environment.

Youre required to have an app to check in. The app is very slow. Also the app asks you personal questions before checking in. I deleted the app and got a new membership at Crunch. A much better gym.

Nice, spacious well maintained facility. Locker rooms are also nice with showers and individual dressing rooms for added privacy.

Love the place, but one of the workers is really killing my vibe everytime shes working. Skinny blonde girl think she needs to have some coaching. Hiding in the office and shi, theres nothing yall can do to better this for me. But you can for the next guests that walk through that door. This should be a uplifting encouraging environment! Greeting with a smile and great attitude. People coming there are here to fight their battles dont give them something extra to deal with. Period.

Love how they are so clean and ooen 24/7 i like to go at night like early mornings like 12-2 usually and its alway quiet and clean and the atmosphere is cool...

I workout from 9-11 pm due to schedule restraints. I have noticed that when the 10 pm shift change occurs, the new person is obsessed with cleaning and ignores the front desk. I have seen people waiting for someone to show up. One of the employees heads out the back door to smoke. This leaves us to wait to check in, get a tan, or massage. What is the deal? Ive been to other planet fitness clubs where this did not occur at that time of night.

Greeted everytime, & on the way out, they make sure to say have a great day or see ya soon. You can go in & get the work done without being bothered. I never have had to fight over equipment. It stays clean, & Ive never noticed a gym/body odor smell.

Clean equipment and a crew that will help with anything. Cant beat the price nor the quality of the equipment. The only down fall they need more free weight machines. Im about to max out the leg extension and calf machines in probably the next 2 months.

It is currently 36 outside, I asked the rep at the desk to turn down the fans over the cardio section and she refused. It’s currently on full blast making it hard to even sanitize my equipment. Is it company policy to ignore customers?!? The 3 people in my section still have their winter jackets on. Poor customer service, not to mention the airborne pandemic🤔 should that fans even be on or do you not care at all about your customers health.

The gym is clean, well organized, not too crowded and offers all the equipment I like to use. Due to social fitnessing every other cardio machine is turned off but neither myself or my husband have ever had to wait to any machine. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Admittedly its been a while since I have been but Planet Fitness was a great place to work out. The $20 membership card is worth it. You get full access to all exercise equipment, massage chairs, massage bed, discounts on refrigerators drinks, and access to the tanning beds. There are TVs all over the place, and wifi for members if memory serves me well. They also have large locker rooms, bathrooms, filtered water fountains, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I love it here, it’s a great places to work out at the places is clean and the staff here are great!! There no complaints here about the Facility..and it’s 24/7 and that the best part about it!!

Came to workout here at Planet Fitness Wichita Falls from out of town & it was a pretty nice gym despite the remodeling that was going on and the broken hydro-massage bed. The remodel guy was nice but the front desk staff could be a little friendlier. I guess im just used to being greeted upon arrival. Overall, it was a nice workout experience. Lastly, you cant beat the membership prices, its such a good deal. 3 stars.

I love this gym. To be perfectly honest, I hate working out.... I avoid group exercise at all costs. I am able to walk in this gym, head straight to the back rooms that are dedicated to work out targeted areas and not feel judged. I love using the red light therapy as it also does help a bit w toning and helps my sore knees and lower back. The hydrotherapy and massage chairs are great. All around a clean and welcoming gym.

I love this place. I can tan, work out, and hydromassage in one stop. Access is easy and the hours are 24/7. It costs me less than the price of a tanning salon.

The facilities are always clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Unlike the other two gyms Ive tried, there really isnt any judgement at PF! And hey, you cant beat the price for all you get with your membership! There are a ton of different machines to choose from, and the tanning and massage chairs/beds are great.

Very friendly Planet Fitness location and the only one in Wichita Falls. Probably not as large as newer Planet Fitness centers but still has newer equipment and men and women lockers. Would like to have self-lock lockers external to locker rooms but no biggie. Staff accommodating and do work to please.

When I am able to go, I love going. The equipment is easy to use and the staff is pretty nice. I wish they had a daycare because I dont usually get to use my membership because I dont have anyone able to watch my 2yr old, so I can workout. The only complaint I have is it always seems like they cant keep a trainer, and most of the trainers dont seem very qualified. They had an amazing trainer recently and I dont think he is there anymore.

2.5 to 3 stars. Employee interactions pleasant enough. Having been to some 4 and 5 star locations (on the days that I visited them) has spoiled me. 1st thing.. This ones a little on the smelly side. Perhaps the club isnt as well ventilated in the winter months. Equipment seems usable and they have the stretch thingy that not all clubs have. I noticed the late model Brown tile in the shower area so I was hoping for the most modern roomy showers but it looks like they just simply had to remodel in the existing space that they had of the old plastic units so they couldnt build a nice big showers like some of the other clubs have. Water was warm enough. And the shower head decent. There was a creepy crawly of some kind I didnt take a close look could have been a big ball of lint.. in the corner of the shower.I understand thats more of a thing here in the southern warmer states then in the northern states. Lastly. Lastly towel and disinfectant stations were poorly placed. Had to borrow from the tanning rooms to clean the massage chairs. One was ripped a bit. The one I chose however worked better than some other clubs so 3 stars for the massage chair. oh and I like that the girl asked me for how many coins I wanted for the massage chairs instead of just handing me two. It was 12 31 am so club wasnt crowded which was nice. I think this club might get a rougher crowd and that would explain some of its nuances. Also hydromacine touchscreen finnicky...couldnt get the pressure up normally...luckily a guy took the time out of his massage to give me some pointers on how to get the pressure up using another screen.

I have asked and wrote a letter to cancel this membership and they still keep charging me I have tried countless time to get a hold of someone in charge even at Corp level and still can not. This is the absolute worst company to do business with

Some of the machines need updating. They for sure need new tanning beds. The staff is amazing but there is one that needs to go.

I have been a member of this gym for three years now. However, lately every time I go to gym the front desks employees are either on their phones or talking to each instead of greeting and saying goodbye to people. This a reflection of poor customer service. Additionally, sometimes the employees do not wear their masks properly.

Great place with a kickass team of employees. Had a wonderful trainer a few yrs ago, and im looking forward to getting back by there when im in town.

The staff is awesome and friendly, and the people who come in are respectful individuals, all together a good place to work out in a positive atmosphere.

One of the smaller planet fitness gyms. Tons of people work out here seems like all at the same time. Free weight area is smaller than other planet fitness gyms. The layout is not the best. I probably wont work out at this location again.

I go at night to avoid the look at me.. Selfie.. Lift.. Selfie.. Talk.. Lift crowd. Great gym with awesome upgrades. Buuuuttt. The night time customer service is lacking. Shouldnt have to wait more than 10 mins for a drink.

The staff doesnt even know how to turn the volume down on the gyms speakers. They are so loud that i can feel the vibrations, and hear the music over my beats headphones. Hard to workout when two songs are in your ear at the same time.

As far as a gym environment, Im not a fan of Planet Fitness. That said, Ill try to compare this PF to others Ive been to.The facility at Wichita Falls is large. They have plenty of cardio equipment and space to work in the rest of the gym too. The locker room (mens) was kept neat and tidy except for one shower that leaked all over the shower section. If I had one complaint, itd be that the dumbbells are never in order. The dumbbells will usually match, but you have to hunt around for said dumbbells instead of just following the racks up or down.Overall, this is probably the best Planet Fitness Ive been to.

Planet fitness is great. They even have a paper that tells you when the busy times are so you can avoid those times if you want
