Cutting edge gym with one on one training. Staff has extensive backgrounds in this field.Everyone from a beginner to professional competitor can be found here. The nicest thing is they all work together and help each other.. good vibes all around. Every member loves this gym, the owners and staff and the specialized training they receive to obtain their personal goals. Attention to detail is given to using correct form to achieve these goals and prevent injury. Additionally, they have many clients who find them through referrals to use strength training in lieu of surgery. These clients end up being life long members because of their results and exceptional experience. We attribute a majority of our daughters success with her sport to the guidance and support she receives here through her strength training. The strength has definitely given her an edge over her competitors.We cant say enough good things about the owner, Beau Bryant. His expertise, energy and enthusiasm for his craft is what brought us here. The atmosphere, great people and achievements have kept us here!

The best gym to be found anywhere! WSC has changed my life for the better, and continually enhances it. Great community, and the absolute best coaching to be found! I cant say enough good things or recommend it more. If youre looking for a gym, stop... this place is so far above the rest there is no contest, honestly– just ask any of the members, theyll tell you the same. 💛

Ive never weightlifted before but have seen great results after only a month of professional, personal coaching. This is a welcoming and friendly environment for people of all ages and abilities. You owe it to yourself to fight the effects of aging by giving WSC a try. No matter what your starting place is, or what physical limitations you feel that you have, you will be amazed at your results from WSC coaching.

My first day lifts were 145 squat, 200 bench, 195 deadlift and 90 press. 1 year later and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, have acquired two law practices and have baby girl #2 due any day now. I work less, earn more, and live a richer life because I start my day early getting stronger. Thanks for all your help!Hit 345 squat, 305 bench, 410 deadlift, and 190 press.

After a lifetime of struggling with weight and physical health, my journey at WS&C began January 2, 2017. 33 years old. Fat. Unhealthy. Weak. This year, it was finally time to establish personal accountability and make a change in my life.For the past 5 months, I have spent 4-5 days a week under or over a barbell at Westminster Strength. I started out weak. One day, I WILL be strong. Thus far this year, I have added 400lbs to my squat, deadlift, press, and bench worksets since January 2. Am I “strong”? I suppose by societal standards, maybe I’m getting close? Yet I watch 30-50 year old women smoke my squat… Smoke my deadlift. Often. Like most days that I’m there. It is truly humbling. And I love it.I’m a big boy (let’s call it “husky”)... Yet despite the fact that I still have a longgggg weight (fat)-loss journey in front of me, WS&C has already made dramatic improvements in my physical and mental health. Recent blood work as part of a routine physical showed results in cholesterol and triglycerides that matched those from my early 20’s (which shows a significant decline from tests in the past few years)… I feel healthier, stronger, faster, more versatile, and far more mentally clear… All while still carrying around an extra 50 pounds of fat. Did I mention that I have stopped taking anxiety medicine that has been in my system for the last 5 years? Stopped. Entirely. Pretty crazy, right?.Today, Phase 2 begins. Time to lay off the Oreos, tacos, and pizza (mmm pizza).. I have 50lbs of weight (fat) to lose in order to achieve the body that I desire.. This summer, in addition to the consistency that I’ve now developed inside of the gym, I will be utilizing nutritional programming offered by WS&C, as well as meal prep by Mallory.. It will take time. It will be hard. But I wholly trust the nutritional programming that Beau and Angie provide, and have observed it’s impressive in results in those that follow their guidance and advice.Westminster Strength & Conditioning is the real deal. I have never encountered anything like it. It is not a gym. It’s a culture. A culture of inspiring, engaging and encouraging coaches and members, who share a common enemy: Weakness. Obesity. Poor health. Aging. Death.I can’t wait to update this review in the future. I truly love the owners and members of this gym, and hope that they are proud of their efforts when they see my results in the future. It’s pretty difficult to repay someone who saved your life, so the least I can do is brag about how awesome this place truly is. :)Rick
