I like this gym. Very clean and very friendly employees for the most part. I wish they would get a washer and dryer, and let everyone have like a microfiber towel when they come in to sanitize the equipment after they are done. And they could put in nice barrel somewhere near the door for people to drop them in when they leave. It would be so much better than all the wasted paper towels. I bet it would save them a lot of money in the long run also

Good planet fitness, if youre a black card member they have everything youre used to and more. I went around noon and i didnt have to wait for any weights or machines to free up, everyone was fairly friendly and polite. I plan to go again next time Im in town.

A large, clean, and well maintained gym. Just wish they stocked soap in the showers and provided cloth towels instead of bad for the environment paper towels. Overall good experience here.

This is a great planet fitness and I’ve been to a lot!!I worked out today (May 17 2021) and they lifted their mask requirement - it is now a mask recommendation but you can work out without a mask! I was so excited.

This is my local gym and I love it. Clean, machines always working, and enough of them. Plenty of options for creative workouts. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Its nice and open amd the price $ is right. I love the variety of machines, and, (my favorite) the 30 min workout area. So far, the best gym Ive ever been apart of. The atmosphere is so inviting, that I look forward to going everyday (and am sad when I dont get to). Keep it up, Planet Fitness. Youre doing something right!!!

Clean, safety conscious, and a positive atmosphere. Im very new to going to the gym and was concerned about going to a gym in the pandemic in addition to feeling anxious about my body. They have taken every step to be safe and I feel like I am never judged while I am there. The locker rooms are amazing too! I dont think I have seen one so nice and well maintained.

Been in the gym/fitness industry for almost 10 years. Was tired of belonging to over packed gyms with meat/roid-heads grunting/slamming weights/trying to stare at you to stroke their Ego while they do bad form/1 rep max while taking your machines and taking their shirt off to post pictures on Instagram. Lol really, this exists at other gyms. Don’t forget they also rub raw hamburger meat all over themselves after a set. ANYWAYS…PLANET FITNESS IS NOT LIKE THIS AND IM GLAD I HAVE MY OWN ROOM TO WORK OUT AND DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE BS.

I have gone to this gym twice and they play games not finding you in the computer. If you dont sign up here they are rude as all get out. Your not wanted here.

Friendly staff, clean, plenty of room and equipment. Some of the nicer beds and booths Ive seen in a planet fitness. And the actually have the fans over the treadmills! Finally somone thought out the floor plan.

Ive been to over 25 different PF gyms in the past 6 months between 20 states. This has been the best experience so far. The staff is friendly and busy. The machines are all brand new and the newest models. I have never even seen the tredmills they have here before. The locker room was not only immaculate but SMELLED GOOD! I cant tell you how much that meant. They have their schedules out in the open so its easy and welcoming to take a personal class. The only thing this gym is missing is the strech cage Ive seen in other PFs. Great job guys! Keep it up.

Planet Fitness is affordable for anyone. $10 per month for gym access or $20/mo for black card access which gives you the most awesome hydromassage beds and chairs. Melt the stress away from work before you exercise. Worth every penny!

A newer location, clean, not too busy, friendly staff. Dunkin’ Donuts across the lot has coffee and avocado toast. Beware the Baskin Robbins next door.

Very clean, especially in this season of the Coronavirus, but Planet Fitness has always been about the belief of disinfecting recently used equipment. The locker rooms were open and ready for use. Two employees on duty at 3am, so my needs would be met without haste. This location is currently the only still open 24 hours except for a 1am-2am shutdown for a deep cleaning. Great place for an anytime workout!

Ive been trying to get a hold of them honestly for a week. I call everyday! Everytime I call theirs no customer service.. They dont answer their phones.... I understand going in would be easier to directly talk to someone but the fact that their a business and never answer their phone is unprofessional....

Used to enjoy working out here, but now it is just stressful. Mask policy is NOT enforced, in fact it is encouraged by staff that is conversing with members that are wearing masks around their chins. If I have to wear a mask, so do you!

Great place to run in for a quick workout.Plenty if machines so you can find something to do if you are waiting for one to open up. Friendly staff. Very clean facility.

