This may have not been the Wheeling location but i want everyone to get an idea of what these people do.Sunday 3pm: Call main line to make an appointment, tell her anytime after 330pm is ok. She asks what the problem is and makes detailed notes. Hang up feeling confident with a Monday appointment that i will be called with a time frame.Monday 6pm: No call from a technician so i call back the main number, i am rerouted to 3 different people because they dont know why something like this would happen. A woman takes ALL my info again and comes back saying they will contact the technician.Monday 630pm: Get a call back from the technician, asks what my problem is, says he didnt call because he wasnt sure if i needed help or service. I have ALL the parts needed sitting here, literally is a 10 minute fix and he quotes me without seeing the appliance a 170 dollars to make sure it is assembled right. Says hes not even available right now and can come out Wednesday, so wtf was the point of making an appointment?Priority is not the appliance repair place for you, please contact a local handy man or professional. These people subcontract people based on commission most likely. Even the call center is unable to take care of simple requests.
