She is amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with an injury that was treated by physical therapy but they are not back to 100% yet. I started seeing her for fitness goals for aesthetic reasons, and while I’ve definitely seen results in that area, the improvement in my knee/shoulder has been game changing. She is fun to talk to and all types of people are welcome.
Completed my fitness assessment with Jacqueline this morning. Really impressed with her wealth of knowledge and her approach. Shes able to clearly explain the physiological issues with my movement and how were going to correct these issues. Her gym is very clean and adhering to covid precautions. I first tried this gym out last week. Right when I walked in I was given a friendly welcome. Even the other clients were very kind and made me feel like one of the crew. We started with a long warm-up consisting of stretching and various moves. The workout was a circuit base that was very good and Jacqueline provided various tips on how to maximize the moves along with modifications when needed. I can see that she take a lot of pride in helping people achieve their fitness goals. After the workout I was able to enjoy 30 mins in a infrared sauna which was relaxing and I watched Jacqueline clean the gym thoroughly after our class which is comforting. I will definitely be going back!
I have Parkinson’s Disease and have participated in a circuit training class with Jacqueline and Stephanie for about 3 years. My strength and balance have improved tremendously! Exercise is an essential part of managing PD. Jacqueline and Stephanie have worked hard to put together an exercise program that meets all of our needs. I look forward to seeing them every week and truly love the social interactions as well. Keep up the good work!!
This place has an amazing atmosphere! My soccer team used to go there to train on days with bed weather and the owner was so welcoming and genuinely excited to work with us even though we are a huge group and can get annoying. The owner, Jacqueline Kelly cares so much about everyone she meets and trains. I did a school paper on sports psychology and she happily took time out of her day and let me interview her and gave me so many resources to use. She truly has a passion for what she does. would 100 percent recommend Kelly Performance & Wellness for their services

Such an awesome place to work out especially during Covid-19. Feel so much more comfortable working out in a small gym that’s Cleaned after every client and not filled with people. I have worked out with Stephanie going on ten years I can’t say enough great things about her. She has done an awesome job of changing up the training to match my needs and injuries at the time.
