I’ve been coming to Jackson Hewitt to get my taxes done for over 3 years now. And every year Linda has helped me. She’s awesome very kind, respectful and helpful she always gets the job done . I’m very thankful for her and very satisfied!

Nothing like bailing on your customers. Guess Im going somewhere else next year.

Walked in and sat straight down. Tammy got us together in less then 30 mns.Now we call with questions like she told us we could do and she is never avalible. We are told to leave emails and her email is full so we gave up on calling and asking for her to call us back. We have only done it about 5 times with no response. Like i said b4 she definitely helped with getting us together. But the communication after j.h make about 500 off doing your taxes sucks a**.
