Cops are here quite frequently for who knows what reason?? Neighbors smoke cigarettes in their apartments. And there are methy people who live here. It’s gross !

First apartment. Been here two years now. Not a bad place. Maintenance has to be contacted online but its a new age style. They do little fun events every once in a while (guess how much jelly Bean in the bar, best looking patio, winner gets little money off rent, and cream social). Split water with the building and pay electric. Washer and dryer in building. 2 beds plus patio. Unless your 1st floor. 3 floor building. Limited parking. Its not to far from the city :) oh most important dont be late for rent they charge you for being late.

We made an appointment to go see a one bedroom and when we got there we buzzed the office and called the number and no one answered. The reviews are very much accurate. There is literally no one there. I am sick and tired of these people wasting my time.

I used to live here from 2008 to 2013 and it was always fun, i would play on the park have barbcues with friends and run around, but there is a bee problem at the playground so bee careful.

Trust me, please, you do not want to live here. Its disgusting, my car was broken into (shattered my window and tore out the back seat and stole over a thousand dollars worth of stuff), one of our friends place the door didnt work, the hot water always ran out, my boyfriend got literally trapped in one of the garages... on top of this the management is HORRIBLE. Jessica was very unprofessional and rude on many occasions. Do not waste your time and money here, go else where.

The parking here is terrible, if you come home past 9pm you have to park on the street. Should have spent money on expanding the parking lot instead of new signs.

Only rating this dump a 1 star because I couldnt rate it any lower, it has been 6 months of living there and there have been countless issues. Between the leaking AC destroying our carpet, break ins, simple repair issues that couldve been solved within days and not to mention the colossal hole in my ceiling that arose from leaky pipes that is still there since August. Now Im being served an eviction notice even after paying the full amount of rent due while also receiving confirmation for said payment. Never renting from goldmark properties again. Advising to stay away. Stay far away.

You do not want to live here. Its dirty and nasty. I lived here for 3 years and in the summer I would find centipedes in my apartment almost every day. Even on my bed. I told the office and they said theyd have an exterminator come out but no one ever did. The hallways smell like dog pee and weed. The carpets in the hallway are nasty and stained. The people on the 2nd floor leave there shoes in the hallway for you to trip over. Jessica the leasing agent is unfriendly and unprofessional. She does not take care of the apartment at all. They took away the poop can so nobody picks up their dogs poop. Children run around the hallways and outside unwatched. I saw a child climb through a hole that was in the fence. Another child found a needle on the ground and had the police come retrieve it. Ive had people knock on my door asking for money or to use my car a few times. The outside is nothing but mud. My car was stolen from the parking lot and my neighbor told me his plates were stolen from his car too. The city inspectors are always here. They also inspected the water alot and now make you pay for it. Theres been a few times my water was brown. My toilet over flowed and I had to wait over an hour for maintenance to come. It took them a month to get me a new door knob. It is not a quiet place to live. People play loud music. I can hear my neighbor talking when Im in the bathroom. People leave their cars parked in the circle for long periods of time. People will take your clothes out the machines before they are even done. The laundry machines on the 2nd floor barely work so everyone uses the 3rd floor. You have to do your laundry at 6 am if you want an open machine. Dont bother even looking at this place its gross and not taken care of. Jessica is only here 2 times a week and is the worst leasing agent ever. If you want anything you have to go to the Little Canada office.

Stay far away from this place. Dirty buildings, maintenance does the absolute minimum to fix issues and management (only there once or twice a week) will charge ridiculous fees. Also no cameras in parking lot, cars are broken into constantly.

Lived here a few years and have watched it go down hill. no office or employees at this location, and the buildings are falling apart. the property owners clearly dont care about this location any more. not renewing my lease.

If I could give this place less than 1-star, I would.This is hands-down the worst place I have ever lived. Aside from management just clearly not caring about the property, the other residents are terrible--rude and loud. The laundry facilities never worked or people left clothes in them for days at a time, so I had to waste money going to a laundromat. Dont even think about leaving your car or garage unlocked for any amount of time because they WILL be stolen from. Your mail isnt safe either.They seem to waste money making the outside look barely presentable yet not care about any of the units or facilities. Residents are apparently allowed to smoke in their units and I was NOT informed of this when I originally moved in. There was never enough parking; people parking in made-up parking spots or even parking in front of garage doors. During winter the parking lot was never sufficiently plowed and I frequently got stuck trying to leave out of the only exit, which was up a hill onto a busy road that you couldnt see because there is always cars parked on the both sides of the street.My unit had a carpenter ant problem, constant spiders and other insects, and mold in the vent in the bathroom. At one point, somebodys old ratty couch was left directly outside my window, and wasnt removed until almost week after I notified management. Just a trashy, unkempt dump.Got memos about testing dog poop and illegal narcotics reported but not about actual issues with the apartments that needed to be addressed.And dont get me started about the property managers. Absolutely rude and cant be bothered to follow up on phone calls. When I came to drop off my notice to vacate, the person in the office rudely brushed me off and pointed me to drop off the letter in the rent drop, she didnt even want to speak to me.
