Responsive, quick and professional are the words I will use to describe them. We had asked for a quote back in November and they honored the price- months later (due to covid we decided to wait a little). I called five window repair companies, three of which required me to leave a message, and two answered their phones. Of the two that answered their phone, one company told me they couldnt help me because they didnt repair a simple vinyl window. On the other hand, United Windows Pro (Wheeling) not only answered their phone, but they scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning! Vitaly called me twenty minutes prior to our appointment, arrived on time, and estimated the job. I didnt use this company or any of the other companies for that matter because they never replied, and I had my window fixed at a local hardware store. I appreciate Vitalys professionalism, promptness, and honesty. Should I require his services in the future, I will use this company.
