Called Magic Appliance because of a problem with the Refrigerator They came fix it and I am not sure what he did but he cleanup the ice underneath vegetable tray and left saying that it all good now. With in week started happening again and another Tech came since the one that did it left the Job, The Technician, was absolutely clueless and everything seemed to be such a chore. He kept moaning and groaning because he had no idea whats the deal, keep arguing about the the fix that previous tech fixed. and at the end of wasting my time and took about $300 he said its not repairable, and there is nothing can be done and call manufacturer. I call GE they came and they looked at it and fix the issue by cleaning the clogged pipe and all good to go now no issue and charge me $250 which was less than this idiots charge

I would never recommend this, very bad service and I dont think they know what they are doing

I have used magic appliance a few times already to fix my dryer, dish washer, and a few other things. Very honest company to work with. they will recommend it to me from a very good friend that has also been using them for a long time.

Completely disagree with previous post. I think just the opposite. Weve had Magic over several times - honest people. Most recently they showed up the same day, gave me a good price to fix my dishwasher. We ended up cancelling the repair/ decided to get a new one & they were very flexible/ cancelled the repair and parts for us. Smart, prompt, good price - highly recommend.

Very happy first time customer: quick response, was able to get on the next days schedule, professional. Had the part with him and freezer was fixed within the hour. Id absolutely recommend them to friends!
