Brought my [brand they do not market] chainsaw to LTG Power for service and not only did they find the issue and resolve it quickly, but my saw came back to me, in reasonable time, CLEANER than when I brought it in! The unit starts and runs (and even looks somewhat) like new! If needed, I will go back.

Stopped in to shop for a zero turn mower. Eric was an excellent and attentive salesman and everyone entering was greeted. He spent a lot of time informing me about residential mowers, was transparent about pricing, and was not pushy. I will likely purchase from them and will update if I do.

At first I was impressed on quick responses and info. But then it turned to very bad. Sent message on Monday and still haven’t heard back. Called in on Wednesday and was treated very poorly. Lady didn’t want to help because the were closing in hour, sales person who did try and help had no clue what was going on. Spoke to me like I was completely stupid. I called another local store and picked up same machine slightly cheaper. I was in and out half hour tops.

Have done business with LTG for probably 15 + years. Took my riding lawn mower in Tuesday and was told theyd check on it the next day. Called them Thursday and was told they were 3 weeks out! Never told this up front?? But, they said theyd look at it on Friday so Id know whats wrong with it. Called Friday and said it was fixed😃. Needed a new fuel pump. So, very happy they got it done so fast. Only reason for 4 stars was price, $207.00. $141/labor!! Seemed high to me. But, very knowledgeable staff.

I have been working with LTG on a commercial basis for the past 4 years. We have purchased commercial mowers, trimmers and service from them. My review might be biased as I am not a homeowner, but I have to say they have been great to work with. Kathy and Eric have been a huge help and always make sure to get us what we need. I have sent my father, other friends/family and even some of my clients to them for service and for new equipment and they have always been given great service as well. If you are looking for a business that is knowledgeable about equipment, offers a fair price for service and can answer your questions, I would give them a call.

This year I purchased 3 pieces of equipment from LTG Power Equipment. Their advice has been spot on! The equipment was properly set up and works perfectly. Our most recent snowstorm was heavy, wet snow. My new Ariens Platinum 24 SHO EFI snow blower worked very well on the wet stuff. After work, I thought Id do a little clean up with a single stage Honda. It plugged up immediately. The Ariens finished the job and didnt plug up once. Apparently besides being a snow blower, it is a two stage slush pump!

Great place to shop higher end equipment. Troy bilt part provider. They have push mowers both power driven and not, weed wippers electric and gas. Snow blowers, sidewalk edgers, many of these products commercial grade.

I bought a Ariens snowblower from LTG this week. I purchased it over the phone after much research and all I can say is you cant find customer service like this anymore. They opened promptly @ 8 and I was out the door in 15min! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The machine turn key ready for me. They gave me a tutorial on the machine, registered the warranty, loaded it, and even filled it with gas! I will defetly be buying my mower from a authorized dealer like LTG. The big box models are NOT the same equiviliant ... Thank you for the great experience.

My good old Honda mower decided to get obstinant this summer. Wouldnt start. So I took it a so-called Honda dealer. I took it home and it ran like a John Deere 2 cylinder. Took it back a second time and they adjusted the choke. Still ran poorly. I then tried a well regarded independent shop. They found contaminated gas gave me new oil, plug, and carburetor and sharpened the new blades I had recently installed.Took it back home to find out it would start, but then die when you engaged the blades. So at this point I have wasted an excess of $200.So I tried LTG where I had purchased a snow blower, but they were not a Honda dealer. However they have a pro from dover in the shop. He found contaniments in the gas tank and this had ruined the new carb. So why hadnt the other shops figured this out? Answer: they dont work for LTG.I now have mower running like it was new. I also got a lot of advice on gas tanks, fuel stabilization, and fuel life. It is nice to have shop that doesnt want to see you back any time soon. This is a first class store, very clean, well organized, and very knowlegeable staff. This translates into value. A store that does a lot of business with professional landscapers and government agencies obviously has its act together.Fairly priced for quality work. Even though I am not in their area they are definitely worth the drive to save yourself from wasted time and money.Check them out.

They sell you the wrong parts and when you tell them that they get mad and wont help you out at all. Will never come back or sent anyone here

LTG has been a valued resource for power equipment (snowblowers, mowers) and a great service shop for everything we buy there and more (30 year old chain saw). They are customer first people with a great skill set to solve problems and a parts inventory the means quick turn around on reparis.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about LTG Power Equipment. I dealt with other distributors, one by the name of Wise sales and had to get EBay to force them to refund my $3795.00 for a Honda generator that they never delivered. When I called LTG I dealt with Mr. Alex Morri and the very next day my generator was shipped out and within 5 day I received it just like he promised. He even called me to thank me for my order. My question were always answered immediately and when I called them on the phone, my calls were always answered never had to leave a message. It was just a pleasure to do business with them . And by the way, I was very happy with this generator and if 5 stars is the max you can get,they deserve all of that. Thank you LTG and especially Alex for making this buying experience a great one. Very helpful staff. A little expensive, but worth the knowledge

Charged me way too much for a part I didnt need and that didnt fix the issue with my snow blower. Would expect that if a repair the was estimated to be very small was determined to be several hundred dollars larger, that they would have at least called to check with me first. Or that it would have at least addressed the issue.
