Melissa was so genuine and so outgoing in the leasing office! She took the time to tour us the same day we emailed her, when trying to find the right new apartment. She went way above our expectations to make us feel like we already have lived there. Would highly recommend The Ledges if looking for new apartment lease.

I’m going on my first month since I’ve moved in to building 5100 and my experience has been so far amazing. The management and maintenance staff are professional and very quick in responding to anything. The complex is clean, well kept and safe. My unit was renovated prior to me moving and in and it looks absolutely perfect. Looking forward to the many more months here at the Ledges.

We love it here so far!! Very cozy 1 bedroom apartments but they do not have much storage. Rent is a little pricey but we make it work.I would recommend.

Lived here for about a month now and love it so far. Very clean, responsive management, nice gym. Cant wait to see the pool in the summer

Great apartments. Very nice!

This complex is very clean and aesthetically lovely. It has a great club house w/a moderate size gym w/an indoor basketball court. They have a lovely play area for growing children among the rolling grassy lawn. I,also, like the outdoor gas grills that are quite large and encased in bricks in a location on the grounds with a gazebo. There is plenty of parking and for extra fee you can rent a garage. The apartments themselves are decent not huge and storage can become a problem. The units do have sliders to a balcony which is always nice. The units are carpeted which in my opion is outdated I would much prefer the pergola floor boards. One thing that is a plus in the units is that they come with a washer and dryer off kitchen. The down side is it is the only complex that Ive heard of that is allowed to charge for water!? This complex, though, nice I feel is way over priced because you, also, pay your own utilities. It is to much money for the amount of space you recieve and no storage. They certainly try hard to make you think yoyr money is well spent and they are pretty nice to tenants in general. If you are thinking of this place you definitely need a car, as it is set up on a hill with no stores ect. That close by!?
