The gym was great at first, not the cleanest, but was a place to workout, with decent equipment. I ended up moving and covid hit, so didnt spend much time there. Tried to cancel my membership many times. The phone was disconnected at one point, no email responses, and no one is ever there. Thankfully, another owner from another gym got me in contact with corporate and I resolved my issues through them. Its a bummer that this location went downhill. If there was a location closer to me, Id still be a member.

Worst anytime fitness I ever ever been to. It’s a sad excuse of a neglected side project that the owner literally couldn’t care less about. After speaking with several different gym managers in the area, I’ve found out that the owner bought this place and treats it like a neglected property that’s supposed to “run itself”. Nobody is EVER there during any hours let alone regular business hours besides the lovely staff member who does an amazing job of cleaning the facility. This gym has no trainers available as well. The wifi literally never works and is in a cellular dead zone. Best part of it all is that the fob door lock recently stopped working for guests leaving the gym completely empty and paying customers without a service they paid for. Since the owner is never anywhere to be found, the gym remains empty and unused. Don’t even bother calling the number advertised on the door and Google, it’s disconnected which I’d imagine is due to the lack of care. Tried talking with Anytime corporate about getting a new owner for the location since it’s the only one close to me but so far no luck. Sadly I’ll probably just have to cancel my membership all together since the company is unwilling to do anything about this misrepresentations their brand.

This gym is disgusting. Been coming here for years and in the past few months trash is constantly full, toilets/bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and nobody is ever here. Everything is nasty and no wipes for equipment. Get this terrible owner out of here

Im not sure whats going on with the ownership at this gym, but theres NEVER anyone here. Always out of wipes to clean (theres a pandemic, people. Can we get some cleaning supplies?). The rower is broken, and there arent any bands to use. The gym is always dirty, and usually out of toilet paper too. Ive been a member of Anytime for 2.5 years now and Ive never seen a gym like this. Its a bummer too because this is the closest one to where I live.

Ive been trying to contact this place for MONTHS! Nobody answer the phone, I literally left a note for them, nobody EVER called me. I am trying to cancel my membership because there is no customer service at all, nobody use the masks when working out and I dont feel safe at all!Dont go there! TERRIBLE PLACE!

Showers are closed due to covid. I do construction & Ive been to locations all around Denver & Conifer. This is the only location thats cut off showers due to covid. The shower heads & handles are missing too. Seams like a cheap excuse to cut the services we pay for so that they can save on maintenance costs.

This place has been served an eviction notice as of last week. I think this place will end up closing any day now.

I would give this club 0 stars if I could. I absolutely do not advise anyone to go to this particular anytime fitness location. Anytime locations are all privately owned, and I was loyal to the chain for about 4 years before switching this to my home club.All was well the first couple months, until I realized that this club was charging me twice a month.....every month. This was NOT in my membership agreement. After *several* tries to get in contact with someone at the gym, I was told to contact ABC financial. When I contacted ABC financial they said that 1 charge was for my membership the other was a club enhancement fee which is listed in my contract as a once per year fee. I was/am getting charged every month for both.Finally after going back and forth between trying to get ahold of staff at the club (who btw are almost never there during the advertised hours) and getting the run around with ABC financial i decided I would just bite the bullet and cancel my membership. Clearly I was not getting the stolen money back but I hoped they would stop charging me incorrectly.I cancelled in December of 2020...it is currently April of 2021 and im still dealing with this headache because despite having filled out the cancelation paperwork and paying the cancelation fee IM STILL GETTING CHARGED TWICE A MONTH. I have reached out to the club multiple times, tried to stop by during staffed hours, called and texted the owner of the club, and contacted ABC several times to no avail.Unfortunately at this point I am forced to bring this up with my bank as these charges are fraudulent, hopefully doing so will fix these issues as I have still not been contacted back from the club itself and ABC tells me they cannot fix it.TL;DR: do not go to this club unless youre okay with dealing with an absolute headache and fraudulent charges to your account.

