I have a lot of anxiety where dentistry is concerned. When I went for my crown, I was reassured at each step, and asked how I was doing. Dr. Jamie was in no rush, but wanted me comfortable. You cannot ask for more than that in a dentist.

The Doctor and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They will get you in to be seen in a timely manner. They even called to get me in sooner due to having pain. They are thorough and conservative in treatment.

Never have I ever been to a dentists office that is so transparent about care. My first visit in I was given a plan of care that covered all of my existing issues and how theyd be treated over the course of 6 months, as well as estimated costs for it all. Best dentistry experience Ive ever had.

Arrow Dental is by far the best experience Ive had with any dentist. After a really awful experience with another dentist, I am often pretty nervous for every dental appointment. Dr. Marquez and all of the staff at Arrow Dental do an amazing job helping to settle my nerves and I always feel well taken care of. Ive had a lot of dental work done with Dr. Marquez after going wayyy too long without consistent checkups. I cant say enough about how gentle and caring her approach is. She is friendly and engages you in conversation, taking time to get to know you which subtly reduces the discomfort you feel going into the appointment. She explains everything shes doing very clearly, checks in to make sure youre comfortable and ensures she answers all questions so youre never confused about what is being done and why its needed. The atmosphere in the office puts you at ease from the moment you enter the door. Mike is incredibly friendly and greets me as if weve known each other for years. Beyond that, he is very knowledgable and patient - always willing to talk out pricing, explain estimates and questions about insurance. I can tell that the rest of the front desk staff is just as friendly and works hard to make every patient feel comfortable. I only wish I had found this place sooner. Ive never felt like just another patient here. If youre like me and do a lot of research before seeing any practitioner, you can stop searching and make an appointment with Arrow Dental - youll be happy you did.

I typically am not inclined to write reviews, however, my wonderful experience with Dr. Jamie Marquez and her amazing staff at Arrow Dental compelled me to take a minute to let other folks know about this stellar group of people. This place is helping me tremendously. I have had bad experiences at my last place. This place explains everything and gets into the details if you want. Im a want to know everything person, and they do amazing. They are working on bringing my teeth health back up so I am not fighting a losing battle. Also they are helping me stay confident with my smile. Each time coming out of their feeling 10x better about my teeth.

All the staff were extremely friendly. There was never weird, awkward silence; our conversations were pleasant and not forced. The dentist and receptionist were so knowledgeable about and helpful about everything. The receptionist explained how my insurance would most likely pay for procedures and what Id owe, and he let me know after a few visits theyd be able to give me an even better estimate of expenses because they track how insurance companies pay for dental visits/procedures. The dentist provided more information regarding the cleaning procedure like 1-3 are good numbers when checking gums; they can remove my permanent wire retainer in order for me to get a removable one (permanent retainers are a pain in the butt!); she also told me about how grey lines on teeth are caused by taking antibiotics (tetracycline) or your mother taking tetracycline while pregnant. It was all extremely interesting!The office is cozy and welcoming, so relaxing while there was not an issue at all. My visit was pleasant, and I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking.

This is the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Jamie was there with me almost the whole time which my previous dentist never did. My previous dentist did not go as in depth as Dr. Jamie did, and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. When I asked questions she was happy to answer, and I feel like I learned more about my mouth and how to take care of it, then I’ve ever knew before. I did not think it was possible, but I guess was out of touch with my dental health. I have confidence she will continue to improve my mouth health (she already did after one day)!

Im literally the worlds worst dental patient; Ive always had horrible dental anxiety and I get panic attacks during most fillings and on top of that, I like to argue about how much procedures cost. Dr. Marquez is always so nice to me in spite of all of my bad behavior. She knows how much I hate going to the dentist, so I extra-appreciate that she makes the experience as quick and painless as possible. Also her husband Mike is a delight, and Heather is an absolute gem!

I don’t even know where to start with how I’ve gone from dreading the dentist to loving it. I have two kids and had no childcare for an appointment, they helped with my kids so I could get the treatment I needed to feel better. She listens which is rare for any Dr these days and she even calls to follow up off hours and make sure you’re ok. I’ve sent my husband there and he loves her, too. If you want a great Dentist who genuinely cares, this is the place!

Yes, this is exactly what Ive been looking for! Everyone was so genuinely nice- I felt right at home. The office is beautiful, modern and comfortable. I also love being able to schedule my appointments online! I appreciated that they looked into my insurance ahead of time to see what x-rays and services I was eligible for. Both the assistant and the doctor were very gentle. I highly recommend this office!

