We’ve always used white bear heating and have continued to have great service. Very nice, resonance and knowledgeable service. We had a leak in our A/C that needed to be looked at and they were able to have someone at our house within a few hours. Really appreciate the customer service.

I am new to the area. Yesterday my air conditioner died, and it was the hottest day on record. Today I was planning to have my parents over to celebrate my birthday. Its the first time Ive been able to spend my birthday with my family in over 10 years! Its another record-setting heat wave so I really needed AC! I called White Bear Heating and Cooling in a panic. They came over within 2 hours and fixed it. Im sure they were swamped with customers in similar situations, so I cant express how thankful I was to them that they made time for me, and so quickly!

Like most folks, I dont know a ton about AC units except that it costs that much to get a unit replaced. In trying to get some due diligence about the process and different costs, the lady on the phone tells me that if Im going to call around to get information, that I might as well look elsewhere because theyre booked until next month. The folks want your money, not your questions. That was my experience.

I had them come out and diagnose why my AC wasnt working, I wanted to support local businesses and the owners son came out looked at it hooked up his gauges to check pressures and decided that my ONLY OPTION was to get a new AC unit. That was the worst diagnostics I have ever paid for!! Especially since all I needed was a new start capacitor and switch, I recommend never using them to Fix your AC or HVAC system unless you want to pay for a new system because that is their way of diagnosing stuff.

Not only was he super helpful and friendly, but he showed us how to avoid the same issue in the future. Tye went above and beyond to help us fix the broken furnace. Turned out, the other company’s technician was a scambag too as he bent and twisted the limit switch to fit into our furnace. Tye from White Bear Heating and Cooling was very diligent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, giving honest advise and explaining how to prevent this issue in the future. Needless to say their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely keep this company in mind for the future reference

In the midst of -30 degree temps over the past 3 days, our furnace stopped working. Called them and they had a tech at my house within under an hour. Fantastic service. He fixed the blower motor and had our heat back up and running within another hour. That type of service and response time (while some companies I called were booked out 3 days), is exceptional. I would easily recommend them and will be saving their number for future service.

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced about a month ago. They were very informative and did an excellent job. I have used them for decades for my furnace and air-conditioning work. In addition, I just had my ductwork cleaned. Wow, who knew a house could be so dirty. I had heard horror stories about other companies leaving lots of dust everywhere after cleaning their ductwork. There is not a trace of dust anywhere. I had lots of questions about how things work and feel very informed now. They always make me feel like there are no dumb questions. A special shout out to Rick... he is the best and I hope he never retires!!!

Because our disabled daughter was cold and because they are great people, they did the installation at night after they had already had a long day. Outstanding. They installed our ac unit 2 years ago and on one the hottest weekends of this summer our ac went out. We called and within 1hr Tye had the fuse replaced and the ac was up and working. Our 53 year-old boiler stopped working yesterday. I first called another company. The other company informed me that my boiler was too old to be repaired and that I would need a new boiler at a cost of $6,000-8,000. I then called White Bear Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They showed up at my house about 30 minutes later and the boiler was completely repaired in about 2 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service, their responsiveness (it was below freezing outside) and their honesty. I highly recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling.

Weve been customers for years and have always had great service.

We had them replace all four ac units in our townhome association. Within 6 months, one of the units had a heating problem. We called them and it took a week for them to get there. As the first summer rolled around, now we noticed that our ac was blowing warm air so we called them back to come look at it. They did and said it was low on Freon. They filled it and charged us over 70$. I asked them why it was low when they just replaced the units less than a year ago and they said it must have gotten a leak somewhere. I told him there was no leak in it before as we have had the former unit for 9 years. He said they tested it when they installed the new units but upon asking numerous times, they could not provide the documents for the tests. Now this year, same issue. They wont answer their phones anymore when we call from our numbers and they are rude and hang up on us when we call from other numbers. We have no cold air again and we currently have a claim open with the better business bureau. We are easy to please people who expect the air to at least work. Currently looking for new people to fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money x5

I was told that a technician would be at my house between 9 and 11 am to clean and inspect my furnace. Tye was on time and when we went down to my mechanical room, we found that my hot water heater was leaking from a valve. Tye was able to tell me what part was defective so I was able to call a plumber and tell them what needed to be replaced. I appreciated Tyes help with this. He also answered my questions about furnace filters and maintance.I will definitely recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling to my neighbors and family.

Our aging furnace quit on a weekend when it was 10° and they showed up promptly with space heaters. They gave us their price for a new furnace with instructions to phone on Monday after wed gotten a bid from a competitor. They said we were welcome to keep the space heaters over the weekend even if we wouldnt be purchasing from them. On Monday after getting a visit and a bid from another company, we chose White Bear Heating to replace the furnace. They brought a new one over and installed it that afternoon.We went with them two years later when we needed a new A/C unit. Their prices are good and the service is even better. Theyre quick, efficient, and thorough.
