I absolutely loved my experience with hoffman place!!!! The grounds are kept up, the inside of the buildings are clean and very updated, the apartments are beautiful and the manager Michelle is a sweetheart!! I would recommend renting from Sand Companies to anyone!!! Hoffman place is a wonderful place to live!!! ❤❤

Any apartment Ive lived in was always portrayed as well kept, rules enforced, management on site etc. but those basics that would be required to uphold a decent and welcoming living community seldom if ever happened. Hoffman Place is how it advertises. Management is here and available, repairs are made promptly and the building is a clean and welcoming place to call home. There is cost of course, but the spacious apartments, stacked washer/dryer in unit and garage parking included in rent - it is more than worth the price. I appreciate the element of safety knowing there are security cameras. Follow the rules and you wont have any problems. I love it here.

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I call this place home. The office manager extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. The building is kept clean at all times. I lived here for about 2 years and I enjoyed living here for the most part of it. Michelle, the property manager specifically helpful in making my living here exciting and wonderful.

Ive been living here for 3+ years and love it! Apartments are amazing for the price and the building is quiet and clean The property manager is awesome! She truly cares about the people living here and wants to make this the best community possible. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Property manager is a nasty woman who will enter people’s unit when they’re not home and steal documents, she stole my passport right out of the unitif you want someone in your business 24/7 then this is your placeBut if you enjoy safe and quiet place to call home then better look elsewhere

The property manager from HELL, she will literally be in your business and if she’s not in your business she’s surveilling on your unit with the 36 cameras this place has or your car and if your car is not in the garage or the parking lot she’s gonna assume you’re not home and let herself in to your apartment without your permission and able to do anything it’s absolutely safety concern she will make your life a living hell if she doesn’t like you or don’t suck up to her, I tried to complain to her manager about her actions no response whatsoever nothing has been done about any of the complains that was done by me or the other people that feel the same way as I do and believe me you will move as soon as you move in if you move here look somewhere else run run don’t walk run literally runOne word to Describe this place is its a beautiful nut house and what I mean by that is when you first walk into the lobby it’s very clean it’s beautiful it’s well coming and so inviting you would want to move in but be careful this Manager lady has been working here for 15 years According to source and she has got a strong back up by her management and the company itself it seems like she’s above the law I would not move here if I was you I would not do it please take it from me and safe yourself and loved ones by paying attention to the reviews of actuall people who lived here. run like I said run don’t walk

I have been living here since they have opened and I appreciate Michelle (the manager) . She has to deal with all kinds of people . If you are a good tenant than you have nothing to worry about . I think she does a great job !!!!!

Property manager is not professional, nosy and can be downright mean and rude, and has been leasing apartments to shadier and shadier people, nothing was ever done about my property that was stolen from the underground garage. Its supposedly section 42, but barely affordable. Nice looking apartments, but thin walls and noisy neighbors often made it unbearable. Communal areas like garage, stairways, and hallways rarely cleaned.

By far the worst place I have ever lived in, completely unsafe, property management is acting as she’s above the law and she’s getting a Okay to do whatever it is from someone above her because so far all the criminal activity that she had been doing has never been condemned by anyone,I have complained about her to her manager Renee about the property managers Michelles behavior on how she’s been in my unit numerous of times without a 24hr notice like you’d get on other places and even if it was an emergency entry you’d think they’ll give a heads up Phone call but no.Can you imagine how unsafe it is to have someone in your unit and not knowing what they’re capable of doing in there, not sure if they could be messing with your medication or adding things to your spices etc. and no one can stop herShe’s bullied me and my children to the point that I decided to end my lease early, she has even sent her friend a Fellow residentst who parks her car next to her car to video type my children while they were riding their bikes on the property which they pay rent for and this grown woman stooped soo low to have threatened my five year old and used profanity words against him and my older daughter saw her video typing my five years old and asked the woman why she’s doing that she went into threatening mode against the children and used the F word on the children and when I went to complain to the office the following Business day, the property manager made it sound that the person had done nothing wrong and my children were at fault for joy riding their bikesTo make matters worse I found out today that someone committed a mail Tampering on my mails.For the last three weeks I have been going down to try and get my mail from the mail box and nothing but junk mail, so I sent an email to the property manager about my Concern of not getting any mail anymore even tho I have paid my rent for this month as always, so few minuets later the property manager Michelle called me and said the mail lady is here and maybe you can ask her why your mail is missing, so I made my way downstairs to talked to the mail courier and the mail lady notated that my name has been removed from the mail box even tho I have not moved out yet,which is why I haven been getting any mails, at this point I am so confused of what’s happening so I walked over to the managers office and I asked Michelle if she knew anything about this or had anything to do with and not to my Surprise of course she said no as I expected it from her,It’s federal to mail tampering with someone else’s mail and I guess she went too far this time and took our kindness for weaknessNo one is above the law and people should have a clear understanding of thatThere’s no ethical or morality here at this place please and please do yourself a favor and find somewhere safer and better to live or you’ll leave here with soo much complaining again you and you’ll be wondering what’s happening and of course she the Professional so it’s gonna be her words against yoursDo yourself a favor and look else were for your own good, I am only sorry I didn’t check the reviews before moving here

Property manager is always in your business as well as unprofessional and rude. Because of this i would highly recommend staying as far away as you can. I guarantee you will want to move as fast as you moved in. No lie!!!

As long as Michelle M is managing this placeBetter RUN or you’ll end up with a bad rental history and even worseThe woman stops at nothing to make sure she ruins people’s lives even after you move out

Places are nice and living here for the most part is great.the only problem is the manager is a bullying over controlling vengeful person. If she doesnt like someone she will stop at nothing to making life a living hell.
