I had a very positive experience working with Four Seasons Air Specialists. Howard responded quickly to my request for quote and came out promptly to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and listened to what was important and suggested a couple of options for me to give some though to. The proposal was priced fairly and presented the options so they could be included or declined. Following acceptance of the proposal the install was scheduled for later the following week. Dan, the service engineer who ran the job was efficient and had the old furnace out and the new furnace in and ready for power up in just a few hours. Great peace of mind having an efficient new furnace on the job generating monthly energy savings. If you need a furnace or AC unit in the NE Metro you would do well to give these folks a call.

Great people! I needed a new A/C, furnace, and water heater, but thought I had enough life in the A/C to make it to fall. Not. My A/C went out on one of the hottest July days. The team added freon to make it comfortable until I could get a new system. Within a week I had worked with Howard and Jill to make it happen. Dan and his team completed the work in several hours (A/C, furnace, and water heater). My place was left immaculately clean. The service was great, everyone was polite and answered all my questions about operating everything. One call -- so happy with Four Seasons.

Replaced 20 year old Goodman single stage furnace and A/C.I researched 5 different companies and got a total of 10 quotes. I selected Four Seasons Air Specialists because they had the most experience, provided a good plan for redoing the install footprint (original was very poorly done), and they had positive reviews from some neighbors.The price was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but it gave me exactly what I was looking for in heating and cooling capabilities. The price quoted was the price charged, no bait and switch.Howard was very professional and straight forward. I like that he is the owner of the company yet hes the one who makes the call. I also like that the previous owner still comes in to help out. Nothing beats hands on experience gained through many many years of doing the job.The installers were professional, quick, and got the job done with no messes or dings to the walls or floor. Took some extra time to help correct a problem that had been hidden and came to light after removal of old system.I trust the company, crew, and product. Im pleased with the work they did and have no problem recommending them.

Great job on the new Lennox furnace and air. I already notice the at air does not run as much as the previous unit. Knowledgeable techs. Only downside is the Honeywell programmable thermostat. Wish I had the previous Honeywell programmable one. Contrary to the old one, this is neither intuitive or easy to program. Id prefer the old one back.

The time taken to respond to our call, make an offer and to install was short and the price was very acceptable - furnace, thermostat, humidifier and air cleaner. We can be somewhat particular and all questions before and during installation were answered and all concerns were taken into account. The workmanship was excellent and the place was left spotless even though the work area was surrounded by carpet. We cant think of any improvements to make. The bill was even written in beautiful cursive, a lost art, with detail on what we bought and rebates were filed for us. Our last furnace from Four Seasons lasted 28 years and was still running - our AC was replaced by them 12 years ago.

In 2000 we bought a furnace from Four Seasons, and had a good experience then. Now, seventeen years later, it was time to bring everything up to speed and replace both the furnace and AC. I contacted Howard Anderson, the owner, and we discussed the pros and cons on replacing the units at this point in time, with both at the end of their expected lifetimes. Howard is a thoughtful guy. He gave reasons why both units might keep going for a while and reasons why it might be a good time to replace them. There was no hard sell, just some considered opinions, and options - which is exactly what I was looking for. We opted to replace both units. The installation was smooth, the crew polite and respectful, and the cleanup thorough (they didnt leave a trace). There was a small air leak near where the coil and the furnace joined which caused a whistle a day or so after installation. I sent an email to Howard, and his guys were there the next morning for what turned out to be a five-minute fix. Our experience with Four Seasons has been nothing but positive, and Ive appreciated Howards knowledge and thoughtfulness.

Very pleased with the service from Four Seasons Air Specialists from the very first meeting to the completed installation of the new furnace, humidifier, thermostat, etc. Everyone was very helpful and answered all our questions without any full-press sales pitches. The installation was timely and professional. This is the second time were worked with Four Seasons, 18 years apart, and are very happy with the products and the people.

Four Seasons was awesome to deal with! They came out immediately to diagnose the problem with our AC. The compressor was shot. The AC, furnace, and hot water heater were all original to the home - 28 years old! Four Seasons worked up a very professional proposal to replace all 3 products including some accessories. We felt the price was fair for the products, service, and follow up assistance. Four Seasons was excellent throughout the entire process, even providing financial resources outside the norm. We totally recommend using Four Seasons for your HVAC needs.

My wife and I had a great experience with Four Seasons. Not only were they friendly and responsive, but they were also flexible. We were given a good range of choices, our questions and concerns were answered quickly, and we never felt hassled or inconvenienced (which is saying something since we just had our first baby who is only three and a half months old).

I had a prior company inform me that my furnace should be replaced. I spoke to Howard at Four Seasons and he was able to drive over to give me an estimate just a few hours later the same day.During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to its connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasnt needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues.To my amazement Howard and Four Seasons did all of this free of charge! Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems.I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!

