My wife and I came in for a spa day, and had a very pleasant pedicure. HOWEVER, when it came to my full set. It was recommended that I get the organic. Which was dip powder. I have never tried it and decided to go with it. The next day, my nail tip broke off when I picked up a pair of dress pants. I went in the next day to have it fixed only for another tip to break on my opposite hand, the next day after closing a journal book. I dont do anything strenuous with my hands, and have never had my nail tips break unless it was time for a fill In. I felt my full set was rushed, and therefore, the quality of the work suffered tremendously. I will not go back for a second nail repair. The pedicures were truly worth it. But my full set was not. Im extremely disappointed.

Amy has been in the nail/spa industry for many years and recently took ownership of this location. All the ladies are kind and wonderful. There are many services available as well as mini spa kits.

My daughter and her friend went for a fun nails outing. They had the worst service they didn’t let my daughter pick the color she wanted..pedicure done without any details. Non chip manicure was so clumsy and also techs were in such a rush and above all they were gossiping amongst themselves..my daughter felt so intimidated and maybe the worst $136 spent ever. Wish I can go and reverse that time. NEVER GO THERE..NEVER

Yesterday I went there for no chip refills and I got the worst service. I told her to reduce my nails length but she did not and all my nails are of different length. At the end I was able to see little bumps on my nails so I asked her to fix it and she just did 2 and it was clearly visible on all the nails. Very disappointed!

I have been going here for a while ever since I was a kid and I have always loved it here but recently my mom went in to get a fill and a few weeks later she had fungus growing under her nail so she didn’t go back. I continued going, few months later the same thing happened to me. This place does not clean their tools. they use dirty files and dirty drill bids.

Update!! Only come here if you go to anyone but the owner/kristine. Been going to her for a couple years now and finally saw her rudeness and attitude come out that does not fly with me. You are in the customer service field you do not act disrespectful to someone who pays you!! And word of mouth travels fast, remember that. Only give this place business if you go to Tina and or anyone else they works there. Tina does my pedicure. Trust me she is very sweet. Amanda is sweet to, very bubbly and always remembers you.

I went today to get my acrylic nails filled. Christine did them for me and she was fantastic. she did a beautiful cascading sparkles design on my nails and theyre stunning. the salon is large, comfortable, clean, and does NOT have that awful nail polish smell lingering in the air. I will definitely be going back!

Pedicure lasted more than 5 weeks. Very happy with this place!

Very clean, professional. I went to Amanda, she is the best. Christine is also very very good. Amanda is great and manis and pedis and Christine does gel & acrylics. Prices are good. Very relaxing spa chairs. Highly recommend. They have a variety of colors, and @ the end of the day they want to make the customer happy.

A manicure definitely counts as relaxation in my book. Im not big on pampering, but a once-in-a-while touch up puts a skip in my step. Its a little outside of the city, but hey, Im giving a nod to my suburban roots. #30daychallenge

Calvin is the best! He goes out of his way to mKe sure im happy with my nails and does designs on them for me when most places wont. Amanda and Tina are also vwry accommodating!!!!

I have had Calvin do my nail, he does a wonderful job and is very creative doing designs one my nails. He takes pride in what he does.

Came in a second time for a nail polish change, old polish was not throughly removed, then they filed my nails failing to keep their original shape now they are concave with pointy edges, and finally the new nail polish was quickly put only on the top of my nails completely missing the sides this nail polish change is such an incomplete and un-neat job. If a polish change is not a service they enjoy doing then they should not offer it rather than doing such a crappy job!

I needed to do my manicure and decided to try this salon as a walk in. It was the WORST manicure I ever had. The lady didnt even changed the cloth that I was supposed to lay my hands on. She barely touched my cuticles. Then after she finished she asked me to go wash my hands (?!). No massage whatsoever. And then she charged more that any other similar places! Horrible experience!

The worst pedicure in my life. Very disappointed.

I went in August 7, 2013 at around 4 pm. I like getting pedicures at salons because I quite frankly dont like to scrub my own feet to remove calluses plus I believed professionals could do better than what I do.THIS WAS THE WORSE PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! and I paid a premium for the service. FOR WHAT?!FIRST. The lady who did my pedicure did not soak my feet long enough. Usually, when I arrive the water is waiting for me nice and bubbly with something to help soften the calluses. I had no water waiting, instead I sat in the chair for a good 5 mins waiting for someone to fill the water. When they finally filled the water they did not add anything to soften my skin. She had me dunk my feet in the water then immediately have me take them out.She didnt clean them, wash them, OR SCRUB them, SHE BARELY DRIED MY FEET. Just wiped off the nail polish, SHE DID NOT EVEN TEND TO THE CUTICULES!!Shocked, I just kind of ignored it and thought, maybe she had a different method and everything will be done when she finished. NO, SHE WAS FINISHED! She added lotion and marginally rubbed it in.Since I had other treatments I though perhaps the lotion was some KIND of PRIMER and shell have me come back when my other treatments were completed. NO SUCH LUCK!! She proceeded to paint my nails and told me to move to my next treatment.Im thinking, ok perhaps my calluses were not that bad. When all treatment was completed, I looked at my feet...sure enough my calluses were horrible. It looked like I just walked into their business off the street and was ready to get a pedicure.HOW A PROFESSIONAL could NOT see the calluses is beyond me. So I complained...SHE SAID, OK, you pay now, and then I fix. I was really angry at this point but decided to pay and see, pray, hope that she did the right thing. NOPEShe brought me back to the chair and instead of allowing my feet to soak she attempted to scrap my feet with a razor...I STOPPED HER and said, Wait, arent you supposed to soak my feet before you use a razor. SHE JUST LAUGHED AT ME AND CONTINUED.VERY ROUGHLY she scrapped my feet with the razor, and I was very frightened she was going to cut my feet. When she was finished she scrubbed my feet with a nasty dirty pumice thing then promptly threw it away when she was done. She rubbed oil on the bottom of my feet and heel and said, See, all better now.Really its not, and told her, I wont know until its dry, and this was a complete waste of my time considering I came here to be pampered instead Im stressed and I could have done a better job at home. She didnt even apologize!I got home and my fear came true MY FEET ARE BLEEDING. I am throughly angry. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want to pay a premium for the crappiest pedicure in this country.