Not a lot of people there so worked great for me! You have to wear a mask while working out which was fine except when I tried to jog! Ill have to try out some other masks. Very clean and quiet and friendly staff.

Employees are really nice and helpful, equipment is well maintained, gym is clean, base membership is like $10/month which is hard to beat.

For the past two years I have had a wonderful experience at planet fitness. The staff is always wonderful and the gym itself is enjoyable to use.They have just implemented a rule that you have to wear a mask at all times in the gym even while social distancing while working out. This is something I personally am not able or willing to do because of my medical health as well as the well documented dangers of wearing a mask while working out in a non sterile environment. I am disappointed at the lack of concern for the safety of its members that planet fitness has expressed. This gym has played such a great role in my physical and emotional health and I am saddened to have to cancel my membership.In response to the planet fitness response below: I was told something different from an employee earlier this week. I wore my mask to enter the building and I only took it off once on the elliptical. There were only 5 other people in the entire gym so I was far away from anyone else. An employee came up to me and told me I must wear a mask at all times even while on the machine working out. He said I could not stay and workout if I would not wear a mask. I cancelled my membership and left.

Tired of walking into this place anytime between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. theres nobody at the counter and I like to tan and do the black card membership stuff but I cant do it late at night because theres never anybody at the counters. I dont like going during the day when everybody is there I like to go when theres fewer people around yall need to start keeping people up at the front desk at all hours. I can go in there at like 7 p.m. and theres three or four people just standing around doing nothing. All customers matter whether we come in there at 7 a.m. or if we come in there at 11:30 p.m. there needs to be somebody at the counter or something that notifies the person that is there that there is somebody at the counter or make it to where the tanning in the Black Card stuff we can do by ourselves

Excellent place, clean, nice people.

They will not let me use my water jug because it is might intimidate others at the gym. This place is extremely judgemental of people who want to be healthy, drink water, and workout. They are not judgment free. There mask policy is ridiculous. Why can I sit down at a restraining and eat/social distance but I can workout without a mask if I’m social distancing? Please don’t waist your money here.

Enough equipment for a solid workout. Very clean environment and friendly staff.

Well maintained machines and clean environment

I really do not like this place. All they have is cardio equipment and it really is not possible to get a decent full body workout if you’re used to dealing with a more advanced workout routine. Planet fitness is all about advertising a “no judgement” environment which is good, but they only provide equipment for people that don’t require anything more advanced that squatting fairly light. In short, if you need a rack to squat and deadlift, this is not the place for you. Their best equivalent is a smith machine. However, if you’re looking for spin bikes, tanning machines, and treadmills, then this is the place for you!

My wife and I have been going to the gym for a couple years now. Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff has always been very friendly and happy to answer any questions. My wife signed up for one of their training programs and is loving it. Weve even brought friends with our buddy passes. Plenty of cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, and even a thirty minute circuit that you can do. All in all, a great place to get your gains.

This gym seems brand new, clean and chock full of equipment. I like that I can see how full it is, on the app, before going. There has never been more than 12 people there.

Its an ok gym. My issue is with how they charged my account without giving me any notice that they had reopened. They didnt even try to issue me a refund. This happened when everything shut down due to COVID and they stopped issuing charges. I had no idea this gym opened back up and either did some of my friends who are also members. No notice was given like they claimed. There are plenty of other gyms out there right now charging less than Planet Fitness who will take better care of you. I reached out to the GM and he gave me an email to see about a reimbursement and the person who oversees that email never responded. Really bad customer service made me never want to go back to PF.

Very clean. Everytime I work out here, I see at least one employee walking around cleaning things. Showers are hot and good water pressure. Everyone wears a mask at this location and appears to clean machines when they are done with them.

Great equipment! Great location! Great staff!This is one of the few PF that don’t crank up the fans and A/C super high. I’m one of those people that like to actually break a sweat during the workout.

Typical planet fitness but what makes this place great are the employees. Always able to answer any questions when I come in Im greeted. I go out of my way to come to this planet fitness not to mention it has a pretty good layout.

My only recommendation is to add mirrors to the back “abs and stretching” area for form when doing free weights or body weight exercises.

