If you hate rough pedicures come here!! Staff was extremely gentle while doing my pedicure, asking for permission and asking if something hurts. I loved it 10/10 would recommend! At other salons I always have to restrain myself from kicking them in the face or something i did not feel that way at all here. My mom also had dug in nails which they got out without hurting her as well. Super clean and used gloves which is something that bugs me at other salons when they don’t. They also have a bar of goodies which is such a nice touch for the guests !!! Fair prices in my opinion as well.

I went here a few days ago to get a mani pedi and now I have an infection in 3 of my toes the guy who did my acrylic nails seemed like he was in a rush and they don’t look like I just got them done usually this place is pretty good maybe it was just a bad experience but they need to clean their tools better.

I got eyelash extensions. O M G !! Lina ( the girl that did my eyelashes ) was amaze n! 😁 This is my 3rd time go n to her, and I totally recommend her ! She s the ish!!!

I like this place. I go here all the time, but I think its a little bit pricey. They do an awesome job though and make sure you are satisfied time its worth the price.

Lina does amazing work! Always takes good care of my mom!! She is handicapped and trembles so they always take precautions when cutting her nails!

The first time I went it was good my nails lasted for a good 3 and half weeks before one cracked. This time around was sloppy and uneven. I told the store my experience they told me to call ASAP. I did the lady said sorry I think its bc we were close to closing but come in to fix it. I told her I cant now if possible this upcoming Friday because I work 10 am- 7 I dont want them rushing again she said its fine shell put me down. I went in yesterday with a cracked nail after only 1 week of having them done. I told them I had an appointment they didnt have any record of it. Or remember that I called. If I wanted to wait it would be 45 min and another $40 for the same job. If a nails breaks within a week thats bad quality. If they didnt keep their word or kept my appointment then thats bad business. First time with the younger gentlemen was fine nails looked great and lasted. Second time different gentlemen and seemed impatient.

My visits to Jens nails has always been terrific. It got even better when KIM started doing my pedicure and manicures consistently, no pain with ingrown nails. Just good looking nails.

I live in the valley and happened to stumble across this place early one Sunday morning before attending Freedom Christian Center. I had a lash emergency. My false lashes had come out & I did not want to go to church looking crazy. 3 weeks later my lashes are still going strong which is a miracle because my lashes never last 3 weeks and it was only $30. This is now my new nail shop!

So I decided to check this nail spa because my sisters said it was pretty good so I was like let me give it a try it was a mistake going here I got the two guys that work there Im not sure what there name was but the guy that did my pedicure I found it very rude and unprofessional that he didnt ask me if I wanted gel or not so he just decided to do my pedicure with no gel and he was hurting my ankle and he had just started on my pedicure and he just walks away and goes outside .The other guy that did my full set he was okay he did not really do the best job . when it was time to pay I paid with $100 and he made a face like if it got him mad that I was paying with an $100 dollar bill . when he gave me my change I decided to only tip him so when I tipped him he then left and came back like 5 min ago and he tells me what about the guy that did your pedicure your not going to tip him!!! So he just tells me Ok thank youand from. The money I gave him he spilt it with him and from far he kept looking at me mean.Which its my decision who I decide to tip no there’s

Horrible experience right now 3/24/19. I walked in at 1210am waited 45mins then a white lady came in & got serviced right away because she was white. She got serviced first because She was getting a full set well I was getting 2 nails fixed which is a horrible excuse, never going again and its sad because i go every 2 weeks but not anymore

Beaware of parking in their parking lot employee of theirs parked super close to my car and swung it open and left a big scratch on my car. she didnt say sorry or anything and ran inside the store now im left with this big scratch on my car and when I approached her about it she denied it when I witnessed it sitting in my car.... Be aware very sheisty

The male employee that did my acrylic set here did horrible, my nails had an ugly shape,& kept hurting me which resulted in cuts around my nail. Not only that but he was in such a rush, my set was supposed to be matte until he applied cuticle oil onto all the nails making only some parts of the nail matte.