I was happy with the entire process, from initial contact, to an understandable estimate, through on-time installation and clean-up, to actually filing the energy rebate paperwork for me.I also appreciated the patient careful explanations from time to time (I ask a lot of questions) and the sensitivity to recycling the old system materials.

Had a new A/C unit installed in the house. Installers did not strike me as particularly professional. (I overheard one say this comes with these doohickies, whatever they do.) After removing the old unit they flushed the lines INTO the house. The refridgerant odor was so strong I had to leave.I emailed the owner about this and his reply was unapologetic and unhelpful. He seemed to think pushing the chemical vapors into the house was no big deal. Not terrible service overall, but I wont use them again.

From the very first visit to my home, to look at my existing equipment and explain the various differences between models and carefully plan where the pipes were going to go, etc.—I was impressed with the owners (Howard Anderson) level of knowledge and the time he took to patiently explain things to me. I had a new Lennox furnace and AC unit installed, along with a new Honeywell thermostat. The installers were prompt, courteous, very careful with dropcloths, etc. to protect surfaces, and when they left, everything was shiny-brand-new and the area was all cleaned up. I have had a chance to try out both the AC and the furnace, and Im very pleased with how quietly and efficiently everything is operating. I cant think of one single thing that would need improvement. It is very rare that I actually take the time to write reviews, most of the time Im busy and forget, but this time I wanted to make sure to acknowledge the outstanding service by Four Seasons. These guys saved us, in more ways than one. A couple weeks ago we learned the hard way that our dog had destroyed our AC unit over the winter by peeing on it. I had another company come out and for $99 told me what I already knew (10 min of work). A week later I had to follow-up with them and they gave me a quote that was purely ridiculous. I reached out to Howard via their website and got a quick response, and via back and forth email (I couldnt talk during my workday) was given a reasonable price and a scheduled service a few days out. The guys who came out were right on time and made quick work of the project, and honestly were very down to earth, good people. Today it was in the 80s and were comfortably relaxing in a chill home. Dont waste time going anywhere else, these guys will take care of you!!

As a TYPE A, old school kinda of guy, I can whole heartily recommend 4 Seasons. Furnance went out &had to put in new heating and air condition units inthe middle of December. The quote was fair, NOT a jacked up ( your furance went out in the winter ) one, &the work of their guys Don & Dan, was A1 in every way.From tear out to installation, it took under 6 hours and it looked & worked like the fine tune system I was told Iwould have ..... 5 STARS +

Its great to see that good, old-fashioned customer service still exists in this day and age. Still blown away by the experience I had earlier this week with Four Seasons and in particular Howard Anderson. Our A/C unit which is about 40 years old decided to quit working on a August day that ended up a record hot day for Minnesota. Given the record heat I thought it would be few days until I could get someone out but within two hours of speaking with Howard, he was at my house working on our A/C. Heres the kicker. As I mentioned our unit is 40 years old and I could have probably been convinced to replace it but instead Howard spent two hours cleaning it in the 98 degree weather and simply charged me for a one hour service call. As he expected, it hasnt run this good in years but I can promise you Ill be going back to Four Seasons when it is time to replace the unit. I highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs!!

Howard approached me about a new system (heating, cooling and water heater), but he had to smooth over my wife because she is more than a little skeptical about things especially when they are still in working order. He Did! WE both are happy about different things, my son and myself....longer hot water tIm in the shower, my wife.....much less dusting now that the new system has a really nice filtration system. And we both love the April aire humidifier, our 65 year old house is alot more comfortable in the winter. The crew (I cant remember their names, sorry) at 4 seasons were on time and well prepared,they had everything needed to complete the job in 1 day as promised. They were very courteousand informative through out the process. Thx 4 seasons staff.

Four Seasons did a very professional job in installing our furnace and air conditioner. They are very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We obtained an estimate on our air conditioner, heater and water heater. I found that Howard, the owner was very unprofessional and unprepared. He did not listen to what type of system we wanted, and wanted us to buy the top of the line, or top price rather. He did not give us quotes for systems that were in our price range. He continually insulted other compeditors products. He also contracts other companies to do some of the work since you have to be a contractor when dealing with certain aspects of the job. I was not comfortable with not knowing how the other companies screen their employees as we are letting them into your house. We asked about guarantees on the work and systems, he said no, we would still have to pay service charges. Evidently when we decided to go with someone else, the insults on the other compeditors products continued. When you are going to spend a considerate amount of money you are going to want to get numerous bids. Glad we did not go with him or his products because of his attitude and unprofessionalism. Definatly did not leave us with a warm fuzzy feeling. I would not recommend this company due to our interaction with the current OWNER.

Called, the man on the phone was rude and told me how busy they were and wasnt even listening when I told him what was wrong with our AC. Will go somewhere else.
