Had an appointment here for 6:30 and came early at 6:15 was taken back right away! First of the place is HUGE lots of people working there and lots of colors to choose from. Got a great manicure and pedicure and price was $65 for both. Even though I was the last person there Linda never felt like she was rushing me or the process. She took her time and did a great job and really helped shaped my nails and make them looks somehow exactly how I wanted! She read my mind! She even took her time and made sure my top coat got the correct time under the lamp even though she was getting ready to leave. I really appreciate that because getting this is a splurge and it makes it worth it when she takes her time and gives attention to detail. Great customer service, awesome and clean location, will 100% be back in the future in hopes of the same experience. Thanks so much!

It was my first and last time there. For $45 almost all my nails are crooked. If you dont believe me look at the picture below. I told 3 times they were crooked but the response was fingers crooked which is the first time I heard for all my fingers. I did not complain in the store further because I dont mean to cost someone their job during these hard times however I recommend you make sure employees admit or ask for assistance from coworkers if they cant do the job.

Sue was a sweet girl who did my nails. I dont get them done to often. She helped guide me with what type of manicure,polish and color. Very helpful in every way. I will be coming back and requesting sue to continue to do my nails. She made it a wonderful experience.

I drive an extra 30 minutes to have my pedicures here, they always have enough staff to take care of you, they take all the necessary Covid Precautions for safety of all Customers, their staff is friendly and terrific!!

Walk in and they greet you immediately. Smiles and pleasant. They have the seats ready and water hot by the time you pick your colors. And there are alot of seats available when you’re ready for your manicure. I am happy when I walk out.

My nails look okay but its not a clean place using new equipment on customers as mandatory now. The nail file she used was so dirty I asked her for a new one. Also she never looked at me only talked to the other girls working. Pulled on my arm the whole time and I left with 4/10 finger tips bleeding which for a simple dip manicure has never happened to me in the past. I went after I was given a gift certificate. Would never go back especially due to the lack of cleanliness.

My friends mail fell off from an infection from their dirty tools. Not clean and unprofessional. She went to the hospital and it will take 6 months to grow back. Not worth it!

I feel welcome here. Everything done in a timely manner, didnt have to wait long since I was running late and I had an appointment. I ran late from work and they were understanding. Clean and calm environment here. I love the color choices and the dazzle dry polish that lasts longer than regular polish has really nice color offering. Might be my new nail spot!

My favorite place! They do a perfect job every-time . Plus usually you get a shoulder massage but not with covid obviously. Always use hot stones for pedicures.

I was a loyal customer here for many years. Even when I would try other places, I always came back because Sunrise was better. That being said I have had a string of bad manicures from them -- the last was so bad that I will never be coming back. I get dip manicures and the last woman was extremely machine heavy and ground my nails down way too far. I asked her to please be gentle and she said okay and then went back to grinding things down too far and kept turning the machine up so that it burned. She didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and kept asking people around her and seemed to be complaining that I was wearing sparkles. I asked for rounded edges and she cut them square, when I requested the rounded again she didnt seem like she knew what that was and again squared them off. She only did 2 coatings instead of 3 and by this point I was too done to argue again. I have only had this manicure for a week and 3 of my nails have chipped significantly. Previously with the dip I have only had a chip here or there and it was after 3 weeks of having it on. Im giving 2 stars because to be fair they have some of the best color selection around, but I would be careful when going here to a tech you dont know.

Great place. Nice group of women. They have a ton of stations, so theres not usually any wait. I just get pedicures, but have friends who get gel polish. Comfortable chairs - not massage chairs. Nice hot stone massage with pedicure.

Nail Tech did an excellent job. Very pleased with the results.

As for the service, it was great! The woman who did my nails and she was the first nail tech ever who actually cared enough to recommend I not drill my nails and apply acrylic. She suggested a healthier option (and she didnt drill my nail *gasp*) to help encourage my nails to grow and gave me a regimen. I appreciated that. My pedicure was cool. Nail techs always tell me I have nice feet so they dont have to do much but I prefer a really firm foot massage and some serious exfoliating because it feels so relaxing. She did a good job though.

They were very clean and it made me feel very comfortable. They also checked everyone’s temp and had everyone use sanitizer, cert clean and it felt cert professional and my nails came out amazing. 5/5 I love sunrise nails would continue going because I have been multiple times and they continue to have very great service.

I absolutely love this nail salon!I find myself coming here several times a month now because I love it so much. I try and go with my friends when I can because it is fun to have your girlfriends around but I dont mind going by myself because the nail techs are super friendly and easy to talk to. I would consider them some of my friends at this point, they probably know more about my personal life than some of my real friends, haha!I love the layout and decor inside, it is so much nicer than some of the other hole in the wall nail salons that I used to go to. I feel like I am when I walk through the door.Boudoir is also a great place for birthday parties. I threw birthday parties for my sister and mom here over the last 6 months and we had an amazing time at both parties. They are very accommodating for large groups, you can just call ahead or fill out one of their group reservation forms online. If you have any special requests the management is usually willing to make it happen. They are definitely in the business of pampering!*****

My friend had to go to the hospital after the dirty tools gave her an infection. her nail completely fell off and her other nails fell off as well. the nail will take six months to grow back and look sort of normal again. very unprofessional and dirty. would not waste your time there.

