This dental office is great!!!! Tina is hands down the best receptionist you could ask for and Dr. Jung is super knowledgeable and explains things. They are always prompt and go above and beyond to make your experience easy and comfortable!

Dr.Jung is phenomenal! My 1 year old daughter is a patient, and I also come to this office. I found him after I had a bad experience at another dental office. Dr.Jung knew exactly what to do to fix what had been damaged.He is super passionate about caring for his patients, and also knowledgeable and great at explaining things. The staff is super caring and provide great service. The office is clean and professional. Highly recommend!

I was so lucky to have found Dr. Jung at New Season! It can be difficult to find just the right fit when it comes to any doctor but you can stop here! First interaction youll have is with Tina at the front desk. She is wonderful. Very patient answering questions and makes you feel as comfortable as you would with a friend. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and is prompt about getting approval for services. Next are the dental assistants who have always been really nice while making sure you are as at ease as you can be at the dentist! Dr. Jung doesnt rush. He took time to get to know exactly what my families needs were and took as much time needed to answer any questions. He was very thorough and honestly it has been the least amount of pain Ive had with dental work.I have recommended my friends and family to New Season and will continue to do so in the future.

From Dental implant, to cleanings, to check ups after a fall that injured my jaw...this office has been quick to meet my needs. Dr Jung and his staff are friendly and efficient. Yes, I would recommend New Season Dental! (The only drawback is that they are closed on Fridays, sigh.)

I really wanted to like this place. Had a root canal and a crown put on about a year and a half ago, maybe 2. Went to a new dentist recently and they told me the seal is poorly done and because of this I have a cavity underneath the crown. So they will have to remove the crown and replace it. Very upset about this. Money down the drain.

I and my husband visited Dr Jung based on his performance reviews, in Feb 2018, which were very impressive. After the first general examination and X-rays, he explained our dental conditions thoroughly. My husband visited again for deep cleaning. And I got my wisdom tooth extracted along with filling a cavity. Worth mentioning that Dr. Jung is a pro and did his best to do the procedures least painful. Both of us had very good experience at his office. The staff members- Tina and Lauren- are very courteous, helpful and responds swiftly to all kind of queries. We highly recommend Dr.Jung.

This dental office is one of a kind. I am always so apprehensive to go to the dentist, especially a new office. It had been more than a few years since my last dental exam actually. Tina the office manager made scheduling very easy. Dr. Jung and his dental hygienist/assistant staff are so friendly and pleasant people. There was no judgment or chastising about the time since my last visit or the amount of dental work I needed, like that I have received in other offices. I felt comfortable and so pleased with my whole experience! I have found my new dentist! I have had 2 visits since my initial exam for cleaning and fillings and I am so grateful for the care that the entire staff takes.

Took five of my six kids today (the 6th will go next week). They were efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office is beautiful and up to date with technology. The kids loved seeing the X-rays of their teeth on the big screens. The pricing is clear and upfront- I love the print outs they give you with estimates and explaining everything. We are working with two insurance companies and they did all the research and saw all of our coverage plus what we owed out of pocket- they also explained it all very clearly. I’ve been before for myself and am happy I also brought my kids. The kids had a great experience and everyone was super nice to them.

I was really surprised to have my dental cleaning done by the actual dentist! I do not recall this ever happening, after all the numerous other dental offices I had been to. Dr. Jung took the time to personally address my concerns and helped create a dental procedure plan that took a preventative approach. The support staff was equally as helpful giving their time to listen and make me feel as comfortable as I possible. I would definitely recommend New Season Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist or a change from their current dental office.

I went to this office when I first moved to Colorado and was living in broomfield. I am now living in Littleton and still make the trek north because I appreciate the dentist and his office so much. They are very transparent, honest and good at what they do. Great office. Great dentist. If you’re looking for a new dentist, don’t look any further.

I came in for a dental cleaning and would definitely recommend this office to everyone. I walked in and the receptionist greeted me right away. I was quickly taken back to start my treatment and didn’t have to wait at all. Dr. Jung was very sincere and answered all my questions clearly. The entire staff was personable and seemed happy to be working, which really lifts the atmosphere!

