Businesses like Transhine are a rarity these days, highly recommend! After taking my car in for the paint correction exterior detail I initially wasnt convinced that I got what I paid for and spoke with Jesus and later the owner, Bill about it and he offered me to bring the car back for additional inspection and work. I brought the car back the second time when they open at 8am and unfortunately picked it up in the afternoon with no work having been done to it. Bill told me if we could pick a date further out to give them a better chance to schedule it theyd be sure to make it worth the hassle. I scheduled it a couple weeks out and after taking it in the 3rd time they indeed made it worth it with the detail coming out great. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and a job well done and while it did take a few tries, it all worked out in the end. Will definitely come back!

Got some tinting done last year. Unfortunately it took 3 trips to finish. First return was for significant dirt inclusions. Second was for a large crease in the film that predictably did not go away.Customer service was great. The technicians were lacking.When paying top dollar for a service, I dont want a tech trying to save a few bucks by reusing ruined film or not ensuring everything is clean. It just wasted everyones time.

Good pricing

I needed my engine compartment steam cleaned top to bottom only I could not find someone licensed to do the work in Orange County. Fortunately, I did not have far to look outside my area. Transhine did a great job from quoting me a price to describing what was going to be done and even what could not be done. I really appreciate their honesty.

They did a very good job on my macan for the full front end clear bra. I wanted to be 1 piece on the hood and they were able to do it nicely and other shops that I asked told me that cant be done. highly recommended!

Transhine has done an excellent job detailing my cars for several years. I have been so satisfied and confident with the quality of their work and customer service that I have given out Transhine gift certificates as birthday gifts many times.

They tinted the windows on my 2010 Altima. It was somewhat pricey but the quality of work is top notch. You wont be disappointed

It is a real disappointment that after scheduling an appointment a week in advance, I had to wait 7 hours to get my vehicle. They do not let you know that they have scheduled 3 other cars along with yours. Quality of service is questionable, they are rushing and are understaffed. The tinting job is also poor quality. I had to take my car back to get it redone. Sad to see a business go down like this.

I have been using Transhine for years. When I bought my black 2009 Jetta TDI, Bill detailed it, added 3M paint protection film to my entire front-end, mirrors, headlights and pillars. He tinted my windows, and has waxed it regularly since. Bill (and Ryan) are extremely customer friendly, and will do whatever it takes to keep their customers satisfied. I have 3 cars that Transhine takes care of, and I even brought my new motorcycle there to have decals removed. I highly recommend their services!

I just took my Bimmer here, they did a great job just like they did on my other car. Get your floormats cleaned people! They do it for $20 and they come out looking like new. I noticed whenever I drove with white shoes on the tail end would start turning black, and that was because my floormats were dirty I just couldnt see (since the mats are black).

Have been taking my cars to Transhine for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed. I made the mistake, ONCE, and tried another company, the worst decision I ever made. The swirl marks were so bad I was embarrassed to drive my car. Took my car to Transhine to fix it and they made it beautiful again, just like when I took off the showroom floor.I love the how they pay attention to detail, hate seeing wax residue and Transhine has never done that. I have seen them double checking my car before I leave with literally a soft paint brush to make sure everything is perfect.Every time I have picked up my car I am always amazed on how beautiful my car looks. Will NEVER go anywhere else.

I had my engine cleaned by Transhine last summer. Although I drove from L.A. to Whittier on a warm summer day, I have no regrets. I made an appointment. When I arrived, they took my car immediately and began the process of cleaning the engine. The results were spectacular! My mechanic in L.A., was so impressed that he asked me for Transhines information so that he could refer his customers to Transhine. The service I received was professional, efficient and reasonably priced. As important as the tangible value I derived from Transhines service, is the trust they engendered in me. Transhines staff are good listeners, they actually hear what youre saying. Their services they are top-notch! They know what theyre doing and they exceed expectations. I give Keatley the 5 star treatment because thats what they have continually given me. They come and pick up my car and drop it off when I want to get it cleaned, which is my favorite thing because then I dont have to bus it back to work after dropping off my cabrio. Also,I insisted they charge me something so they agreed to charge me for the basic wash ($30). They were even hesitant to do that. That is high valued customer service. I tell them what I want and how much I want to spend when it is time for my details and they always design a package within my price range. Way to go Keatley, I heart you.
