Great job. Excellent artists! My husband likes how they do his pedicure compared to all the other places he has tried, he always goes back here.

I decided to try this place today after moving to the neighborhood a couple years back. While the staff was quite nice I was thoroughly disappointed with my manicure. The sides of my nails weren’t painted. The color was on so thick that I waited 10 mins + and still not dried. I expressed my concern to which the paint was removed poorly leaving paint on my skin and underneath my nails. The staff tried to get me to stay and get repainted to which after being there for quite some time, I declined. I was refunded for my manicure but I will not be returning. All that time and I now will be re-painting my nails at home which I could’ve done quicker, better and for free.

So I asked for the picture on the left and this is what Jenny the owner gave me. This is the second time I am getting this, the technician who did the first one did an amazing job. Jenny was in a rush between bookings, talking to customers and attending to me. I have been going there since it opened but no more. Basically have a base polish and a color tip. Awful!!!!!

I got acrylic nails for the first time ever yesterday, and it was my first time in this particular salon. Everyone there was so kind and professional, and they were spot on with time, and even took us a bit early! They were very understanding, and Ana did a fantastic job on my nails, she gave me exactly the same as the picture I showed her. It was an amazing experience. Definitely coming back again soon! You guys have got a new regular!❤️

The staff is very pleasant. I was happy with my pedicure. They even had the matte polish that I wanted. The deduction of the star is due to the other clients in the facility. Was a very loud environment, not quite the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Im obsessed with my nails!!!!! She did an incredible job and was super meticulous with getting the shape/edges/colors all perfect. I got gel ombre and I couldnt be happier!!! The salon is very clean and they did a great job complying with all the current rules in place, will be back as soon as possible!

This is my go-to spot on the south shore for nails! Tina does a fantastic job with my acrylic gel stiletto nails, she is talented, meticulous and so kind! The manager Jenny is very sweet & very customer service oriented. I constantly see staff cleaning during visits, they really stay on top of it! The customer care here is really wonderful, they make each visit a warm, welcoming experience. Would absolutely recommend!

Discovered this place a few months back and now its the only place I go to. The owner is super friendly and all of woman who work here do amazing work. They have one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten and my nails always look amazing when I leave.

I got a pedicure gel at that in all my toe nails broke off two days later never will I go back

Almost 3 weeks after I had my nail done and still looking good. They always do such a good job! The place is clean and everyone is very friendly. I also recommend the waxing services.

I asked Jenny for a specific nail design (light pink with diamonds) the photo was sitting right in front of her and when we asked for the price she said 45$.then after she painted the light pink she said that she was done and then “I said you forgot the diamonds” and “then she said oh you want the diamonds”. Then she put on the diamonds with a very sticky glue. A few hours later all the diamonds flew off And a bunch of hair got stuck to the stickiness of the glue. Jenny did not pay attention to what she was doing she was paying attention to her phone and her phone calls. When I left the store my The glue was still wet. Also The color didn’t match the pictures neither did the diamonds.I give this place a zero out of 10

I just started going here recently since the girl at the old Salon I went to had told me she was leaving. All the women are wonderful and the salon is beautiful and clean. They always do such a great job on my nails AND my eyebrows which is hard to find. They always cut my nails super short, which I LOVE and paint them so neatly. They last weeks without chipping too! Thank you to everyone at J&A! It’s not an easy job you but you do it and do it well!!

The people seemed nice but other than that Ive had 3 bad experiences now, the last one being the worst . I went in Tuesday and Ive had 2 nails break in 2 days . I also had a bunch of polish come off from the skin around my nails when I showered, which in turn broke the seal on the gel so basically all of them are peeling now . When I called and asked if they could redo them or help me in anyway, they basically told me that was too bad for me . My friend got the spa pedicure for $45 and I got the regular for $30 and there was absolutely no difference, she was actually finished before I was . I definitely wont be returning .

I was a regular customer here for a while but stopped going due to how uncomfortable I always felt coming here. Because my style is “different” from what they are used to, I would get flocked by 3-4 staff members while getting my nails done and not in a pleasant way. It felt taunting almost, and they would constantly try to convince me out of a style I genuinely liked. I ignored it for a while because their prices are affordable and it’s convenient for me to get to but after a while I got sick of going to a salon just to feel uncomfortable for thirty minutes. It happened every time I got a refill. I’ve brought my friend with me before and they made her feel the same way.

The manager is very nice but every time I do a dip mani here my nails chip and break. She’s aware of this and offers no solution. They are too rushed and only money motivated. I’m going to look for another shop.

My daughter & I tried this establishment for the first time today as it is very close to our home. Our regular spa is tremendously busy on weekends so we decided to chance it which proved to be a mistake. I got a gel mani on my fingernails and 3 nails had to be replaced, each of which are crooked and warped. Poor nail coloring also. My cuticles and fingers are raw and pretty beat up with eighth of an inch cuts on 2 fingers. Extremely poor job. My daughter started with a pedicure and had to take anxiety medicine halfway through it was so rough & painful. Needless to say, she opted out of having her fingernails attacked. They were very nice just poorly skilled. Do not recommend and will not return.

Worst salon ever.. They don’t understand what we communicate and do what they like.. I went to do my Shellac and Linda did my service.. She was not understanding in first place! Secondly, she did not shape my nails properly and left very rough. Thirdly, Shellac polish was done with only two coats after coming home it got peeled off! But I paid 40 bucks! Waste of money and waste of time.. Highly disappointed!!! I saw the reviews and came to this place but now I learned not to believe in reviews at all!

I’m a little reluctant to post a review of a nail salon as I’m a dude but I went with my daughter and had my feetsies done and omg they feel amazing! The poor lady had to use a huge machine to grind the callouses off my feet but she didn’t seem to mind! Basically I’m saying, your feet will appreciate it if you give them some love guys!!

I had to wait at least 30 mins after i had an appointment scheduled. then as i was getting my nails done i saw a MOUSE. at first i heard the girls screaming and i thought they saw a spider but then i saw a mouse surrying across the floor. i was DISGUSTED. the staff were very nice but the girl who did my nails was rough and didnt do my nails very well. my acrylics are uneven and crooked. very disappointed