Exceptional! I had to get a crown redone here. My previous crown was translucent and showed that my tooth had bruised under the crown, so it looked like the top half of my tooth was black. Dr. Jung noticed that I had natural white spots on my teeth, and he took care to make sure that my new permanent crown was not only A. opaque so you cant see the tooth underneath but also B. had white spots just like my teeth. For the first time in ten years, I have a smile that looks entirely natural! He also took time to explain why he was doing different things (he was the first person in ten years to tell me that teeth can bruise after trauma) and he was very careful to make sure I wasnt having any pain during the procedures.On top of the excellent dentist, everyone else who works here is also wonderful. Tina is incredible and helped me with figuring out my dental insurance, scheduling, and more. The dental assistants are all wonderful, and the office itself is very well-decorated and spacious. Overall, the best dental practice Ive ever been to. I will be back!

I do not recommend this dentist. He is very condescending to woman and children, no bedside manner so to say. His front office Temp staff and tech were wonderful. The first red flag was when the dentist came out barking at me that my child had been seen somewhere else this year and after already taking him back and doing x-rays, he stated I would be responsible for the cost. My child was being seen for work to be done and because they did not notate what he was being seen for he deemed me responsible for the error. After about 10-15 minutes he came back out to the front office and scolded his office staff and agreed to not charge me this time. Then after he took back my teenage daughter, he came back and scolded me.. for not listing allergies that he was reading back to me from the paperwork that my daughter and I completed stating allergies.. Just an overall mess, the lights were off and no a/c. We actually walked out of this office and did not finish.. I am personally a very easy going person and really enjoy people.. I do not recommend this dentist.

I had a FANTASTIC first experience at Nee Season Dental. In the past Ive been extremely nervous to visit dentists and hadnt been in almost two years; Ive recently been having some scary TMJ problems, and luckily I found Dr. Jung! From the moment I entered the office to the moment I left I was made to feel important, comfortable, and treated with the highest degree of skill and professionalism. The technician was amazing, Dr.Jung was extremely skilled as well as having a wonderful bedside manner, and the office manager was lovely and extraordinarily helpful. I would certainly recommend this practice to everyone!

I for one have avoided the dentist for 9 years, but made a resolution to start taking better care of myself .So I choose to go to new season dental after talking to a handful of places around the area and not only friendly but very fast in responding to my multiple e-mails because my insurance info was off and helped me get it straightened out.And for one I have to say they have the nicest staff Ive ever met, they quickly calmed my nerves with how friendly and courteous they are, compared to some other places that kinda made me feel like cattle that i talked to earlier. And after my first consultation that went better than I expected, Dr . Jung was very polite and after it was done he explained everything on my x- ray and all my options on where to go from there, and also he helped answer all of my concerns after being away from the dentist for so long. An Not once did Dr. Jung or his staff guilt trip me or made me feel ashamed like Ive been imagining it for the last couple years. I went back for some fillings and well gladly be going back for any work I need, I recommend this office highly

Just went for the first time today, the staff were extremely friendly and the dentist was knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed and afterward they sat down with me to discuss a dental plan going forward. Really like this place and totally recommend it! Way better than comfort dental where I went previously.

New Season was great, got me in within 24 four hours of calling them. Nice and friendly staff, got right to business with what was bothering me and gave me a comprehensive plan moving forward. Great place to show your smile! I definitely recommend them!

I really wanted to like this dentist. My husband has gone there multiple times, I have gone there once. The dentist is very nice, professional, and good at what he does. The office is clean. They are mostly friendly.However, I am very upset with the customer service. I received a statement for $43 for a cleaning, when it should have been covered 100% by insurance. Like most people, we get 1 cleaning every 6 months. My husband has braces and they were being removed 12/16/14. He had a cleaning in July, and the doctor recommended he come back in November for another cleaning (5 months instead of 6). My husband has no clue about our insurance so he just scheduled it and went along with it. I asked if they gave him a treatment plan with the cost of having an extra cleaning, and he said no. I asked if they warned him it would not be covered by insurance, and he said no. When I called in to complain that they recommended a treatment that was not covered without any cost estimate, all the person on the phone said was it was before she worked there so she doesnt know why he didnt get a treatment plan. And then basically a canned response about insurance being a contract between me and my employer and they bill the insurance as a courtesy, blah blah blah (sounds like she says that quite a bit).Look, I understand you cant know everyones insurance and the doctor wont mention cost when he recommends treatment. But when youre recommending something outside the standard preventable care that is covered by insurance, there should be a written treatment plan estimating cost. They admit that they DO do that, but since it was before that person worked there, she just acted like she doesnt care that someone dropped the ball here.$43 isnt a big deal but I really detest when business are not transparent about the cost to a customer before they do work. Thats like me taking my car to a shop and them not giving me an estimate before they begin the work. Its just not right. And they could at least done something like split the $43 in half with me - SOMETHING to show they were sorry. Nope, she just argued with me. I guess keeping that $43 is more important than keeping two patients who were planning on staying long term (and I previously had recommended them to several other people as well). Way to go.

