We needed an ice maker repaired. Jeff expertly diagnosed the problem with the ice maker and others areas that were not working properly. He gave an exact time of arrival instead of a 4 hour range like other places. I found his prices reasonable.

I had a washing machine - GE - agitator model - that was leaking water from the bottom. Jeff took my call right away and was accommodating for scheduling a service call. He was able to repair the machine without any parts or further repairs. He was punctual and knowledgable.

Jeff repaired my oven and I was very satisfied with his service. He showed up within a few hours of my initial call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He could not immediately complete the repair because he had to order a circuit board. The part arrived and he was able to complete the repair per his original estimate. His initial service call fee was much lower than competitors. Jeff was professional and friendly in all respects. I think since he is an independent repair service he is able to keep his costs lower than others. I would recommend him.

Horrible!!! Such a scam, overpriced!!! I knew exactly the problem n Jeff had to make it sound like he was building the titanic.. his story kept changing, prices changing, ridiculous. Quick $50.00 for him on service call . Obviously his usual routine, unless he can hustle u to pay is absurd cost. I guess Jeff feels he’s worth $ 140.00 n hour. Come on now.

Refrigerator was broken in my apartment unit in Glenview, IL and it needs repair. It was hot day. People DO CALL HERE!! Hes extremely patience and will answer all questions w/o repeating how he needs to come out and take a look at the unit first kinda attitude. I had a techinician come out three days in a row to tell me that theres a leak in our refrigerator compressor line which this gentleman didnt think so after listening to my issue for 20 mins or so. He gave me couple of suggestions and let me decide what I wanted to do. We were on the phone for 20 mins. and he didnt try to sell me anything!!! Who does that in these days!!! Im so impressed and definitely I will be calling here for future issues.
