Let me just say I figured out that I have getting my nails done wrong for the past 10 years . I had an amazing experience! My dip nails were NOT grinded off and my nail beds do NOT hurt for once after getting my nails done . My dip was soaked off nicely and my cuticles were cared for . I brought in a photo of what I wanted and I got EXACTLY what I showed the nail technician. If you want your nails done right GO here its a hidden gem with great people !

It was my go- to place for the past 2 years or so…. And then post Covid the service started to go from mediocre to bad…. to the point that you walk in for a manicure and they are shouting amongst themselves in a whatever language they speak without even acknowledging you standing there…. I guess I will spend my money in a place that at least says hello and how can we help you. Very disappointed ☹️

My new favorite nail shop. I walked in to this place not expecting much I just wanted to fix my old acrylic tips, but ended up with a lot more. The staff is super friendly Nataly the nail technician who did my nails and my pedi was very pleasant, she made sure to ask and understand what I really wanted. While doing my nails she made sure to ask if I was satisfied with the way it was turning out, she really wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I asked for and that is something Ive never experienced in a nail shop before so that made very happy. I can not be any happier with the way my nails turned out. I totally recommend this place. Maintaining a line of communication between clients is key when keeping customer happy and this place nailed it literally !!

Great careful, detailed service! I love how she really took her time with me as a customer, I cant tell you how many times Ive been helped and then just booted in the minimal amount of work. This stylist was slow and diligent and made my nails look beautiful. Definitely a returning customer!

I got acrylics and they are very crooked, clumpy, and flat.

Great job. Got the color I wanted and some Christmas nail designs. The spa pedicure was awesome. Great place to go for manicure and pedicure.

Love getting my nails done here. Everyone’s so nice and friendly. My dip nails always last super long.

Ive never been here, but a request for a rating pops up on my phone several times a day. I understand why. Google needs to improve its technology. I stay away from places the show up on my phone constantly just looking for a rating or review. I do rate and review places Ive actually visited.

The sweetest women you will ever meet! Always are very kind, create conversations, make you laugh, offer you drinks, and do whatever to make you comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

The place looks amazing inside! Super clean and great service. I did the spa pedi and got a gel manicure. It came out beautiful! I will 100% be back for sure.

Nice location but horrible experience. I set up an appointment with a women and ended up with a man. Not really a big deal but that wasnt who I set up my appointment with. If you go out your way to make appointments they should be kept. Wont be back again!!!

I was referred by friends that Monday- Wednesday they provide a free eye brow wax when getting both gel mani and pedi service. I called made an appointment confirming this and traveled from foxboro (where I work, live in quincy) as well confIrmed when I checked in. Upon check out I was told they do not do that and was charged for all 3 services. I would have never traveled so far had I not been mislead. Unknown why those who referred me get the gel mani, pedi with a free eye brow wax. Completely dissatisfied and would never go again.