If I could give this dentist 0 stars I would. First off The dentist was really rough when fixing 2 cavities. Second I needed a cap on one of my teeth through medicaid and every time Medicaid would get in touch with them they would never send the necessary information needed so medicaid could approve the work that needed to be done on my tooth. I have been in pain for 6 months with that tooth and this dentist could care less about the pain I am in. I will not be going back to this dentist. Congratulations on losing a patient. I was also never informed about Medicaids decision except through the mail, never from this office, like they were supposed to call.

I was in the market for a dentist for my teen sons and Dr. Jung was great! He was very personable and his staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the insurance coverage, copays, etc. On a side note, it seems that most dentists these days automatically recommend kids for orthodontia; however, this was not the case with Dr. Jung and I was thrilled to learn that one kid may not need braces. I would definitely recommend New Season Dental to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk person was unable to find either one of my insurance policies (she kept telling me that maybe both companies had the wrong info). I went home and called both insurance carriers and I was able to find my coverage very easily and verified that all of my information was correct. I never got to meet the dentist, but I was extremely disappointed by their customer service--or lack thereof.

A++ service and experience. It is very hard to find a dentist suited for you, so I was very impressed with Dr. Jung and his staff. He was extremely knowledgable and made me feel a part of everything he was doing. His staff is just as nice and enjoyable! If you need the greatest dentist in CO, I highly recommend them!!

Very nice staff and thorough cleaning. Explained everything to me in an understandable way. Only snafu I had was with some costs, but that was only due to my previous dentist which possibly cost me money, New Season staff tried to help however they could.

My wife went to another dentist 6 months ago and was told specifically that she didnt have any major concerns. She saw Dr Jung for another routine visit and he told her that she has periodontal disease and needed serious work done. When she questioned him about this, he was adamant he was correct. We immediately called our previous dental office as were good friends. They were very puzzled and reviewed her file. They said its very unlikely this is true unless their office messed up 6 months ago. So we went to get a third opinion and ordered the x-rays from Dr Jungs office (which were too blurry to read so we had to make another set). She does not have ANY signs of periodontal disease. Just though you should know if youre considering going here.

I like this Dentist office. The doctor actually does the cleaning. They are very prompt on appointments times. Which is unusual.

Received diagnoses that we feel far exceeded our childrens need. Took my two elementary age children in February who have never had any dental issues. Dr Jung told me x-rays showed 6 molar cavities in one child and 4 in the other. We were recommended to go for stainless steel crowns for both. We were given a lesser option of fillings but they discouraged us saying fillings dont adhere well to baby teeth. Insurance would have fully covered either procedure, but it felt aggressive to me, so I got two other opinions and both dentists after seeing the x-rays said there was NO need for crowns, or even fillings necessarily. This is how insurance abuse happens. Beware.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I like the fact when they x-ray your gums and teeth you see the result immediately. They explain the diagnostics of my gums and teeth very clearly and make recommendations for the next procedures. Also checked with my insurance company before they performed any procedures to make sure what my out of pocket expense would be.

Ive had a great experience both times Ive been. Tina at the front desk is so nice & friendly, everyone has made the experience better with having such good positive attitudes.

Nov 2014 (Staff/technicians = 5 stars; Dr Jung = 1.5 stars) - I was unable to complete the initial recommended treatments last year, so I went back to New Season Dental under new insurance. Im still impressed with the office being all-digital, and the staff members were great, but I was bothered by Dr Jungs chair-side manner...the word that comes to mind is brusque. I didnt really feel like I was having a conversation with my medical provider - more like my questions were being tolerated by an exasperated parent. I understand that this is my second 1st visit, but I couldnt get a decent Why answer regarding my new (same) treatment plan until I talked to the Office Manager. Dr Jung is fortunate to have surrounded himself with extremely friendly and personable office staff/technicians or I would not have scheduled my next appointment.Oct 2013 (Overall = 5 stars) - I really enjoyed my first visit to New Season Dental. Every staff member I encountered during my visit was very cheerful and seemed so happy that I was there. The fact that they are an all-digital practice is a definite plus - Dr Jung was able to review my X-rays on a big screen in the exam room while checking my teeth and the Hygenist was entering his comments directly in my electronic file. No paper floating around or chicken scratch to transcribe! I also felt really at ease with the what and why explanations Dr Jung and the Hygenist gave for each procedure. Looking forward to my next appointment!