I’m so highly dissatisfied with this gym, the manager seems like a nice women, and seems to keep the place clean but the equipment is ancient, the number and WiFi are disconnected . Me and another gentlemen both tried our key cards today and neither worked . When I called the number and saw it was disconnected I was absolutely astonished. This is a business right ? That’s so un professional. Something about this should be done . I’m so ashamed at this gym and how it’s even apart of the anytime franchise

Please make sure you have paper towels at the very least to wipe down equipment during COVID!! You need to update all the cardio barely any cable stations were on multiple machines. The hamstring machine keeps breaking.

There are plenty of gyms in the area, but I opted to go with Anytime Fitness since it was in super close proximity to my daughters school. After a seven day free trial, I was hooked and Im glad I signed up!The facilities are top notch, super modern, and extremely clean. It may not be the biggest gym around, but it NEVER feels crowded. Theres a great mix of cardio and resistance equipment. On top of that, the showers/restrooms are top notch (theyre individual rooms with sink, toilet, shower, and a bunch of amenities.)Lastly, the staff is super nice, friendly, and the fact that they know all of their members by name is a sign of a team that cares about their clients. Aaron, Eric and everyone else Ive met have been great.If youre in the area and considering this gym, Id highly recommend it.

Been to about a dozen anytime fitness gyms and this one is the worst. Much better gyms nearby.

Very clean facility with all the latest equipment. One of the nicer Anytime clubs that I have been to. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Best gym. Small, so busy times can be frustrating. But members and staff are great and equipment is much better quality than most gyms.

This gym is best Anytime Fitness in the area!! The place is clean, great atmosphere, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly!! Great combo of weights and cardio equipment. A for sure winner!!

My wife and I use this Anytime Fitness when we are visiting from VA. This facility is clean, has a great variety of weight lifting equipment and free weights, and many cardio machines. We especially like the treadmills facing the windows to the NNW where we can see the mountains. The manager, Kenny, was very welcoming when we met him and keeps this location in excellent shape.

I currently am a member at Anytime fitness Westminster and I can say that they have the nicest equipment around. The owner, Beth, is a genuine and welcoming woman. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

I moved across the country and no longer wanted this service because the prices vary by region. I have tried to call, as I was told I could cancel my membership over the phone, but the branch where I worked out has not answered once, and has not returned any of my voicemails. Dont use this gym.

Anytime Fitness Westminster, CO is wonderful. I love how clean and new everything is and how friendly the people are. Its an awesome place to work out!

I tried to cancel my membership due to me losing my job in March and was told that my membership could be cancelled over the phone because I had to move to another city. Now I am being charged twice a month. I have tried to contact the owner Aaron several times being told he is not there and the employees have even taken down my number so that he can call e to settle this but still nothing.

I just recently transfered over from the Arvada Anytime Fitness. This club is great! Clean and well lit. The staff is helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this club to everybody.

Im visiting for the week from out of state and needed a gym while Im here. I worked out at one place a day prior and it was okay. Stopped at a few others prior to stopping at this location and this was hands down the best.I worked in the fitness industry for 5 years and know how hard it can be (excluding huge clubs) to find a place that has everything you need. Im a little snobby when it comes to this. This location had literally everything that I needed and then some. Everything is brand new and extremely clean, this being cardio, weights, trx, gymnastic rings, etc..Day pass prices were extremely reasonable and Beth was beyond nice and accommodating.Skip that other place up the street where you dont go for a real workout. 5 stars all day here.

How ridiculous. Says 24 hours so I wanted to try a guest pass to check it out. No one is working there so I came here for nothing. Its 12:30 pm on a Sunday.

I have been attempting for 3.5 weeks to cancel my membership at Anytime Fitness in Westminster Colorado. I am no longer living in the USA. NO ONE has returned any of my 10 voicemails that I have left requesting a call back. I am beyond frustrated as there is no head office phone number to connect with. This is ridiculous.
