I had a minor fender bender, and thank goodness for this shop! I had my Tesla back in PERFECT shape within a week. They kept me informed and were super friendly. I would definitely come back here for service if needed.

We chose Carstar Larry’s Auto Body per a recommendation by our insurance company. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff. They explained the process of our car repairs and we felt very comfortable with the repairs. They did an amazing job!

Overall repairs were great. Very friendly and understanding.Would have been nice to be notified I needed emergency maintenance, like brakes. Not loss related but good to know.

I took my car there based on close distance from my house out of the various options my insurance offered. They were very friendly and emailed several updates on my car status. They did a great job on my card door that had been dented and scratched by a hit and run while parked on the street. I would recommend this place to others. Ohh and they even called the rental company to pick me up when I dropped off my car, and I left the rental there when I picked up my car. They will have it picked up. Its the little time savers like that that go a long way!

Dropped my car off. Was recommended by my insurance. I was involved in a minor accident, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the hassle of the insurance and repairs. CARSTAR painted my 1965 Chevy truck it was a difficult project that other paint shops didn’t want to take on. The project involved sanding sealing, base coat and clear coat. The truck came out fantastic and I could not be happier. The staff Sean, and Tony made the necessary recommendations that the truck project required.. that was a great help. The owner Mario was hands on and was totally available to review and comment on the paint project..I would highly recommend them.Charlie Torres

I still can’t believe the customer service these guys have. Its absolutely amazing, always informative, always keeping upto date, and fair prices. Ive never been in accident and i didn’t know how to feel, i was scared my car was never gonna be the same (2021 Kia K5 Gt-Line) and i was worried it was gonna take forever to get done. In 1 month and a half they had my car done after a major rear end in the left back corner of my car. Almost like nothing happen, trust me when i say these guys know what theyre doing.

Very Friendly service and they did what they said they would do and then some more. They did a incredible paint match with a dark blue metalic color. I am a very satisfied customer and will refer then to anyone.

On October 5th I was involved in an accident. My issuance recommended Carstar Larry’s. I decided to go with them as they had good reviews already. I dropped off my car 2019 Honda Accord for repairs on 10/26/20. I picked up my car today 10/30/20. The repairs were great. Sean really helped me out and made this experience great. He really made everything smooth. I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism from the guys at carstar larrys. My car looks great. I really recommend Carstar Larry’s.

Dont let my name cool you, I recently picked up my Car from CARSTAR Larrys Auto Body. Once I was there, I was treated really well and they told me what they were going to do to my car, I was told it would be about a week and half. They called toward the end of the first week( They only make calls on Tuesday or Thursdays which is wack!) and I was expecting to pick my car up. No, they were telling me that they were about to start the repairs. And they dont have an estimated time of when it would be done. Asked why they would quote me a time and then start when that quoted time was given. The representative who had called to tell me that did not have an answer for me, she told me she would have the owner call me and explain whats going on, either she forgot or the owner was busy but never received that call. I got a call out of the blue almost two weeks after I had dropped my car off and they told me it was done and they wanted me to pick it up then. I work M-F 11-8pm I wouldve had to pick it up before or after my shift. But now Im going on my lunch the next day to get the car. Once I got there they seemed to be very collected and the service was good. But something about the fact they just keep you wondering if your car will ever be done. I understand that sometimes you need to take your time to get things right but at least tell the customer what youre doing. I dont want to pay for all these hours of labor for the car to sit there. Overall the products and services provided are quality but the service and the communication needs to improve. Change that Tuesday Thursday call thing. Its terrible.

Awesome experience I had at Larry’s auto. They went above and beyond my expectations. My car was really bad from the accident and the other insurance didn’t want to pay for all. Adolfo the manager was awesome, friendly and professional; he was able to make sure the insurance take care of all the work that needed to be done and I didn’t pay anything. Honestly I will never go to another body shop. Larry’s Auto is the place to go. They did an awesome job with my car it looks like new♥️ If u r looking for a body shop this is where u want to go. Had my car brought here after an object hit me on the freeway, it ruined the cars oil pan & damaged other things. Carstar Larrys was able to fix all the damage, even the bumper where the impact occurred & repainted it so you cant even tell. they took the time needed to make sure everything was fixed, it may have taken a while do to pandemic times & a holiday, but the work was done right! The car is super clean now as well. I was even able to pick it up on a saturday & I feel like they were open just for me to do that, so Thanks Everyone!
