The personal training department is extremely dishonest. DO NOT give them your credit card or routing information as they will continue to move your cancellation date and withdraw from your account. I was told by a manager that corporate stripped local trainers of the ability to access dates in the system basically making it impossible for cancellation. STAY AWAY!!! Please scroll down and look at the reviews….. you will see the same situation over and over.

I just recently moved here for the next few months from Miami and immediately my first thing was I had to look for a gym. It was either this or planet and that wasn’t even an option lol. I read some of the reviews before going in and I just wanna say from my experience everything went GREAT. Signing up was easy and I was explained everything from the sign up fee to the annual fee & cancellation policy. I was asked if I wanted a tour & set up from a BMI reading and training session. It could just be me not being used to friendly people lmao but Everyone was great & my trainer was awesome . Everything was clean as well. Seems like people just need to complain

Recommend Crunch as a great place to grow. They promote from within, and the overall culture of the company is supportive and fun. Started with the club before it opened after losing a 5 yr tenure over COVID, did not think I would ever love a job the way I did the last one, but the old saying everything happens for a reason stands true because I love what I do here.

This is an AWESOME gym! I am always greeted with a smile and happy faces every time I walk in. There are sanitation stations throughout the gym, and I always see employees cleaning equipment. I am a regular tanner, and I can say that the tanning beds are always cleaned and sanitized. The facility has machines for all types of workouts and I really enjoy the variety of options in the group fitness classes. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a gym to try Crunch!

I moved to TX in February and instantly started looking for a gym. After trying out a few in the area, I did a 7 day free trial at crunch. Not only have the employees been awesome. the environment is very upbeat and fun. They have a wide variety of classes, as well as being open 24 hours. I highly recommend giving them a try if youre looking for a gym.

Never again. Wasnt in Wichita Falls for long but decided to get a membership. Everything was great until I needed to cancel it. Told them I was leaving and to cancel my membership. I thought it was being taken care of based on the way my interaction went with the desk person.Couple months go by and I start getting were concerned emails telling me I owe 3+ months worth of payment and that it would keep increasing. I speak to person on the phone who tells me to send a certified letter to crunch corporate. Are you kidding? The only reason for that would be to make it harder to cancel, definitely wasnt that hard to get my no contracts month to month membership.I told them to show me where I agreed to this and all I get now are the repeat were concerned emails. Wont be joining another crunch again. A shame because one is opening up near me that I was interested in.

So after reading the reviews, I decided to get a membership here and I must say I am REALLY impressed. From the moment my daughters and I stepped through the door we were met with happy faces and exceptional customer service. Everything was explained to us and we went on a tour. They have every machine possible for an effective workout and afterwards you can relax and get a wonderful hydro massage. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would because it is clean, sanitation stations are readily available and you will feel as though you’ve been going here for years. This is now my new second home and no other gym in town will ever be able to come close to taking their place.

I had been looking for a new gym to call home for a while when a friend recommended I go check out crunch. I went and did a walk through of the facility with Tamilyn and this place has everything you could want and then some. Besides being blown away by all the different things crunch has to offer from their plethora of classes to tanning beds, water massages, child care, full strike zone and the list goes on, I was even more blown away by the professionalism and high energy of the lady giving the tour Tamilyn! Her energy was through the roof and made me want to work out during the tour! I can’t wait to start my new journey with Crunch Fitness as my new Home!!!

I have yet to use my gym membership but they’re already taking their annual fee out of my account. They will harness you everyday with phone calls if you give them your phone number and they have a stuck up atmosphere from our conversation on the phone when I have ask them to not call. If I could give them 0/5 I would. I tried to cancel my membership but the only way to do it is if I go in person or to write a letter which seems stupid if you can sign up all online you should be allowed to cancel online as well.

Best commercial gym in town. The place is very clean and all of the employees have been very nice. Management has also been very helpful in fixing any problems Ive had with my account or any issues Ive had so far.

This place has the highest rates for personal training sessions in Wichita Falls and most of the PT are not even certified trainers. This company lied about the pay to its trainers upon opening which caused 3/4 of the staff to quit and then ban them from even being able to use the gym. They are BAD business for the community and are driven by your dollar signs $$, not your success, which is a shame because of the size of the gym and the amount of equipment they have to offer.

