My husband and I especially appreciated the courtesy visit from their Quality Manager, who stopped by during the installation and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. From the first day I reached out to Mr. Roof to inquire regarding a new roof for my home, the completion of my new roof with deck replacement was approximately two weeks. Their responsiveness and attention to my needs was excellent.We have a mansard roof on the house with dormered windows and the quality of their work is commendable. They spent time to show me how the venting works in the mansard style roofing and how they would be reinstalling to insure correct ventilation. They stripped all old flashing off each window and insured each window was re-flashed and sealed correctly. All roof vents were replaced and a new powered vent installed on our detached 3-car garage as well.Could keep on typing but suffice to say, we are beyond pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Roof for your project.

Mr. Roof replaced our front door. We did a lot of comparisons with other companies and we chose Mr. Roof because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed! Our salesman was courteous and did not use hard-sell tactics. In our search we discovered that Mr. Roof is not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. Materials are top quality and installation was professional and completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Mr. Roof and would consider them again for other projects. We were also impressed that about a week after the door was installed, someone from the company came out to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. The door is beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the product and the service.

Wanted to come out again to give me a second estimate- but needed my wife to be there for some reason. No thanks.They do the same tied old used car salesman business tactics. Prepare to wait while they get the manager on the phone for a better deal.I would rather pay more and do business with a more reputable and honest company.

Do not waste your time giving these people any information. They will keep calling, even a year and a half after getting it, 2 times this week in fact, after they supposedly put me on their do not call list last year when I told them to stop calling. They seem very unprofessional and desperate for work to keep calling back so many times.

Mr Roof replaced a 10 year old roof on my home. They met the estimated time to start the work and they were professional and made sure that all plywood was in good shape by replacing any that showed wear. I feel comfortable the roof is good now for many years to come.

Be warned, their sales approach borders on harassment. I used the GAF website to get a relative estimate to compare to other roofers Ive already contacted. To get GAFs estimate you have to agree to be having your contact information submitted to roofers in the area. Since doing so Ive been contacted by Mr. Roof on nearly an hourly basis. I did not take the first call as I did not recognize the phone number. The person calling did not leave a voice mail stating reason for calling. At that point I chose to ignore the calls. This morning, I finally answered their 10th call in a 26 hour period I told them dont call me back as I dont appreciate their business approach.Standard business practice would be to leave a voice-mail with the reason you are calling if youre not able to make direct contact with the person youre trying to reach. Then, allow that person to make the decision if they want to follow-up to the voice-mail. Maybe, if you have not heard back from them in a couple days then make a return call. Not call every hour of the business day.Im not sure if theyre hard up for business or just dont have people with good customer service skills handling their call outs to potential customers but this approach has made it so I will never consider this company for any type of work done on my house.I also question GAFs website and how they go about identifying which companies to provide your information to. Of the three companies they provided my information to that are supposed in the area two of them are 20 miles away and Mr. Roof is the farthest at 30 miles away. I know for certain that there are closer roofing companies in the area as weve already had several of them provide quotes. This leads me to believe the roofing companies are paying GAF for the referrals.

We found this company through an internet search and lucked out. Everyone, from office staff, salesman, managers and workers, has been very nice and helpful. We purchased a new roof about 7 weeks ago and have been very happy with the results. It looks beautiful and has a lifetime warranty! The process was explained well and Greg toured the exterior with us to make sure we were satisfied and answered any questions. The workers did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything when they finished. The roof even survived the bad hailstorm we had a few weeks ago!! No damage!We were so impressed we decided to also use them to replace our windows, which were just completed yesterday. The workers were all very good and respectful and cleaned up their mess. They replaced any wood trim inside that was rotten or damaged so the end result is beautiful. The outside trim work is also beautiful. The windows look great and are keeping our house warm! Mr. Roof (Mr. Laskowski) was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. Mr. Laskowski and his installation team showed up at my house early in the morning on the day as promised. He carefully inspected my roof and the surrounding area before instructing his team to start the work. Although an unplanned situation (my entire roof needed new roof decking boards) arose during the installation, he and his team still could manage to pick up the extra material and complete the job in a timely manner. Mr. Laskowski and his team (sales rep, back office personnel and installation crew) in my opinion are very knowledgeable and professional in the roofing business. I am completely satisfied with the quality work they performed. I would definitely recommend Mr. Roof to my relatives and friends if they ever need their roofs replaced or repaired.

Mr. Roof is a a great company and has a great team. I was very surprised to only see two guys to replace 13 windows. They did an amazing job. We had very outdated and old windows and the new ones they installed gave the house a completely different look. There was one huge window we were not going to change since it’s weirdly build into the wall but they ended up fixing the outside of it for us. They didn’t have to do that but they did and I greatly appreciate that. We had Paul and Martin replace all our windows and they were great. Highly recommend this company :)

After interviewing 4 roofers we were exhausted but, thankful we didnt settle for one of the 4. We hung in there for #5, Mr. Roof. The other companies could learn from Greg/Mr. Roofs business approach. His approach was a breath of fresh air! We had all of our questions answered. The price was excellent as was the work which was done when it was promised. Day 1 the crew that did the work did a complete tear off, repairs and all that was needed was shingles. The weather cooperated so, the whole job was done in less than 2 days. If you are shopping for a roof or roof repair dont waste time with the others go straight to Mr. Roof. Horrible experience. I called to schedule a quote for roof repair from another company that did a poor job. Right on their website it says roof repair and roof replacement. I explained to three people prior to the employee showing up what I was looking to get a quote for so this should not have been a surprise. The employee shook my hand, I explained what i wanted done, and then immediately proceeded to be upset with me because WE DONT DO ROOF REPAIR AND I DONT KNOW WHY I AM OUT HERE. The employee showed up in a beaten up car with no logos, no business card, no brochure to even prove they are a part of the company. Then she proceeded to get in a yelling match with the employee at dispatch about why she was out here. I just stood an watched for the entertainment. Do not recommend, unprofessional, and apparently they dont do roof repair.

Greg and his team really worked with me and helped me out. I was asking for a lot of complicated elements to my roofing project - flat roof, lots of insulation, and do it all in conjunction with a solar and AC installation. I had five other contractors turn me down for the complication. The only other one wanted double the price. Mr.Roof did and excellent job and at a very fair price, with great communication all along the way. Not many contractors are willing to go that far to work with a customer. I give my highest recommendation for Mr.Roof.

We called Mr. Roof for a quote and the person that came out assured us it would be a good fit for an insurance claim and said to set an appointment with the insurance person and they would come back to show the adjuster the damage and eliminate any issues with having the claim denied. When the adjuster came, the Mr. Roof person, Derek, never showed, did not answer his phone, return calls, nothing. We called Mr. Roof and they could not get a hold of him either. Our claim was denied due to this very poor experience, and we wasted a full two days waiting for a response from Mr. Roof management. To date, we have not heard from them. I will never use this company if they dont respond when you are trying to do business with them. HORRIBLE
