J.B. Dental is definitely the BEST!! The office is easy to find, plenty of parking, and comfortable and super attractive atmosphere inside. Dr. Bancroft and her entire staff are friendly and helpful and see to it you feel at ease and in good hands!! I’m an older senior citizen type and had three infected molars that needed re-route canal procedures and crown work to follow and my experience at J.B. Dental was exceptional. The crowns were made right there in record time and I got to watch. Not only was my experience there pleasant and enjoyable but also educational and add to that my teeth are perfect again. Great office, great staff, great outcome — 👍 I can’t recommend them enough— definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!

My mom and I have been patients here for probably around 2 years and they never fail to provide amazing, efficient and kind service. Like a lot of people, I had so much anxiety going into a dentist office for the first time (in a VERY long time). Every single part of the staff was extremely welcoming and explained everything in detail. The office is adorable and clean and has beautiful living plants! I had some issues with my insurance and they were so helpful on helping me figure out the best plan of action for my teeth. I’ve been coming to Dr. Bancroft for a couple of years now and her and her team are all fantastic. When I first came to Dr. Bancroft I had not been to the dentist in over a decade and I was very worried about dealing with judgement about the amount of dental work I needed done and the slowness at which I was willing to do it based on my dental insurance. I have been coming to see Dr. Bancroft and her staff for probably close to eight years now. I had some pretty, not-so-pleasant dental experiences in the past prior, and was leery to go to any dental appointments, before I met Dr. Bancroft. The first time I saw her for an appointment, I immediately knew she was going to be “my” dentist from then on out. Her approach is gentle and kind, and she does GREAT work! Her staff is kind and I love seeing Kathy, her dental assistant, who always greets me with a smile. You always feel welcomed here. The communication is clear. The bedside manner is fantastic. They always call me the day following after I’ve had dental work done to see how I’m feeling.I would highly recommend them to anyone, and already have! They all do great work here!

Great first time experience. I will be back for annual check-ups. Fast, quick and friendly staff. I walked in as a new patient and was quoted for some potential work on a crown. The work ended up costing LESS than what was quoted. How often does that happen!? I was scheduled to come in on December 10th to have the permanent crown put on. Then I texted the front desk after Thanksgiving to ask if my crown had arrived and they said it had---and were able to schedule me the very next day to have it put on. Very accommodating!

I absolutely love this place, which is odd to say for a dentist! Ive never EVER had someome actually make sure Im not in pain and more so double and triple check that Im okay during all parts of treatment. Dr. Bancroft makes everything transparent, tells you a game plan and asks your opinion on it, and more so works with you in the best ways to make sure you are okay. I recommend to all my coworkers and friends and colleagues about her, and more so I cant preach enough at how incredible my experience has been repeatedly.

Ive been going to Dr. Bancrofts office since I moved to Denver in 2015. Her team is always welcoming, professional, making a trip to the dentist a treat. Her team is great at explaining everything that they are doing and why they are doing it.My only regret is that my dental insurance only pays for two cleanings per year, otherwise I would be there even more!

Everyone is very friendly and extremely informative in regards to my dental hygiene. Explaining how to brush and what types of toothbrushes are better for me. The staff treats you like you are the most important person there at the time. In the past I didnt look forward to going to the dentist but now I dont mind it and actually look forward to my visits!

Dr. Bancroft is the best dentist in town! I have been going to her for several years now.In the last year and a half I had to have a front tooth be replaced with an implant. It was a really long process due to some complications that had nothing to do with Dr. B, but all the while she was very accommodating to my schedule with the numerous times I had to go in for check-ups and to get work done to move the process along. She worked hard with my periodonist, Dr. Campbell from Periodonics & Implants, to make sure the final product was what I wanted. Being that this was a front the tooth, I really wanted it to be almost perfect and Dr. B was very understanding, always supporting me along the way. I also go Dr. B for my routine cleanings and would recommend anyone and everyone to go there for all of their dental needs. Dr. B is a great dentist who knows her stuff and has a great team of people working for her, especially Kate and Cathy!

After moving from Lakewood to Westminster I have been looking to establish care with a well qualified group and I am SO glad my oral surgeon referred me to JB Dental. They take the time to talk with you and truely listen to your concerns and work seamlessly to create a manageable plan of action. Going to a new dentist can be scary, especially when you have had dentists suggest thousands of dollars of dental work when it wasnt needed. I am so happy to report that J.B. Dental is the complete opposite. Competent friendly staff with a dentist who is more interested in teaching you how to prevent cavities then treating problems that arent really there. When you do have a cavity it is dealt with efficiently. I really appreciate the friendliness, honesty and professionalism that Joanne and her team show on a day to day basis.

These folks are wonderful! Weve been clients of Dr. Bancrofts for years and followed her from her previous place before she branched out on her own. Her staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family (in the good way ;)). They have always been very easy to talk with and my whole family has never had any problems with any of their services. Theyre very low-pressure and very eager to address any concerns or questions about a diagnosis or procedure. Clean facility. Friendly, helpful, competent staff. Easy access in and out of facility ie not on a busy street. Good signage too. This is my first visit to this office. The exam included x-rays, checking gum health, checking for sensitivity to cold, looking for cavities. I initially called to have recently chipped tooth looked at and by the dentis and Dr. Bancroft was willing to see me on her off day had I been in pain. The cleaning was so thorough that whitening will not have to be done as I initially expected. The fees are competitive as well.

Actually, I just saw Dr. Bancroft a few weeks ago. From the time you check in to the time you leave, you feel as the staff genuinely is glad to see you. Going in to the dentist isnt what it used to be. Jen, Cathy and Dr. Bancroft make coming in a breeze.
