A great local Family gym. I love the Tabata and cycle classes! They did a great job spreading out their equipment, keeping the windows open for better air circulation, added many new sanitization stations, increased equipment wipe downs, is hosting many many wonderful classes outside and in, and has childcare spread out and with steps in place to sanitize toys between uses. The staff is friendly and professional. Its a gym i feel safe and welcome coming to.

Just need AC on summer was crazy to do zumba with 100 degrees

Cool fitness place. Basketball gym is really nice. Outdoor basketball courts and tennis courts.

Great place to train and do fitness classes, as well martial arts on Wednesday and Sundays.

My son use to use this and the workout/gym area all the time a year or so ago. This is such a family friendly facility.
