Women Only Bootcamp is an all around great gym! Everyone is very nice, the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They have the best quality in machines and equipment. Everything is always clean and put together. I enjoy how dedicated the trainers are to their trainees!

The BEST thing about this gym is our coaches. Coaches Jo and Jorge truly care about you and your progress and that means a lot because you need a strong support to achieve your fitness goals! I can honestly say that I am much stronger than when I started. I highly recommend this place. :)

Love it! I started a couple of weeks ago and I actually look forward to working out now. It is a great program all around. Personalized meal program according to your own needs. It caters to all group ages and fitness levels where everyone feels comfortable working out at their own pace. Coach Pete is awesome! Always making class fun... he motivates and pushes the group so everyone achieves their fitness goals.

Boot Camp Coach Johanna is very nice and upbeat. Shes not like those other boot camp coaches that yell and get up in your face and order you around. She walks you through the whole thing step by step, she shows you everything if you dont understand a technique (workout). Classes are small and very personalized. I will definitely continue with my fitness routine. The atmosphere of the whole gym is just fantastic and very welcoming.

Coach Jo is amazing! Her workouts are fun and challenging. Most importantly, she helps each of us focus on our goals and motivates us to achieve them. Coach Jorges kickboxing class on Fridays is the best stress relief- look forward to it every week. Highly recommend regardless of your fitness level.

I love this gym! Peter is an amazing trainer hes always on top of us telling us how to do the work and is always correcting us if we are doing it wrong. Peter pushes and motivates you to accomplish your goals. The work outs are really good and if you do them properly you will see results really fast. This is the first time that Ive gone to a gym and have actually seen results. I love going to the classes and I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to have a fit and healthy lifestyle.

The team at Ayala Mixed Martial Arts has become like a second family. They are motivating, the workouts continually switch up, and they push you towards your goals in an enthusiastic approach. This place is magical. The trainer, Peter, cares for each of us individually. He fits the exercise to your abilities but also gives you confidence even when you think you cant do anymore. Without his support, as well as that of the ladies who come to this gym, I would not have lost 31 lbs! Nor would I feel and look as wonderful as Im beginning to look and feel. I LOVE my Bootcamp group... Everyone is friendly. I started working out with coach Peter almost a year ago and I have seen great results. He is an amazing and knowledgeable instructor. He pushes you to work hard but is cautious of limitations (if any). He has many different variations of the workout in order to keep it interesting and not repetitive. He also guides you in the right direction as far as nutrition. If you havent joined already what are you waiting for?

My daughter tried to get me to do cross fit with her before she went away to college, but at 58 I thought I was to old . . .and just a little, well maybe a lot intimadated!! But I knew I needed to get in better shape, and I had tried most of the big named gyms around over the years, with no success!! Then I found Women Only Bootcamp and after a year and half, I still cant wait to get to class! The changes have been amazing, not only physically but mentally too! I LOVE this place!!! The coaches are awesome, the classes will kick your butt and the other women are so supportive! !!! You get personal help and direction so that you can get the most out of the class. Coach Jo is amazing!!! with her help, support and motivation you will find that you are doing more than you ever thought possible. After my first class in the all womens fitness boot camp, I knew I wanted to quit my old basic gym membership and join this new fitness community. You are not only paying for a place to workout but a dedicated trainer, a diet plan and a motivating environment accompanies the experience. I no longer dread going to the gym, I now look forward to being pushed to my limits and learning new workouts each class. Id recommend this gym to all women, its well worth the time and commitment.

