Took them a month to reply to a simple inquiry and their response was unprofessional and catty. I cant say anything about their apartments, but I dont recommend dealing with a company like this

Grossly over priced for the quality, location, and size of their apartments. Wish I had seen the reviews earlier before i went to look for an apartnent there. Shabby to say the best about it. I dont know how they think they can get the prices theyre requesting.

SPANISH TRACE IS THE WORST AND OVER PRICED IVE EVER LIVED! SPANISH TRACE IS COVERED IN SilVER FISH IN THERE APARTMENTS. TRY TO TELL MANAGEMENT ABOUTH THE SILVERFISH THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME I WAS WRONG!!!!!!!! THEN....... OUR APARMENT WAS THE DRAFTIEST APARTMENT AND WAS SOOOO COLD IN THE WINTER THAT WE WERE REDUCED TO WEARING BLANKETS AND OUR HEAVY CLOTHES!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! PLEASE!!!

Apartment is very spacious and in good condition. Staff is very friendly.
