I am very grateful for the Arbors of White Bear Lake! My parents moved in almost 20 years ago. It has been a great community for my Mom after my Dads passing. I am thankful for the management that truly care for all of their residents emotional and physical well-being. A beautiful well cared for property. In a word, HOME!

Our mother has lived at The Arbors for a few years now, and she absolutely Loves it there! The apartments are very nice, they are clean, updated, and fix any issues as they arise. It has such a wonderful community of people to do so many activities with, like playing cards, bingo, and going out to dinner or shows, etc. They schedule activities for their residents and people can sign up for as many or as little as they’d like. My brothers and I could not be happier with The Arbors because it makes our mom happy!

The Arbors is conveniently located to downtown White Bear Lake with nearby grocery shopping, pharmacies and convenient dining and shopping options. In addition to its accessible location, it has a warm and inviting feel with updated amenities in the common areas and individual apartments.The management team is responsive and attentive to its residents. In addition to attentive employees, the Arbors of White Bear offers a calendar of opportunities to get to know neighbors. Residents enjoy all sorts of activities from scheduled card games, to happy hours and celebrations. Naturally all of this is monitored while following Covid safety guidelines.

My family member has been at the arbors for 10 years now and is very happy and comfortable. The management is very good and provides a lot of activities and socialization. The maintenance is very responsive and will check out the whole apartment for any unforseen problems. Its close to stores and in a lovely neighborhood. Just a great place to live.

As the years fly by there comes a time when you wonder where you would be happy, and comfortable, living out those golden years. The Arbors in White Bear Lake has it all. Comfort, security, companionship, and activities in a beautiful setting. Downtown White Bear and the lake are close and within walking distance. And Cup & Cone is only a 5 minute walk away.

We love living at the Arbors of White Bear Lake. All of the staff are friendly and dedicated to creating a hospitable and family atmosphere. There are many activities and events each month to participate in as desired. The proximity to the downtown and White Bear Lake add to our walking enjoyment. We looked at a number of senior residences and finally found this one matched what we wanted. We are fortunate to call it home.

No security lights in the court yard and night. Very th dark!

Great place! So many fun activities, everyone is able to engage and have a great time. People are so friendly and its an all around great place to be. Highly recommend!!

Living at the Arbors is like living with a very large family. We care about each other, worry about each other, help when needed and laugh with each other. The Arbors is in an ideal location- walking distant to town, to restaurants and to two lakes. The property is very nicely kept up both inside and out. We have the best manager in the business and she is very much appreciated. All in all, it is a great place to live.

Smiles that stretch ear to ear. The sounds of laughs and stories being told fills this place. The residents often remind me of my group of friends. This place deserves to be called home. Amazing work to everyone who works there, keep up the good work!

Home Sweet Home in White Bear Lake! Beautiful apartments nestled in this welcoming small town. Close to parks, restaurants, shopping. Lots of activities and field trips. Fabulous, attentive staff.

I recommend highly The Arbors of White Bear Lake. I have lived here 2-1/2 years and met many new and old friends. There are many activities to take part in, so no one should be bored or lonesome.

When you walk in you receive a warm and cozy home feel! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the manager Alison Schram is very spectacular at what she does meeting everyone’s needs as well as going above and beyond for everyone!👍🙌

The Arbors is an excellent choice for seniors. Heated underground parking which is great in the winter. Arbors has multiple activities to satisfy the mind and the body. Great exorcise room with a fine pool table. Many card games, Shopping bus, dinner nights out lunch days out lunch activities in. Happy hour Tuesday and Thursday with a family hour every Friday. There are musical events brought in and tours to outside activates provided by the Arbors bus. Speakers on relevant topics are scheduled as needed. The activates list is almost endless. Stop in for an activities calendar to get a taste of Arbors senior living.The The Arbors staff is outstanding and strives to meet the needs of the residents. Alison and Jody the office staff and Dave in maintenance are always willing to fulfill the resident’s needs. Jan and Jerry keep the coffee fresh all day. The building is clean and well kept. It is an ideal location for seniors seeking apartment living. A guest suite is available for rent if the residents’ have company. The Wi-Fi is outdated and needing modernization but that is in the works.The Arbors is indeed the best senior housing for the price.Dr. Don Sonsalla
