Went in for a fill with Linda and she noticed I had a Halloween design on my nails and asked who did them. I told her I had a gift card to Rose nails and she started cutting my cuticles with her drill bit. I didnt want her to paint my nails just a clear coat and she did such a messy job. Ive been going to Linda since I was in the 6th grade and Ive never had her do anything like this to me before.

Worst place to do wax did my eyebrows and upper lip linda burn my upper lip ....first I thought it was irritated and No she had over heated the wax and burn my upper lip then 2 hrs later I txt her and send her pics of wht had happened and she never reply I had never came to this place and just because kaya threading wasent open at 9:30am I just decided to go there too see if they could do the service I needed but it was the worst people dont waste ur time coming to this place👎👎at least she had to reply back or should had said something but she never did I would never come back to this place🤬👎👎

I would travel hours for Nina to do my peficure. She takes her time and does it right. Hard working, attention to details and friendly. Nina is absolutely a miracle maker 💕👍

Terrible experience this was my 2nd time here. completely messed up my nailsthey are ruined ive never seen a job like this before in any salon. i was an appointment specifically with linda and she started rushing all because there was some walk ins im your first priority. Anyone can agree these are disgusting!

Horrible experience!I asked for a simple gel manicure and the lady mustve painted my nails with regular nail polish and placed them under the uv light. Nail polish melted maybe 5 minutes after I left. Didnt want to deal with going back and bought an instant manicure from the pharmacy. Do not recommend going here!

Love this place, Tina consistently does a wonderful job. I drive 20min and sometimes an hour if I am from work to get my nails done. I have tried so many places, now I just do the drive because I cant go anywhere else.

Loved it! By just looking at it, the place is a bit ran down and dirty, but the work I got was amazing. I should have asked the name of the woman who did then. I assume she was the manager. I came in the get my nails fixed after another salon royalty messed up on my last set. I told her to do whatever she thought would look good and Im glad that I did.

This place is a joke.I should have listened to the reviews but I was in a hurry wishing they were wrong.The Male did my nails and he was sooooo shakey. My nails are blotchy in one spot and so thin in another where you can still see my nail. They are a mess. My three year old could have definitely do a better job.Will never come back. Ever..

I visited this place after 7yrs same staff works there, I was happy one staff remembered me! While there place was not busy they helped right away took care of my needs for low cost 😉

Unprofessional ! Nothing classy about this place!!!My daughter had a horrible experience here !!! She normally pays with debit everywhere. They didnt warn her it was a cash only business before they started. Seriously? What businesses dont accept cards these days? So they felt they had the right to yell at her and physically go into her purse to take her ID while she went to the bank. After they publicly humiliate her in front of everyone, she returns to pay $3 for only removing gel from her nails. She tells them she doesnt want to paint her nails anymore. But they tell her that they started and now she has to paint them. So they make her stay and now proceed to take their anger out on her nails and physically hurt her. The outcome was terrible painted nails and injured fingers. Work quality definitely reflects their shameful and disappointing customer service. How are they even in business when they have no shame in treating their paying customers with such disrespect? My daughters first and last experience here. I definitely do NOT recommend this place !

Overall came out okay. But I paid $40 and Linda did them super crooked. I mentioned it to her and she was like don’t worry I’ll shape them. Birthday nails look horrible now. Not sure if I’ll ever go back here again.

Im extremely disappointed with their service!! I had my nails filed and a pedicure. The gel polish started to chip after 5 days, I walk in to the shop to show lind and ask if i can make an appointment for tomorrow to have them fixed. She seemed bothered and uninterested with my concerns. She stated they dont work by appointments and I would have to walk in later in the day since their busy in the morning. So basically my problem wasnt her concern in the morning. How funny how a business can treat a customer this way as if I got a free nail job. I always tip well and I never complain about their price. Truly disappointed after 9 years of coming to this place # pls train your new Male employee

They stopped doing my nails to do 2 walk in for eyebrows. I had to tell her i wanted stilettos 4 times and they still came out as almonds plus none of them look the same all shaped different. she cut my pinky so bad I was bleeding. and rushed through the paint job so theres lumps and Miss spots. Im sooooo unhappy with this shop and will not be coming back here and would not even recommend it even if it a last resort. Rather not get my nails done.

Very unpleasant experience.They kept talking that JIBBER JABISH the entire time which I find VERY RUDE.and the lady who did my pedicure kept stopping to continue on with her conversation.So sick of these peopleAnd no. I wasn’t pleased with my pedicure either.

I got gel nail and they chipped within hours. Was going out of town so by the time I can back they said it was to long. Still only 4 days and gel should last at least 2 weeks