I joined about 3 months ago and have been loving it! Peter has helped me reach my goals to losing weight and becoming healthier. Everyday there is a new hour routine to help you build strength and endurance. I never get bored coming to class. Coach Pete keeps the class motivated throughout the hour and pushes us to achieve beyond our goals. You wont regret joining the bootcamp. Let me just say that before I walked in to Women Only Fitness Bootcamp in Weston, I really hated to work out, and really didnt care for the environment in any gym Id ever been to. No one ever showed me the right way to exercise, and the proper form in which to perform even the simplest moves. I would start something and get bored quickly, or just make enough excuses that there would be no recovering.Well that all changed, and quick! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest people. Coach Peter and Coach George, and the friendliest ladies who attend the gym. I started the program expecting myself to fall into my old habits, but I completely fell in love with the program. Within a few days, I couldnt wait to go back. I was shocked because this has NEVER happened. Dont laugh, but I even told my family that whatever goes on, we schedule to the best of our ability around boot camp.Coach Peter is so supportive and knowledgeable. He keeps us on our toes every day. Hes always there to help, answer questions, and makes sure were working at an optimal level so were not wasting our time, or get bored. Its the best place to get a great workout, and the environment cant be beat!

I love this place and Coach Peter is awesome. Hes always making sure your form is correct and is pushing you to improve yourself. He even plans runs on Sundays on his own time. The workouts are tough but doable and the best part is that you will never be bored. The workouts are never the same. Highly recommend it!!!

A little background from my experience, I was about 8 months post partum and lost myself. I gained so much weight, lost muscle, and was just feeling down. I searched and searched and came across this! (And so thankful I did) What hooked me right in was that it was an All WOMEN’S Bootcamp. I gave it a shot and now I’m 5 months in. Coach Johanna and Coach Jorge are the absolute best! They have the best interest in reaching your goals and achieving the best version of you. I highly recommend!

Awesome classes I actually love going to my fitness classes. I found this class on Groupon had the coupon for 5 months waited until 2 days before it expired, well I absolutely enjoy going and I have not missed a class going on 3 months.Peter the coach will work with you and customize your workouts and diet to your specific needs.The ladies are warm, friendly and welcoming you will never get bored as Peter is always finding ways to keep you and your heart rate up and to strengthen any weak areas, at the end of your class you will feel you are truly on your way to accomplish your health goals, my favorite day is kickboxing day you can really unleash all your frustrations then.I feel and see the difference in my appearance and wish I had started months before. Great staff and place to be if you really want a fantastic and serious workout, loving it more as I learn new ways to exercise and overcome each threshold laid before me and actually feeling accomplished.

I have been a member of every gym there is in the Weston area. I think Ive probably switched gyms every 3-6 months because I was never achieving the results I wanted and most importantly, I didnt feel comfortable lifting weights among all the muscle men hogging up the weight area so I only focused on classes and most times didnt go as much as I should. The Womens Only Bootcamp gives me that and more. Im working out with some amazing women of all shapes, sizes and ages whose goals and fitness levels are all different. Most importantly, our awesome coach, Peter, pushes us every day to work out harder than Ive ever worked out in my life. I feel more energetic and Im seeing more definition in my body. I actually look forward to going to the gym for the first time in a long time. When it comes to consistently going to a gym, I have no motivation, the exercise machines are boring, and I usually lose interest after a week or two. However, Women Only Fitness Bootcamp has kept my interest and motivation going! I only get more motivated every time I go! Everyone in the classes are very friendly, and the instructor makes sure you are doing all of the exercises correctly. Everyone is at different levels from beginner and beyond! These are also the kinds of exercises that will get results! I would definitely recommend this boot camp program for any woman, no matter what fitness level, to come and check this out.

This program is great. I have never felt so motivated to get in shape. Peter is a great motivator and is very attentive to all of us. Women Only Bootcamp is awesome! I have been working out for years at various other gym settings. It wasnt until I came to bootcamp that I saw the changes in my body I was longing for. Coach Peter is a real professional. He watches closely to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you dont get hurt. If for some reason you are injured (I have an old shoulder injury) he will modify the exercise to fit you and your needs. I would (and DO) highly recommend Women Only Bootcamp to anyone.

