Ive worked with a number of trainers over the years and Matt is one of the best. Specifically 1) I have some back issues that require modification and Matt is always cognizant of this and 2) despite my limitations Matt has pushed me over the past two years - constantly adapting the workouts and upping the difficulty (per my explicit goals) - such that Im in the best shape Ive been in years. Ill fall back on classes (like F45, etc.) when I have to (e.g. traveling) but I rely on Matt to keep me fit - and he doesnt disappoint.
This studio is for anyone who wants an awesome full body workout in 50 minutes. I have just completed my first 30 days and already I feel a change in my body. I’m addicted! Matt the instructor is very personable and knowledge . He is very motivating and the music is awesome. I leave feeling in a great mood every time and look forward to the next class
Ive known Matt for well over 5 years and he is an amazing fitness coach! He always has his clients best interest at heart. He helps you stay focused on your fitness/health goal--- Im back training with him again and I know Ill get my ideal fitness goal accomplished with his help!

Matt, the owner, is great at meeting the abilities and needs of everyone in class, so youll get the most out of each workout whether youre a beginner or an athlete. With small classes, its as close to personal training as you can get, without the cost!
Matt really knows his stuff it was great going to one of his group exercise classes today and getting a great workout. I really recommend going to Studio 360.

Studio 360 fittness is is where your want to be for weight loss! I tried it out for a month because going to the Planet Fitness 3-4 times a week wasn’t doing it for me or showing the results I was looking for. In the first week at studio 360 going 5 times I lost 10 pounds! Kind you not. I’m the whole month I lost a total of 12 pounds and it would have been more if I could control my eating habits ( which is hard working in the road) I am now in a 6 week challenge at Studio 360 Fitness where I’m given a meal plan that I will live by for 6 weeks! Good energy and Matt is a great trainer that motivates you to do better and push you towards your goals, and won’t stont pushing you! A+ Fitness studio!
