Michael, Chelsea, and Tevin are all fantastic! Weve lived here a couple of years now and every issue has been resolved quickly. The maintenance team is also great and will fix everything within a day. The area is great as well although tou will need a car. Not sure why there are so many meh reviews but they are wrong!
Be careful of this company. They will steal your money every chance they get. They stole $800 of my security deposit and I spoke with other residents that had similar occurrences. If I knew then what I know now I never would have rented with this company. If you value your money I would stay far, far away
Michael, and Julia both are amazing in the leasing office! They both took the time to tour us twice, when trying to find the right new apartment. They have gone way over are expectations to make us feel like we already have lived there. Would highly recommend Gradient if looking for new apartment lease.
Fantastic complex. My husband and I were sad to leave and only did so for a new job opportunity out of state. The units are clean, well maintained, and quiet. Extremely dog friendly (even big dogs!) which is so hard to come by. The staff has been great from the day we toured, until the day we left. Highly recommend.
Best community to live in! Could not be happier in my new home!
The Gradient has been a wonderful place to live so far. We have only been residents for less than a month and already feel like family. It did not start this way at first, but the Gradient team did everything in their power to make it right. The first time we arrived for a tour, Julia was kind and informative. She ensured that we knew everything about the unit we were interested in and gave us local tips about Weymouth. She did not pressure us to rent the unit, nor did she try calling us every day to reconsider, as some places do. It took us three weeks after our first tour to make our decision to live here. During that time, I called Julia numerous times, and she always returned my call and had the answers to my questions. The front office staff is excellent here. We did end up scheduling a second tour before making our decision, and Michael was the one who gave us the second tour. Michael, just like Julia, was professional, personable, and full of knowledge. He did not try to pressure us and gave us a wonderful tour. We chose The Gradient as our current home because of these two.The move-in was not perfect, but the Gradient Team did everything in their power to make it perfect. There was some miscommunication with their cleaning team before we moved in. Once we arrived, there were parts of the unit that were not clean and needed some maintenance. I called down to the front office, and they immediately responded. Within one hour of my call, they had the cleaning team, Luke and Warren (Maintenance Team), and the carpet crew all in our apartment to fix these issues. Luke with maintenance has been servicing our apartment since we have been here, and he has been professional and quick to fix everything. We have not had to wait longer than two days for something to get fixed.I will update this if anything changes, but I would highly recommend living here in the near future. Everyone has been friendly, and the units are relatively new.UPDATE AS OF 06/11/21We have lived here for five months and do not regret our decision. It is a relatively quiet place to live, and everyone here is welcoming. The Gradient Team does its best to ensure that everyone is abiding by their policies. The front office, Michael, and the maintenance team continue to make this a great place to live.Lastly, wed like to recognize Luke for being a jack of all trades. He is always responding quickly to maintenance requests and being personable while doing so. If he cant fix the issue immediately, he informs us of when he expects it to be complete. Luke is one of the best maintenance workers we have ever had the pleasure of knowing.Pros:Covered garageQuick response time to maintenance requestsFriendly staff (always answers phones)Great management teamCons:Small pool (lifeguard has to be on duty/no alcohol/a lot of restrictions)Gym has limited hours and minimal equipment
Everyone has been pleasant and welcoming. I have a few in house glitches, but overall, Im very pleased and satisfied! I would like to shout out leasing attendant Michael Solis he goes far and beyond to make ur new living surroundings a wonderful experience! Thank you, I appreciate ur compassion, help and professionalism.
We are happy to move in to Gradient Apartments. The moving was smooth. The location is very accessible and perfect for our needs. The staff is very accommodating. We sure would enjoy living in this clean, pet-friendly, and smoke-free community that we now call home. Thank you. - Ryan & Frances -
Moved into one of the Townhouses about a month ago. The staff is super friendly, pet friendly area. Plenty of places to walk the dog. The appliances are brand new and work amazing. Quiet area and beautiful to live in.
My 2 daughters & I rent two apartments here at Gradient. The staff has been unbelievably helpful, personable, and professional. My family and I know all of them by name and we would like to say Thank you to them. Well, thank you Chelsea, Melanie, Julia, and our amazing maintenance Gentlemen: Doug and Luke!!!
