Richie and his wife Patty were a big sigh of relief after dealing with hell from my insurance. Progressive kept trying to say my car was a total when it wasn’t. I dealt with lots of other hell from them as well. Once I finally got Progressive to pay for the repairs I initially took my car to Carlos’ Car Care. I set an appointment with him and on the day I brought my car in to drop off for repair he didn’t even remember me. Needless to say I didn’t leave my car with him. It was only after that I read the reviews and they were terrible. Obviously I should have done that first. So I started reading reviews on other places in Whittier to find a good place to go. Richie’s Body Shop didn’t have a single bad review so I decided it must be the place to go. They really live up to all the inspiring reviews. They are very down to earth, kind, and generous people who did an amazing job on my car and worked with the estimate from my insurance. I am overjoyed with having my car back in it’s beautiful condition. I am very grateful to Richie and Patty and will always bring my car to them from here on out.

He was not in the office. The sign in the window said to call for an appiontment, so I did.The woman who ansered was rude.She handed off the phone to Richie, even more rude. I went to the body shop down the alley (JD auto body).Nice guy, very informative, very fair price on my full tear down and repaint!!!

Ritchie is vary fair in price and amazing customer service. Really helped us get out of a jam. Will recommend to anyone.

Rich takes care of any problem, he is honest, knows what he is doing and works fast. I took my car due to a latch problem under the hood and took care of it in couple of minutes. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Everyone I spoke to, Richie, Patty, and Pearl, were friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what was going on with my car..... :)Ive had bad experiences at body shops before, but I only had a great experience here. My drop off was easy, you arranged a rental car company to pick me up, my Quote was completed quickly, you worked efficiently with my adjuster. And to make things better, my car was even finished quicker than expected, and it looked as good as new, I honestly could not tell that it had ever been hit! I love all the work Richie has done on my truck not once but twice, the first time i got work done from a place not far from his (worst place ever, put my driver stabilizing bar in upside down) resulting me in a accident, after that I took it to Richie’s and the work was perfect !, a couple of months ago I rented my truck to my friends mom and she got rear ended and we took it to Richie’s again, bottom line here; amazing work, loving and honest people, there’s not a lot of people like that around these days!Thank you for everything Richie ! -kimmie