It’s a hassle to cancel a membership, and apparently your managers can’t control your staff. Signed up April 9th, only to decide after the calls every single day that we would receive on top of other things we no longer wanted a membership. My boyfriend calls and asks to cancel they say “okay no problem let me get your name and we will cancel” which come to find out was a lie cause We still kept getting calls about coming in for a free body scan..My boyfriend goes in and explains they say we can’t cancel over the phone so he tells them he was told repeats they could and hecancels membership (or so he thought). We quickly realized that it wasn’t the case since 1) I STILL GOT CHARGED!! 2) They continued to call every single day about us coming in.So he calls and explains and he gets told “well you can’t cancel over phone or till 60 days was up” so he goes in for a second time 60 days after, and cancels. Again he thought he did but apparently that’s not the case since today we received a call about us being past due. We go in and immediately speak to the manager and explain. She was no help and when we asked her why we were repeatedly told wrong we just got hit with the “well we have new employees so I’m sorry”I asked why he was told over the phone continuously that he could and the manger picks up the printer and smiles and laughs and goes “Well like I said we can’t cancel over the phone it even says so here”From reading the reviews (which some of them show the response from the owner who seems a little unprofessional by some of the responses) this is a constant problem and issue.You have to jump through loopholes and by the time you realize what’s going on they won’t let you cancel because you owe fees.Staffs clearly not on the same page and clearly they do not care to fix their issues or screwups.Honestly save your money in the long run by AVOIDING this place.

Just started coming to crunch fitness about a month ago and tonight I am so irritated. Came into and asked me for ID for my 14 year old daughter now they have NEVER asked for a ID the whole month we’ve be coming here. We never had any problems until tonight. So irritated don’t even want to be here. Gonna look into other gyms…What bothers me is that we’ve been coming there since April 19 and not 1 employee has asked her to furnish an ID until a couple of days ago. She’s use the treadmill, sauna, hydro massage, stair steppers before and no other employee asked her to bring a ID. I scan my barcode and everyone else says enjoy your work out. Train ALL your employees to do the same thing and I’ll know what to expect but don’t change after we’ve been coming for a month and several employees don’t do their job.

Somehow, someway this company signed me up for a membership without my authorization. And now I have a collection company demanding money. Its very interesting because Ive never heard of this company until I had to Google it. So now theyre running my credit report and I have a creditor calling me 20 times a day. Shows how unprofessional this company is and that its possibly a scam.

Loved visiting this gym and even took on a personal trainer, however, my payments started coming out of my account early, and when I decided to cancel my PT I was informed no more payments would be coming out of my account as long as I went into the gym on April 30th to cancel the Membership. I received this information from Kayla who is the manager over PT apparently or the fees at least. I go into the gym on the 30th and Kayla then tells me my payment for May is already pending even though it is supposed to be set up to draft on May 5th. I reminded her that she told me to come into the gym by April 30th and she goes about telling me I should have been in their before April 28th. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she states I am the supervisor. I asked to speak with someone over her and she states there isnt anyone over me. I said there has to be someone who can help resolve this issue and stop that payment and she said yes, I can email my supervisor and request that he reaches out to you. I asked for his email address at least and she says I cant give that out. I asked for contact information for someone with cooperate and she says she has none to share. I have NOT heard from anyone at Crunch so far to resolve this issue. I called today requesting to speak with a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting, but they would pass my contact information over to them so they could contact me after meeting. I have NOT heard from anyone yet. Very frustrating. Loved the gym/PT, but that is a lot of money to be messing around with. There is a lack of communication/management going on there.

This location of Crunch Fitness is the nastiest...most disgusting gym I have ever In countered. During CORONA they never had paper towels or spray to clean the machines. The music is so loud you can’t hear your personal ear buds even if they were on the highest level. The children that are in charge at this location are totally clueless! No wonder it looks like a ghost town. This place will be gone in a year.

Love how polite and friendly every staff if you ever need help in anything or just a question they right away attent to you is especially in the daycare theyre really patient with the kids.

I love it except this is the third time the software didnt download for the hydro bit so I didnt get to use it because I had to leave.

Lots of equipment to work with, more weights then other places in the area so you dont have to search everywhere to get what your looking for, lots of different workout zones so you can focus on exactly what you want.

I did the the early sign up so I could start working as soon as doors opened which was supposed to be last week of October. Now they are saying November 5 maybe November 12... not a good start at all!! Using the excuse of two days of bad weather.. two days should not throw you behind two weeks ... should only throw you behind 2-3 days!! So I already have a bad taste in my mouth for this business!! Let’s hope they DONT continue this way!!!

Not enough of the weight machines and too many hogging up leg machines. Tried to cancel before the renewal online since I live out of town and they charged anyways then when I tried calling to cancel they said in house only to cancel and no refunds even though i had previously tried to cancel.
