The furnace is 20 years old and in addition to the repair he ensured the furnace was running safely and efficiently - and no up sell for a new one (like Standard and others). This guy is a total clown. If you want to spend money and get nothing fixed he is your guy. I am quite sure he doesnt understand air flow and will try to teach you about HVAC systems while fixing nothing.