They have continued to charge my account after multiple attempts to cancel it. Its crazy during a pandemic and economic downturn that a gym continued to take hunderdeds of dollars from my account after I have cancelled. Needless to say I have to pay $50 for stop payment just to stop them from taking my money. They are fraudsters here and will take your money after you have cancelled.

Jessie the general manager was very very rude to me. He even called me a racial slur. And their facilities are extremely dirty. I talked to Kiki and she said theres nothing that she could do about it. She was very very rude I dont think anybody should ever use this gym.

So I had been here for a year and I was fine at the beginning but when Covid hit and everything opened I got hit with a fee without a notice and I couldn’t get a refund, I’m very upset with the communication of this club and would at least like my money back but seems like it is not going to happen, go elsewhere for a gym membership where you can trust spending your money at because Planet Fitness is not worth it.

I am not happy with the management at this location. The reason being that I called and asked to cancel my membership. The person on the phone got my member number, confirmed my name, and told me that my membership was cancelled. After 2 more months of being billed I called to inquire and they informed me of their strict cancellation policy. A member wanted to cancel needs to come into the facility and sign a cancellation form. I understand if this is the policy but this should have been told to me when I called the first time. I asked for some type of reimbursement for the two months I paid for as I was under the impression I couldnt use the membership since I CANCELLED it. The best thing they could offer was, Just stop in and wed be happy to help you cancel your membership. As if theyre doing me some type of favor. Obviously you would do that anyway. I would expect if not a refund at least some kind of reimbursement as far as a discount in the future or free month of membership. I was very calm and understanding on the phone but they had no interest in turning my negative experience into a positive outcome.

The gym is large and has tons of equipment which is nice. Unfortunately it seems wiping machines down is not enforced, it is usually pretty hot in the gym, and in turn it smells like a sweat lodge sometimes. Again they have a lot of equipment available and it gets the job done, but its not the cleanest.

I just signed up a few weeks ago and have been loving it. Nice, clean gym and locker rooms. Great hours, 24 hours most days. You simply cannot beat the price anywhere. Plus you can bring a guest anytime for free.

This PF is the chillest gym Ive EVER been to. Ive been in dozens of different gyms over the years, but I enjoyed my time at PF more than any other gym. Its not got all the equipment Id have liked, but they do have dope massage chairs and that makes up for it IMO. Also, the staff is really great. Theyre always friendly. I def recommend this place for anybody wanting a real good cheap gym

I was charged $39 for their yearly dues and was NOT told about it. I called and spoke with them and was told Sorry its in your agreement you signed 13 months ago. Poor customer service if you ask me as not getting a reminded or heads up that your account will be charged $39 coming up. I was told I should have remembered what I signed. Some people budget monthly and not getting a reminder email, letter and or heads up is poor customer service. I get it Planet Fitness, your hidden fees is what you rely on as additional income, you bank on people not realizing when a annual fee will be due! You should really consider notifying your members prior to charging their accounts.

I like going in around 7:30 and the sun shines right in my face. It is so bright I cant focus sometimes. Its a great gym but they really need to put some blinds up or tint the upper windows. I know Im not the only one who thinks this

Great price! Updated machines. Tons of support from the trainers and staff. Once a month they have pizza night and once a month bagel morning. After a long hard workout enjoy a massage chair to relax. Really is a judgment free zone. Even the fellow customers help you out.

The place has good machines and a good work out center in general. Everything is clean and polished almost. I set the alarm off by accident dropping a weight down to hard... Didnt feel very judgement free when I did.

The new location is awesome! Staff are super friendly and always helpful. The new machines are welcome additions. Jess does a fantastic job as manager and really appreciated all her help and postive energy in all my interactions. 🤗

I actually like this gym.. I had a problem with my account that I didnt catch until 2 months in. They didnt charge me for being late either.The gym is clean and organized and the staff is nice enough (not like you spend a bunch of time with them). Wish it had more than one pull-up station. But other than that there are typically plenty of other machines.