Joining this bootcamp program was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having played sports all of my life I thought I knew the ins and outs to fitness, but I was so wrong. I have never met a more knowledgeable and supportive coach in my life. Peter constantly pushes us to do our best. He has designed this program so flawlessly that it is next to impossible to not see results! The best part is, that it is designed to the individual. There is no question or concern that is unacknowledged by him. I joined the program with an injury unrelated to fitness, or the bootcamp. Peter worked around my injury and helped me achieve my fitness goals regardless of my physical hindrance. He is such an advocate of safety which is the most important aspect of fitness, in my opinion. This is very important to me because in the past Ive hurt myself due to improper form or instruction, but Im 100% confident that would never happen here. Peter is such an amazing coach and the sense of community from the other women is irreplaceable! Absolutely in love with this gym!!!

When it comes to my health I quit because I get bored. I get bored of the same food, the trainer, or of even having to leave my house. However, I STILL gave the Womans Only Bootcamp a chance. Immediately I told Coach Peter all my issues from the beginning. He didnt give up on me then and he hadnt given up on me now. Peter caters to me and to all the other women in this Bootcamp giving us the attention and guidance we all need WHILE taking into consideration our different athletic potential. It amazes me every week my relationship with my trainer, Peter, gets stronger; while I get stronger. I wouldnt trade the Bootcamp or my trainer or the amazing friendly group of people that I surround myself weekly for anything. ❤️ best decision I made.

Im really timid when it comes to working out but after Woman Only Bootcamp, not anymore. They actually show you how to do your workouts and are there supporting you. If I mess up I dont feel nervous because they let me know Im learning and its a process. If you are considering going here I definitely would sigh up.

I recently moved down to FL from MA and was looking for a fun, motivational workout group. I dont push myself hard enough at the gym and quiet frankly have no idea what to do. After trying out two different other places that just didnt suit me I was on the hunt again. I came across WOFB through a groupon deal. I am so happy I did! I soon became a member and got my personalized meal plan. I started seeing results within a week. Coach Peter is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. One morning you wake up and realize youve been hit HARD with the middle age stick. You ask yourself a lot of questions: How did I get so out of shape? Where did this spare tire/muffin top come from? And how do I get my kids to stop making me wave so they can giggle about moms arm wings? My answer came in the form of a Groupon to try the Women Only Fitness Bootcamp! I tried it, liked it and now Im a member! The atmosphere is fun, welcoming and supportive -- we encourage each other to do our best. Coach Peter is the glue that keeps us together! He wants us to do well, knows when to push and keeps us on track to reach our goals. Hes very patient and always available during class to demonstrate each exercise and coach us on proper form. Ive tried a lot of different places and WOFB really stands out - its the real deal. Its a holistic, goal oriented approach to exercise, eating and getting past all the negative self talk. You CAN do it! You WILL see results! Its FUN! (And for the record, those naughty kids are impressed with moms muscle tone - no more flapping wings!!)

Recovery, Strength, Results. Those are the words that resound in my head Coach Peter. I started working out at this facility about 2 months ago and its the best decision Ive made this year. The progress Ive made in such a short time is credited to Coach Peter for always challenging me to be the best that I can be. Peter leads the Womens Bootcamp, he keeps us all motivated and he keeps it fun and interesting. Between having Coach Peter and the ladies the support system is great and we all motivate each other in order to reach our goals. Coach Jorge is just a peach hes great with the kids and keeps them all motivated and they all have fun in class. I would recommend to anyone wanting to join a bootcamp to join this fitness family.

My experience so far has been amazing!it took me only one class to decide this is the workout that I needed and the place I wanted to join!I always tried to be active and belonged to a local gym but afterworking out here I noticed I wasnt doing a good job working out by myself.Peter is an amazing trainer, is always attentive to correct my form and do the exercises properly .After only 3 weeks Iam stronger and have started to notice the positive changes in my body.For the new year this is the bootcamp to join ! you will love it !