Incredibly friendly staff. Very up-to-date and modern office setting which is very clean. Staff and Dr. Marquez have very good bedside manner. Prices are a little bit higher than what I remember from my previous dentists office, but not overpriced. I would definitely give them a try if you are new to the area or looking for a new Dentist.

After a couple of misshaps with scheduling (lets blame Covid) finally had my exam and cleaning appointment Today. I had a very pleasant experience at Arrow Dental! My hygienist was really sweet and detail-oriented, she took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable and took additional time to explain some of the findings and recommendations for cleaning techniques to aid with some gum issues. Dr. Marquez also spent good time reviewing everything and checking for issues (we found my first cavity, we are also blaming Covid) and getting to know me as a new patient. The office was clean, tidy and comfortable. I would recommend and will definitely be going to Arrow Dental moving forward with my dental appointments.

I am very pleased with the whole experience.Dr. Marquez and her staff are very easy going and friendly, you can tell they actually love their job, they take care of every little detail, they make sure you are comfortable and don’t feel awkward at all, they are very natural at interacting and make conversation.Not only I was due for a cleaning but I needed a filling, and when you think about fillings, you feel like such an inconvenience; In my case, the first thing that came to my mind was “ They are going to numb most of my mouth and it’ll be a while for anesthesia to wear off” and that was not the case at all :)She only numbed the area she was working on, just that spot!!! Nothing else, the anesthesia wore off maybe 15-20 minutes after she was done and I did not have any mild aches or soreness throughout the rest of the day.... when you have such a positive experience like that, you want to continue going back to that dentist, with that being said, I will be back in 6.

The staff as a whole makes you feel very comfortable, the office is really nice and organized, and you’re able to enjoy the view of beautiful CO as you get your teeth worked on! I went to Arrow Dental expecting excellence, and instead wound up feeling hurt and betrayed. Let me start off by saying the only reason this review isn’t one star is because these are some of the nicest people I have interacted with in the dental world. They were so accommodating, and made me feel like I was safe, and welcome. This made it all the worse when I got the shaft.I was in an airsofting incident where most of my front right tooth was shot off. I had gone to a dentist about five years ago who applied a filling to fill out the missing bit of tooth, and it was super high quality. That was five years ago, and fillings have a life span, so it was time to get it replaced. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, so I figured it might be time for a new one. Arrow is right next to where I live and had rave reviews so I figured my experience would be adequate. Boy oh boy, was I in for a treat.When I went in to get this filling replaced, I was treated to a green as grass, fresh out of dental school assistant, who was to work with the dentist on my teeth. Personally, I was uncomfortable with this, but figured that everyone has to start somewhere. Things were going well until the assistant sprayed water in my eye instead of my mouth. We stopped things and dried my eye and face off, I laughed it off as an accident, and we continued. Things only got more concerning from here.The dentist, Dr. Jamie Marquez, after “completing” her work initially on my front tooth, provided me with a mirror to see if things were satisfactory. Things were NOT satisfactory! My front right tooth was asymmetrical to the left one, and about a centimeter shorter sloping upwards. I mentioned this, and to her credit she agreed to fix it. What I got after that, was an incredibly flimsy filling that lasted a whole twelve hours. When I went to eat at Red Robin the same day, I had the southern charm burger, which is quite a soft thing mind you, and my tooth immediately was chipped. It was like it just flaked off as I ate, and if I had swallowed the needle like debris, it could have been stuck in my throat. Luckily, I pay more attention than that, and quickly spat out what was supposed to be a premium $504 dental procedure right into my hand.In it’s current state, I would recommend you stay as far away from this facility as possible if you love your teeth. The lack of pride in work, and poor quality of materials used makes this place on the absolute avoid in my opinion. The staff is really nice though, and were more than happy to give me my money back. I’m currently waiting on a check that is to be picked up from their office, that will be used to fund this same procedure somewhere else.Edit: So I found out after the fact now that the assistant was actually a student. This absolutely reflects why I felt the way I did about the matter, but I had no idea when I was in the chair that a student would be the one assisting Dr. Marquez with my procedure. Dr. Marquez is a kind hearted, good natured individual trying to nurture the up and coming in the dentistry field, however it needs to be made extremely clear who these people are, and consent definitely has to be given before someone lets a student assist in a professional premium service, where hundreds of dollars are involved.Furthermore, I would just like to comment on the speed and efficiency that I was refunded and taken care of. I was presented multiple courses of action after I brought my grievances to Dr. Marquez, and was treated with respect. Again, these are some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with in the dentistry field, and hopefully they have learned something through our interaction here. All criticism and comments I have made are in the vein of being constructive. People’s teeth are not to be trifled with, especially when hundreds of dollars are involved.