Walked in and had to wait a little but the nail technician did a great job. I got an acrylic done for the first time and they handled it like pros. I brought a picture in and I got my nails done exactly like the picture. Good service and good price. Staff was attentive and friendly.

I love this place, it was my first time there and they were so nice. The young women who did my toes and nails did such an amazing job. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails. Customer service was also really good I think all of them are very nice. Not only that but theyre very clean!

Don’t go by the pic.Always friendly never a long wait, clean, lots of choices, doesn’t smell too bad, not a ton of chatter between techs. Peaceful. Cool art. Some techs better than others as with any place. I recommend it.I see the negative post below from “random” and I really really doubt it. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and it is super clean...new tools for every client...I’d say it’s a troll. Trust the positive reviews.

Its my second time coming here for a pedi. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone is so friendly. I appreciate that its kept clean. The pedicure came out great! Have recommended this place to my co-workers. I will definitely come back for my next pedi.

Very bright and clean spot! The lady who was doing my manicure was very meticulous, extremely polite and made sure I am comfortable at all times. She offered me drinks, tea several times throughout my manicure. She took longer than other places would to finish up, BUT I would prefer that and get a nicely done clean mani!All in all, great place! Keep it up!

So first let me say, I used to be the girl that was like why would you pay every two weeks for nails? & when I did go, I would get some cheap nails that were always okay looking, hadnt really found a place in downtown that was worth being a repeat client. Love getting a mani and pedi here. They do an amazing job. They offer you a hot rock massage when you get a pedicure and they offer a shoulder massage while you get a manicure. They do a great job here at really reasonable prices!

Ive been going to Sunrise Nails for years. I had Annie today. Doesnt matter who you get they all do a great job. I go every 2 weeks and look forward to it each time.

Just recently moved to the area a few months ago. I figured I would try a local place. Ive been to this place a total of three times in the past 6 to 7 weeks. the very first time I went everything was great, I had no complaints. however the second time I went to visit, I discovered I had fungus growing under my middle finger. 22 years of getting my nails done and this is the first time this has ever happened! the third time I made a visit I discovered I have fungus growing on three different nails now! I felt completely rushed out and very unsatisfied. Here, they thrive for quantity over quality! needless to say I will not be visiting this place any more! So 45 minutes to my salon I go! My Nail Tech was completely in shock when she saw my nails! I felt completely disgusted and grossed out, I do not recommend Sunrise Nails.

In and out very loud and phone ringing from owner all over the shop.Not relaxing and girls clean tools they used on your pedi in the same water as your feet are soaking in at same time yuck 😝 they do a pretty good job with 💅 nails. So other than the lack of sanitation and noise level I give it a 3.

They do a very nice job with manicure and pedicures but, Eyebrows are not their thing. My eyebrows just needed to be cleaned up and now my eyebrows are two different shapes and lengths. I would NOT recommend getting your eyebrows done here.

I NEVER get my nails done but i had my baby shower yesterday so figured id treat myself. i wanted to try to dip .. i LOVE how Kim shaped my nails! no one is ever able to get it quite right. the only issue i say id have was that the chairs are not that comfy but i can get over that. i will most def be returning to Kim again!

Really bad service . The way they do pedicure its just the massage. Very poor cleaning, I would say - no cleaning. My nails looked the same. I complained, but they still charged me $22 for Express pedicure . But I am sorry, to wash my feet and take nail polish off I can do it by myself. I came to salon because I wanted to pay for it and you be done properly. So save your money and get it done somewhere else. Big scam(((

Rudest staff I’ve ever met, my nail lady was very disrespectful and constantly messed up, when I corrected her she gave me a dirty look and started grabbing my hands harshly and throwing them back at me asking if they were fine. She used an electric file on my bare nails which is so bad for ur nail beds. Also cut my fingers on multiple occasions. Would give a 0 star if I could.

Went with my 7 year old daughter who has had mani/pedis before, here and elsewhere. Today at Subrise, the lady refused to give her a real manicure, said she was “too little”. The lady insisted on just washing her hands in the pedicure tub (gross) and putting the polish on. That’s it, no clipping or filing. I tried to tell her several times that she wanted a traditional manicure and she said said no. Her pedicure was rushed (10 min max) and neither of us got hot stones or massage. I was charged $25 for her pedicure and “polish”. I was charged $40 for mine. Couldn’t have been more dissatisfied

This is a nail salon that I have never been to but they keep on trying to get me to review them they also say that they are restaurant I would be very careful with this place as a lot of people I know have gotten infections! I do not know how people can get pedicures and not realize that theyre getting their feet soaked in water with other peoples dead skin in it they dont properly sterilize a rinse out any of their equipment especially those disgusting things people get their pedicures in its other peoples dead skin in it please research it with the Board of Health its disgusting!