Im happy to be writing this review! I had put on some weight in the last year and 2 months ago I knew I had to do something. So, I started looking and found WOFB-Weston. Ive been going to class for about 7 weeks now and have already lost some lbs. but more importantly, Im feeling stronger every day. I no longer feel overwhelmed by the road ahead. On the contrary, I look forward to getting my sweat on. I know I will reach my fitness goal…..no doubt about it!This is no ordinary gym, ladies. When you come to class Coach Peter has a workout plan customized specifically for you, depending on your fitness level. This is not to say that the ladies do not work together. I have seen ladies work with and encourage one another to get it done. And get it done, they do. You even get a nutrition plan to get you back on the healthy eating path. Coach Peter is always there to make sure that form is safe and technique is optimal. He also makes sure that we continue to challenge ourselves. I am so glad I joined WOBC-Weston 4 months ago. Best decision ever! For the past 2 years, I was stuck at a plateau and no matter what I did, the scale would not bulge. Once I started with Coach Peter, I started feeling stronger, my endurance level increased, and though the scale was not moving, I was losing inches and my body shape was improving. Now 4 months later, not only did I get out of the plateau, I also lost 16 pounds so far. What I like the most with this program is the friendly atmosphere created by Coach Peter. From day 1, he tells you that you are only competing with yourself and with no one else. He pushes you while taking into account your fitness level and limitations. Every single lady in the program gives her best during the session. It is such a joy to watch people who could barely walk 1 mile at the beginning, now run the distance with ease. My results have been so great that my sister, who used to refuse to exercise, has joined the program as well. So ladies, if you want a customized workout, a great coach, and a friendly atmosphere, WOBC is the program for you. By the way, I used to hate exercising and would pay for gym membership and rarely go; now, I look forward to working out. Thanks WOBC and Coach Peter, you are awesome!

Hmm....Peter Peter Peter, He is the best...always there everyday, making sure you do the exercise properly. I love it when he works out with us. I started about 3 months ago at Women Only Fitness Bootcamp. I bought a Groupon and decided to try this out. I was so out-of-shape....the first week after leg day....I stood at the top of the stairs at my apartment building and couldnt figure out how Im gonna make it down. After I havent been exercising for how many years, what did I expect, lol. Now I feel great, I am more fit, I have more energy, I eat healthier with help from my meal plan individually assessed by Peter and my strength have increased. Now....I cant wait for the next workout day...I can honestly say I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS GOOD!! Dont let the word bootcamp scare you, this is the best decision you will ever make. Fell in love day one of bootcamp. Ive always been a gym member but never was consistent. I have been with the bootcamp for 3 weeks now and I have never felt better and I honestly mean that. I have followed the meal plan and attend bootcamp 4 days a week. My body has more energy and I feel clean and new on the inside. The bootcamp coach is incredible. He truly loves what he does and it shows in our results. He has pushed all my limits that I would have never done for myself. I absolutely love working out at the Women’s Only Fitness Bootcamp-Weston, FL (WOFB-W) and highly recommend it to any lady who is serious about living a fit & healthy life. I started at WOFB-W almost 4 months ago via a Groupon for 20 classes, and then joined once I completed those classes. My decision to join WOFB-W was due to the great experiences I had with the Coach/Personal Trainer, the actual workout sessions, and the other ladies in the sessions. Coach Peter Pitre is an excellent coach/trainer and is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition (He conducts an initial physical assessment for each member and follows-up with a personalized fitness notebook which also includes an individualized meal plan). Coach Peter is dedicated and is always there for each session. Coach Peter demonstrates the exercises and during the workout sessions he walks the gym, monitors your form, and works out with you to ensure that you are during the exercises properly. Coach Peter motivates you and pushes you to give it all you got, but in accordance with your fitness level and limitations. The workout sessions are structured and intense, but are also fun and exciting; and at the end of the session you know you’ve had a great workout!!! I am in my 50s and when I started, I wasn’t in the best shape, had little energy and a slow metabolism. Now, I am more fit, have more energy and my metabolism has increased. And although the scale hasn’t moved as much as I’d like, it is noticeable that I am losing inches and my body shape is improving. All of this motivates me to continue to reach my desired goals. When I first started at WOFB-W, I was a little nervous and self-conscience due to my age/body condition. But that soon ended because I found the other ladies to be very friendly and encouraging. As I initially stated, I just love working out at the WOFB-W and plan to remain a member!!!
