I am visiting town and decided to give the gym a try. I am an active duty military member and asked for a 3 week membership and I was not charged for any of it which was so generous and I am truly grateful for that! Their prices are spectacular for membership from what I researched prior to coming in.This is a serious weightlifters gym. It has all the proper free weight equipment (i.e. squat rack, decks for Olympic lifting, plenty of bars and bumper weights). If you are swinging through town or even wanting to come here on a permanent basis, I would highly recommend!

Great gym with all the essentials. If your looking to get strong and pack on muscle this the gym for you! Paul and his family are very kind and accommodating!! Not far from home either.. A+!!!

Best gym in Carroll County!

We had change to use the gym only for couple times, but we love it. Liked the old school vibe, not crowded. Lot of choices weights and machines. And the owners - they awesome, so friendly, best costumer service, helpful.

Whether you enjoy heavy lifting or fitness classes, The Gym is the place for you. I could not give enough praise to the Gruntzel family and The Gym staff. Incredibly clean, a welcoming atmosphere, knowledge staff members, and a plethora of gym equipment.

Great gym experience

We met Phil today, as we were shopping for a new gym home. Phil was amazing, professional, kind, accommodating and personable. The Gym is loaded with some really awesome stuff and we cannot wait to jump right in! We have found our gym home! Thank you Phil!!

Great place to workout. Has everything a commercial gym has. Also has very unique equipment you wont find anywhere else. Lots of space and a decent number of cardio machines.

Their classes are really developing nicely. I love their child care workers, really take time with the kids. I LOVE the barbell and free weights. All around, BEST gym for the price.

This gym is awesome! Laid back atmosphere with people who are genuinely nice and want to see others succeed. Owner is very knowledgeable, and helpful to people at all levels in their fitness journey whether they are just starting out, or have been lifting for years. Nice variety of equipment with plenty of room to work. Plus, tanning and saunas, and classes too! I definitely recommend becoming a member here!

This place is great if you want to do strongman type workouts. They have great classes too.

Super clean, spacious facility (you will never feel cluttered or cramped) love the environment. Family owned and owners are nice.

This is the place to go for fitness. It has just about everything you need from powerlifting to stongman to just simply circuit training. They even have saunas and tanning machines! Really the place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Training sessions are available for new comers or those who just want to improve there skills and they also offer yoga and other classes too. The membership is worth every penny.

Awesome environment with the best selection of free weights in the area. Definitely stop by and check it out. They got everything.

Best Gym in Westminster!

GOOD ATMOSPHERE, GOOD TRAINERS, CLEAN FACILITY THROUGH AND THROUGH.

I called to see if they had a gym to play basketball in .The guy on the phone told me to go to an outdoor basketball gym when it is 46 degree weather with a windchill of 7!!! I do not want to catch enomia.