This gym is terrible ! There is not one redeeming quality here. I hate that I have to rate it a full star. The staff is lazy, inattentive and rude if you dare disturb them while they sit on the counter. The facility is disturbing in terms of cleanliness. Ive never seen a PF this dirty until now and I travel quite a bit! Dust bunnies in every corner, nothing has ever been swept or mopped and there is just grime all over. The equipment is in very poor shape, but dont worry, they dont have the piece you needed to use anyway. There literally cannot be more than one person stretching in their stretching area, there is no space.Tanning is standing only and the hydro beds are terrible as well. Again, dont worry about using them because the staff doesnt know how to turn those on either. Asking will only get you exasperated replies and eye rolls. So disappointed in my favorite gym.

Great gym, truly opens 24/7, equipment in decent condition and never crowded but I wish I could connect to their cardio equipment via the app. Most cardio equipment is notregistered.

Hey for $10 a month, I keep coming back. All the equipment is new, clean, works as it should. Nice variety of equipment. Not sure why people want cool workers or good customer service.Update 9/24/2016, I upgraded to the Black Card and the hydro massage is great. I pay $20/month no commitment. I use the massage sometimes twice in a visit. Its obviously just a machine and it doesnt get the front of the body but it does a good job from the back of the ankles all the way up the back to the neck. Makes a nice difference after a rigorous workout.

This is a small gym, and the number of free weights is limited, but it is clean, the machines are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I tend to work out in the early morning hours, and at that this time, the gym is mostly empty. On weekends and afternoons, this location does tend to be a little busier, so there may be times when machines, benches, and weights are not available. There are three tanning booths and a few electric massage chairs at this location.

This location has been updated. Theres always been 16 or so treadmills. There are also two full rows of ellipticals. I actually liked the old, more beat-up treadmills better. In my opinion, they had better shock-absorbing capabilities. However, the new ones work fine and the belts are in good condition, etc.Im not sure about the status of free weights / plates and bars. I am inclined to agree with other posters, regarding the singular existence of a Smith machine and no true squat rack. There is one bench but its for free weights, not bench pressing. I use one of the ab benches as a quasi-incline bench. Not really meant for it, but it works fine.Overall, the location is clean. People are respectful and wipe down equipment after using it. The bathrooms, showers and locker rooms are clean. And as everybody has said, you cant beat the $10/month price.

Good Gym, the staff are friendly and the equipment almost never has problems with it.The one time I did have a problem with a piece of equipment I informed a staff member and it was fixed the next time I went.

I drove 20 minutes to a gym that I pay a black card membership for and was not able to tan. I always come to this location because it’s closer to my house now that I moved and there are no PF gyms in Boulder. My keytag fell off my keys and the previous two times they had great customer service in letting me use the gym and tan. Today I tried to get a new tag, which he tried doing but was not able get it to sync and work. He basically could’ve not help whatsoever and told me I couldn’t tan because he apparently wasn’t able to get the tag to work. This was never an issue with any other employees that worked here. He could not come up with a solution to fix the issue and couldn’t give me an answer to help the situation. Thank you for making me drive 20 minutes for nothing. I guess we’ll see next time if it even works? Right.

For the price you cant beat it. Wish the had more freeweight options, but you can still get a great workout with what is available. Better then other locations. Much more space and cleaner too!

SUPER clean and everything is new. There is a ton of space to spread out here to do what ever work-out plan you have. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. Its a very comfortable place to workout in, unlike Vassa and Chuze up the road. No meat heads here. For $10 a month and no yearly commitment contracts its a superb gym option if youre on a budget. They check off all our boxes.

Normally my rating would be hiring, but when asking one employee, working this weekend, how to use the total body enhancement machine her response was I dont know, Ive never used it. Well, you work here, shouldnt you know how to instruct customers on how to use it? If you work in a place like this, you should know the basics about all equipment/machines!!!

Wow!!!!..... Now i know why this Planet FitnessIs empty a lot of the time. It probably has a lot to with the way the Manager Sara and her assistant treat people. Youll have to forgive me i cant recall the assistant managers name at the moment but yah NOT GOOD GUYS!!!

The gym is a great place for all abilities and the workouts are always new and interesting. Even the beginners feel welcome in the classes. The coaches really work to help with technique and skill.