TERRIBLE. I had severe pain begin on Christmas day and couldnt get get a hold of anyone at their office (understandably so) so I booked an appointment through ZocDoc, a 3rd party that they acknowledge, and the day of on Monday (after going through two full days of incredibly severe pain) they sent me an email saying my appointment was not confirmed and they wouldnt be able to see me. Finally they said I could come and wait to see if anyone was a no-show. But they told me that they wouldnt do anything about the problem, they would simply do a check-up and run X-rays (which I would pay for out of pocket because my insurance doesnt cover it, even though on ZocDoc they said that they full accept my insurance). They told me they wouldnt prescribe any pain killers until I built a relationship with the doctor. I asked what they meant exactly by building a relationship and they gave me a very vague answer that went something like this, You know, you have to have come in before and had some things done with us. I do NOT recommend this office/dentist at ALL.

I went to New Season Dental for a broken tooth, I had pain from the jagged edge cutting my tongue, but no pain from the tooth, and mind you I take VERY good care of my teeth, I am the person that brushes and flosses 2x a day.I went to New Seasons Dental and the dentist recommended 2 very expensive and invasive Root Canals. Although he wouldnt even do the root canals due the the severity of the tooth.....he would need to refer me to a Endodontist, although my insurance doesnt cover Endodontists....awesome, no options. The dentist then proceeded to insult me about my broken tooth and how it was all my fault & he wouldnt touch the jagged edges that were tearing up my tongue or even make me comfortable for the weekend! Wow, no wonder people are afraid of the dentist due to rude and dishonest dentists!!I will say the gal at the front desk was VERY sweet, helpful and coordinated my entire insurance package. She was worth the appointment and made up for the dentists rude and bad attitude, too bad I was there to see the dentist....So, I decided to go see my wifes dentist at Standley Shores Dental Group. And Dr. Stang put me at ease completely. He reassured me that this wasnt my fault, sometimes the integrity of the tooth can break if there is an unknown cavity....and like everyone knows cavities can happen without any symptoms. 2 root canals were not needed, instead he recommended a crown, but not before he shaved down the very jagged edges and made me comfortable until my next appointment date.My insurance is considered out-of-network at Standley Shores but I would gladly pay the difference to see dentists who are honest, professional, caring and not money hungry oh yeah and then there the whole not getting insulted at the dentist thing..... I would NOT refer any friends, family or co-workers to New Season Dental unless you want to be misinformed and scolded and treated horribly for things out of your control!

I purchased a Groupon from this place which let me have a dental exam, four x-rays ( a panorama, and four bitewing digital xrays), and a cleaning (can either be a basic cleaning or a deep cleaning depending on what is needed) for $40. I thought that was a good deal considering i needed to get a checkup since I havent had an exam in over a year. Upon arriving, the place was very new, nice, and clean. Their equipment is very up-to-date and it took no time at all getting the xrays done (Im being very serious about this). The xrays were really great to look at because they come up automatically on the computer screen in front of me as Ally (the dental assistant) took the xrays. By the way, the staff was fantastic! Dr Jiwon Jung was not only very polite but very thorough on examining my teeth and advised what needed to be done as well as providing preventative measures (i.e. flouride varnish). Ally was very professional and personable upon meeting her. She took all the xrays quickly and effortlessly as well as made me feel extremely comfortable while Dr Jung examined my teeth. Liz (who sits at the front desk) was great to work with and she helped me understand all the options that I could choose on how to pay for the services. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was nervous about what the prices here would be due to how the place looked, but since i have had prior dentists before in Ohio, their prices here were not bad at all. If you are looking for a good dentist, I would definitely give them a try and they do not pressure you nor make you feel like you have to go to them. All in all, they were great!

Staff is very friendly and professional, I really trust the dentist judgement and feel that they don´t try to push for unnecessary treatments.