Quality appliances. Good materials (counters, cabinets, etc). Staff is very friendly, helpful, and accessible. My one critique is the lack of security cameras in the surface parking lots.
Expensive. Really nice space and amenities. Friendly people, both residents and staff. Helpful, quick to respond to maintenance issues. Challenged at getting repairs done successfully. 100% of requests addressed in less than a day. Less than 50% well repaired on first try. Lots of friendly dogs!
I try not to be too negative as this is a new community, and kinks are still being worked out.Pros:- The buildings are gorgeous, and the units are very nice.- I really like my apartment with the loft.- Pet friendly- neighbors are very nice and pleasant.- No noise issues from neighbors- Covered parking is awesomeCons:- Front door to the building I live in is always broken. Anyone can walk in it seems. There is no point in having a key fob as it is broken all the time.- the common areas in the building (mail room/lobby/hallways/elevator) need to be cleaned more often. There should be daily sweeping/mopping. It is not kept clean. (For the amount of rent paid).- incorrect pet waste citations for stool samples collected. This was very upsetting to me. They take your dog’s DNA before moving in. I was cited for an incident that was false. The fee was thankfully reversed, but it was stressful. I almost feel like we were set up by someone.
Luke from the Maintenance Team always does a great job!!!! Also very timely & very polite!Thank you Luke! 👍👍Carol McCarthyUnit #107
Melanie Brito. Assistant Property Manager, is extremely empathetic and really cares about tenants being comfortable and having a great experience at Gradient. She goes above and beyond and really connects with people! They have a great management team!
This is my worst experience ever in contacting the management office, even the regional manager could not care about any of the emails, they simply don’t care about any issue you might get. I lived there for 3 month and I am happy to move out.
Beautiful apartment with nice furnishings. I would suggest living on the 4th floor to avoid large dogs living above you!! We’re on the 3rd floor and have 2 large dogs living above us. Sounds like a herd of elephants as the insulation is negligible and you can hear everything.
When moving in back in November we were told that construction of other buildings surrounding ours would be completed by March. It is now June and it doesn’t even seem like they are close to being done. The noise from construction is Monday through Friday, starting sometimes as early as 7am. They are currently digging up the ground next to my bedroom window, and no email or call has been made to inform us of what they are doing now. This digging actually resulted in a sprinkler system being ruptured and my downstairs neighbor who just moved in woke up to her home completely flooded. We have also never had a mail box in 8 months! Our mail is brought to the office and placed into the hub lockers since mail boxes didn’t meet code. My building is the only one still waiting for access to our mailbox as they finally resolved the issue for other buildings. Parking is a joke! If you are not home by 5, you are parking pretty far in a very tight lot. Unfortunately there is no real outdoor space for kids to play, or to walk your dog. Even though dogs are allowed, people often complain about any dogs barking and one of my neighbors told me she was instructed to put a shock collar on her small dog. The dogs bark because of all the construction workers surrounding our buildings at all times. Utilities were quoted to me at around $300. We pay $150 electricity, $180 water and sewer, and In the winter $150 for gas. The girls in the office are wonderful, specifically Aja! And we do love our apartment (2 BR with den).. but we will not be renewing our lease as it has been a nightmare surrounding us and extremely expensive to live like this. The owners seem to nickel and dime for everything here. There’s barely any grass for our dogs or kids for that matter and the little bit that there is, there are signs to keep dogs off the grass!
Being a first time renter I was very nervous and new to the process. After searching for months The Gradient team was by far the best, they made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and made the process very smooth for me. They welcomed me and my puppy with open arms and after my first night in my new apartment I am beyond happy with my decision and cant thank Melanie and the rest of the team enough for the help. This community offers great features and I have already gotten many compliments on my new apartment! Anyone looking for an apartment I would recommend at least checking out this community. you WONT be disappointed!
Live anywhere else. Contacting leasing office is not an option they dodged my call for weeks.
I recently moved out of an apartment that I shared with roommates for several month, and we had a large security deposit. Well, somehow the list of damages EXCEEDED our security deposit and he claimed that we actually owed him more money on top.
Love the apartment and location
