Pat Kowaleski, at the White Bear Office, helped me. She is efficient, patient, and communicates well. She fielded many questions from me and explained what I was to do. I most likely will return for her services next year. I feel I have found a person I can trust and depend on. The overall service at the office was very good.

I would recommend not using this office. We usually do our own taxes but had some complicated things come up with our tax situation. I called with an issue that came up after the taxes were submitted. The man that did our taxes called back once, I told him the issue.. he said he would call back in a few minutes, then never called. He then started avoiding my calls and emails . I would do your own taxes.. They apparently do not care about you after they get paid.

I don’t have to worry about anything unexpected coming from the IRS when I file with H&R Block. Tina was super friendly and she gave me great advice for the future. Thanks Tina!

Very disappointed. We pay you to help with any issues that come up it’s right on your paperwork. We had an issue come up with our taxes the guy filled out the IRS information form with us, He keeps claiming he will follow up- we have heard nothing! Nothing! We call to check in and he’s like oh I’ll call them right now. We never heard anything back and still haven’t every time we call it seems like he had not done anything and gets caught so says he will call. If he didn’t want to help he should have just let us fill out the IRS paperwork. I’m highly upset. He has not tried to get in touch once. We are now dealing with it all ourselves but we are confused why we paid for the ‘help’ and never got it. Now we have wasted two weeks and a million phone calls with NOTHING. Now we are dealing with the issue ourselves after counting on a person that doesn’t seem to want to follow up. We will not be using your services again.

Wish I wouldnt have had to pay the same amount as my rent back in taxes, and there was no warning about what Id owe to federal or state before coming in to sign even though my return was ready to go with tons of time in advance. Each year I have had to pay in so much coming here. Definitely going back to filing my own taxes at least I can see and check for my own returns instead of someone else and feel confident Im getting the most out of it. While my tax preparation was done courteously and professionally Im very disappointed with the results.
